I think this place is absolutely amazing... A bed, food, shower, a safe place to get clean and healthy, AMAZING staff who truly care about what they do and help in any way they can, a great stepping stone for integration back into the world after inpatient rehab. I'm so blessed, honored, and grateful to have been accepted here and have the wonderful team I have on my side and all the wonderful woman I'm here with helping each other this way.. I HIGHLY recommend trying this place out of ur trying to get sober. Jenna, Emma, Karen and carry r amazing..... Update( the new director there is amazing so caring and really truly wants to just help, and it's always there to listen and you can talk to her about anything... I don't know about these old reviews people are saying how terrible this place is I guess that was maybe when it was run by other ppl it wasn't as good . But I came in 5-11-23. Thru 5-10-24... At first, I was a little skeptical about going to a VA facility, but I took the risk, and it ended up being a great experience. They gave me proper attention and were nice to me. It's kind of hard to know where all things are inside the building, but the care they gave me was good.

MCCA mcdonough was my 4th rehab and probably my last chance to get sober. It was the best place for me to come to in the state I was in and honestly Jenni, Heather, and Michelle are THE best counselors I’ve ever met and worked with out of all the rehabs I’ve been to. They believed in me when I didn’t believe in myself. And they all go above and beyond to help any client with whatever they can. They are the reason I have remained so connected to the program, as well as helping me get back on my feet and in sober living and building a community and network in recovery. I have seen some positive reviews here but I’ve also seen some negative, and it’s a shame those people didn’t have the experience I did because these counselors not only saved my life but they have changed it and me for the better. I don’t know where I would be right now without their help, guidance, and assistance, and I fully plan on doing everything in my power to stay clean so I can come back one day, share my story for their groups to show that recovery is possible, the program works, and if you allow these amazingly generous women to help you that you too can have a life beyond your wildest dreams.

I was so lost and giving up on life and a few good suggestions brought me here. Everyone from the friar in charge of the inn to security and maintenance made me feel welcome. The counselors are the best I’ve ever dealt with. My counselor was amazing, the physco therapist helped me realize things on my own and a former resident who is now staff related to my issues making me comfortable with the process. That guy was a godsend. These people helped me with my addiction issues more in 6 months then I’ve been able to do over the last 30 years. I now have hope and a blueprint that I follow to live a life in recovery. I could never thank them enough

The counseling center staff are truly dedicated at providing excellent rehabilitation services. I have been to an inpatient facility where this was not the case, and have nothing but positive things to say about the counseling center. Dair, Tim, Kristen and Kristine helped me build strong mental habits and skills for managing the emotional stress that led to my use. Wish there was a rating higher than 5 stars

Wanted to take a moment to dote on counselor Richelle Atkins. She has been instrumental in helping me change my life and work through my addiction. When you find someone like Richelle who is not just passionate about her job but truly cares for the people and community - that kind of dedication to the cause helps me to feel not so alone. Judgement has no place at Restorative and Richelle is a true reflection of that. I could tell her anything and she would only try and make it better for me or challenge me to think of how I can do better in the future. I gotta say … I went to Arm Acres in early 2000 I was 17 going to 18 years old …. I’m so thankful for them they help me I wish I can see the stuff in my time again and tell them thank you .. Also I was inpatient for 90 day .. I had the choice to go back home or go to another program for longer term .. cause the choice I make in that time in my life went to the other program I can say I’m alive clean for many years now .. I am a disabled veteran and have been seen at the Goshen VA Clinic regularly since 2016. The care there has always been excellent. It is a small clinic, so you have to adapt to their resources, like, that the lab work is only done in the mornings, and the My Healthy Vet self-service kiosk doesn't work, but the reception staff have always been very good.

I went to the PROS program for about 3 years. It was extremely helpful in teaching me coping skills for dealing with my social and general anxiety disorder. After graduating from the PROS program, I was enrolled in the substance use program at this location. Dr. Stumacher helped me to slowly taper down off of my suboxone script when no other doctor would help me do so. I'm now 4 years clean and sober and now I work at Cove Care Center as a Care Manager. I can say from both sides my experience has been excellent at Cove Care Center.

I really love our therapist she has been so good. I see other people leaving bad reviews but they do the best they can and they actually want to help, sometimes you have to meet people halfway. They have listened to all my concerns and tried to accommodate them as much as possible, they also have a really good children’s program. They actually care about the kids

Love Lexington!! Started on 412 Main Street, they got me into the methadone clinic and both places saved my life! I’ve been sober for 3 1/2 years thanks to this program. I had my root canal done today my tooth was hurting so much. I couldn't explain this pain. I had two children, it was hurting. He made it so easy and painless. The finish is amazing and told me discoloration could happen but I am not too worry. I am very sure he will help. I love the staff they are very nice and make you feel great.

I gotta say … I went to Arm Acres in early 2000 I was 17 going to 18 years old …. I’m so thankful for them they help me I wish I can see the stuff in my time again and tell them thank you .. Also I was inpatient for 90 day .. I had the choice to go back home or go to another program for longer term .. cause the choice I make in that time in my life went to the other program I can say I’m alive clean for many years now .. I got a beautiful family and I’m am the person I am TODAY 2025 …. 🙌🏼🙏🏽💪🏼💯

My daughter has received services from Astor for the last 2-3 years. I have nothing but good things to say about the receptionists, staff, therapists, nurses and NPs. They have been a blessing to us! When my daughter does not have an appointment one week due to a holiday or whatever, someone will call to check on us. I really appreciate that. It is tough having interns as my daughter's therapists but they need to train somewhere. If your child has extreme difficulty with change then ask for someone that is consistent.
