Never Alone brought back the child that was lost in drugs and addiction. We can't say enough about the staff and the facility. They loved and cared for her so well provide her with all the things she needed in her recover and helped her find herself again and provided her with the knowledge she needed to start her recovery. This place truly saved my life!!! The staff were incredible from the moment of my intake all the way to my discharge. Just a review from a loved one who is thankful for the care given. I don’t know much other than Lori is sent from a higher power to work on and coordinate rehabilitative services. We hope the tools and resources will spark the journey in lasting recovery and are so thankful for everything. Compassion is such a hard thing to convey, but it reverberates through the process from the very beginning of intake all the way to the heart of the journey. At first, I was a little skeptical about going to a VA facility, but I took the risk, and it ended up being a great experience. They gave me proper attention and were nice to me. It's kind of hard to know where all things are inside the building, but the care they gave me was good.

When you find someone like Richelle who is not just passionate about her job but truly cares for the people and community - that kind of dedication to the cause helps me to feel not so alone. Over the last 5 years I have been a patient in many world class hospitals in New York City and in the last 2 years I have been a patient at Health Alliance Hospital twice. During those stays, I can say that the doctors, nurses, and nurse assistants are exceptional. They are as good if not better then some of the personnel in the highly touted hospitals. Some of these reviews are stunning since they do not reflect my experience here on two different occasions.

I was in Astro home for children back in 1972 and I remember they put me in the cottage I’ll never forget Frank Mulhern, and his wife Donna Mulhern, and their son Keith I remember Artie Freeney I remember Dave Tompkins and Terry the house maid I remember sister Patricia wow so many years ago and I still remember their names. I am now 56 years old going on 57 this year so you know that was many many years ago. I had some good experiences there, but I’ll never forget the day. My mom dropped me off how sad I felt at five years old.

Love Lexington!! Started on 412 Main Street, they got me into the methadone clinic and both places saved my life! I’ve been sober for 3 1/2 years thanks to this program. My daughter has received services from Astor for the last 2-3 years. I have nothing but good things to say about the receptionists, staff, therapists, nurses and NPs. They have been a blessing to us! When my daughter does not have an appointment one week due to a holiday or whatever, someone will call to check on us. I really appreciate that. It is tough having interns as my daughter's therapists but they need to train somewhere. If your child has extreme difficulty with change then ask for someone that is consistent.

When i was there in 2018 it was very strict which most people cant complete theu get kicked out or relapse. The then director Andrea was a tough woman to trick or get one over on. Counselors come and go thst normal. Brian the house manager was also amazing and there for a long time. I heard its not the same its easy to get over on staff which isnt good for the people trying to get better. Id love to know to who the new director is. Also the house is amazing compared to like renwick house in newburgh.

This place has changed sense 85 thru 1987. Wow! I wonder if any counselors from back then are still working at this Old building its kept up well. Love to see it. The memories and good People had a great impact on my life. I will add old stock photos if their interested.

My is Christopher harris, I was a resident here around 1994 I think, this place saved my life. Mr Clinton Mrs Edwards tough sometimes... but fare. It was a great place to keep kids off the street. Thank you an God bless the staff. Btw we almost beat one of the top teams that year felt great to be apart of something thank you.

The urgent care staff is really good. The wait times are short and I have been here on several occasions. Everyone provides good service; Nurse practitioner Theo is not only professional but a great person, and nurse Arlent (sorry if I misspelled it) provides great service as well.

I love everything about Gateway HV! Gateway has been there for my brother (and therefore my family) for nearly 15 years. My brother has been helped with job coaching on the job, internships
and computer courses. We were thinking of signing up with the job help, Health Home care case management and PROS (he could get psychiatry through that program. It would be great to have all his services right in one place. My brother has felt like staff are friends that he can rely on. Stephanie Turco, CEO is a dynamic leader...and fun!
