I came back today it was definitely bitter sweet treatment is as good as you make of it the staff is exceptional they do there best to accommodate I miss them already I want to give everyone a huge thank you not only for a second chance but the time and all their efforts they made my process as smooth as possible Evan though I wasn’t the easiest I love you all and owe you a huge thank you to believing in me I can’t believe I completed Ms. Bobby , Thamar, Dewayna, Isadia, Nelson, Gretchen, Vanessa, Yvonne, Anntinette Mr. Joel , Clive ,Ortiz you all helped me threw my process thank you

Elevate Recovery Center works to be the most beneficial part of a persons recovery. At Elevate you will find the most supportive caring staff members. The staff takes their jobs very seriously and does the best for the clients.

East Coast Recovery is amazing! It’s amazing because the people that work there are incredible and they care very much about seeing clients succeed. I initially planned on being at East Coast on a week to week basis, not knowing how it was going to be before I got there. The service I received and the help I got far exceeded all of my expectations. I ended up staying for over three months. I moved on from East Coast Recovery center feeling confident and ready to fully participate in a life of recovery from substance use.

I still stay in contact with the people and friends I've made there over a year later. Some of which work for ECR now! Me and my fiancée both stayed sober after leaving ecr and got engaged. I had been to rehab four times and was never able to stay sober until I attended east coast. Thanks for saving my life yall!

I would recommend this program to anyone struggling with addiction. If you are open to the process you will learn a lot. Staff is helpful and caring. They went above and beyond for me!

‘Hurt People , Hurt People’. I needed a free therapist and was able to have 5 intake sessions with a pleasant young woman. I benefited from these sessions as it is always rewarding when we analyze and acknowledge what is going on in our lives. So much was happening for me and I was not able to attend all the assigned sessions. Management was not able to communicate in a responsible or mature manner; I wonder maybe they too are prior clients who have graduated but do not have a total grip on their situation and sometimes need help themselves. My very pleasant intake person became insensitive, cold, ‘passive aggressive’ and quite non communicative. I lead the conversation and realized that I was being ‘expelled’. I really don’t know the reason as I do believe she has her own issues and the Leadership is not of a strong foundation with knowledge of servicing a diverse clientele. Such a shame because this has the potential to be a top notch program in a great community. I only wish I was able to find an experienced, strong, qualified leadership that is familiar with diversity and respect. I was feeling hurt as this was the second time I had to deal with leadership’s lack of sensitivity. It should not be just a JOB when people come to you for help. Fix the structure of this place.

Their recovery services are great. Though as with most treatment centers there's plenty of room for growth. It would help if it weren't so noisy all over. The building.

I am currently in this program and my counselor is great. I am flourishing in a way that I never have before. The staff are very supportive and allow me work a program that is uniquely designed for me. I would deffinately recomend it to a friend or anyone else that is seriouse about recovery.

This is a throwaway account for my own privacy. I did the PHP and IOP program at GenPsych in Livingston after I got out of the hospital. I am indebted to the staff, counselors, and fellow clients. I was at my lowest point and am able to say now that I am the healthiest I've ever been, and it's in part because of this program. One drawback I noticed is that they did have high turnover while I was there and seemed to have a lot of newer counselors who were not as experienced, but the DBT program is something that can be administered by anyone. If you're hesitating about doing this, I'd recommend it.

So I attended the intensive outpatient DBT program here for several months, and it was a challenging, emotional and also wonderful, rewarding experience. My therapist, Kayla, was incredible - very relatable and down-to-earth, compassionate and yet still held me accountable. The front desk staff and other DBT session leaders were great too - shout-out to Provi! If you've made it this far into my review and are debating whether or not to try the DBT program: DO IT. Commit, do the homework, participate in the groups, and it will be the first (big) step towards a better life.

Genpsych is an incredible care to their clients. The incredibly gifted therapist we worked with, Kayla, what a perfect match for our family member. Kayla is incredibly intuitive and was able to connect toniur family member at a critical time in their treatment. Kayla also does an exception at holding space for our family when larger conversations are needed. We are so greatful for Genpsych and incredibly thankful for the care, consideration and continued treatment Kayla gives to our loved one.

Great service offered to persons in need they have a methadone clinic and a residence. It is like a one-stop shop except there is no detox service offered. There are groups and structured programs for clients. I know of persons who have used the service and are now successful. If they did it, so can others. Staff listen to clients and create a system that caters to each and meet them where they at, while holding your hand safely during the process. Well done and thanks

I attended the Job Fair and must say that it was well organized and a great turn out. The staff at VIP was professional and courteous.

If I could give ZERO stars I would! A family member went in for an endoscopy, woke up gagging/choking on their own blood in the middle of the procedure with it spilling out of their mouth all over & was freaked out & very uncomfortable , (was awake during the rest of the procedure), couldn’t breathe & had a horrible experience! The people who did this procedure should be sued & loose their license! To have a patient go through this kind of horror is unacceptable!

VIP has consistently provided exceptional services. The staff is highly professional and maintains a clean and organized facility. The front desk staff is exceptionally accommodating and always pleasant. The staff members are incredibly helpful and friendly. I highly recommend VIP to my family and friends.

VIP Community Services is an outstanding facility with exceptional service. My experiences there have always been pleasant ones from the staff of doctors, nurses & counselors to the cleanliness of the facility. I would highly recommend.

This is a nice and clean clinic. The staff are very nice and professional.

Great program for anyone suffering from an addiction. The saff here is caring and very friendly. New Pathways has an incredibly inviting atmosphere overall. You'll feel like part of a family by the end of your first week. New Pathways incorporates an exercise program (SOARFIT), mindfulness, and therapy, as well as group therapy, I highly recommend this program.

I felt very welcoming i was here before a few times an didn't see recovery the way I do now an since ive relapsed they have helped get me back in track and I feel safe being here they truly care and want to see us succeed they treat everybody individually and don't make me feel like I have the same treatment plan an the next person. Whitch is something that makes me wanna be more open an honest!!!!

Finding the right place for my son wasn’t easy, but Heartfelt gave us real hope. The team stayed in touch and guided us even after discharge, which meant a lot. I just hoped for more spiritual elements. Still, they treated my son like a person, not a case file. That alone made a big difference.
