I have to say ive been here many times and was reluctant at first due to horrible past experiences. I prayed over it. My mom was very sick. And this time the experience was amazing fast and attentive staff. Everyone was so friendly. The doctors took great care of my mother. When we had an issue with 1 nurse the nurse manager came and spoke to us immediately and apologized. Very grateful. You can tell the staff must have went thru some changes as it reflected in every area everyone treated us with great care and compassion from the Intake to Er to the 4th floor. Thank you!

Last week I was in the emergency room after I received a Dog Bite. I hadn’t been to that hospital in probably like 15 years so I was so confused of the changes when I got there, but that’s only because I was used to it looking a certain way. I saw a nurse practitioner and in total saw three nurses and an x-ray technician. All of them were beyond friendly. I was in a lot of discomfort & my blood pressure was higher than normal and it had been for the 48 hours since I received the Bite. I told the doctor I was taking dual action Advil, which is a combination of Tylenol Advil and she wrote out how much of each that I could have in a 24 period. She gave me a lidocaine patch, which I had no idea you could get over-the-counter and made a huge difference to my discomfort. By the time I left my blood pressure was normal. I had tried to go to pulse urgent care prior but they were nothing but rude & I felt uncomfortable. I didn’t want to go to the hospital because I wasn’t sure it was emergent enough & just felt bad taking their time away from others who would be emergent but they gave me plenty of time and attention. They helped file the report for the bite with the health dept. I was traumatized from the attack and they handled me with care. Thank you!! 🙏

This is the 2nd surgery we have had here in 6 months and the care we received here was top notch!! Thank you so much!! Staff was wonderful too.
I was already on the right track before entering this problem but so glad I went in with an open mind. Ariel has helped me in my progression as a man realizing I'm a human being who needs to be valued. I see the bigger picture now because she makes things so easy to understand. She never makes you feel judged she has all my trust. That needed to be said because I'm going tomorrow at 4 I look forward to it because I'm always better when I leave. I owe it to her in helping me get over that last hurdle to get my life back. It feels good to be present
