Love Lexington!! Started on 412 Main Street, they got me into the methadone clinic and both places saved my life! I ve been sober for 3 1/2 years thanks to this program. When i was there in 2018 it was very strict which most people cant complete theu get kicked out or relapse. The then director Andrea was a tough woman to trick or get one over on. Counselors come and go thst normal. Brian the house manager was also amazing and there for a long time. I heard its not the same its easy to get over on staff which isnt good for the people trying to get better. Id love to know to who the new director is. Also the house is amazing compared to like renwick house in newburgh.

I think this place is absolutely amazing... A bed, food, shower, a safe place to get clean and healthy, AMAZING staff who truly care about what they do and help in any way they can, a great stepping stone for integration back into the world after inpatient rehab. Seems a large chunk of the bad reviews are from people who have an axe to grind and want to make their problems everyone else's (peep the last one star review which is a bot/catfish profile as an example). Spectrum Behavioral Health has always been there when I need them and have made accommodations to fit my schedule. I've been going here for over ten years and never had any issues with this place.

I'm a bit surprised to see all the negative reviews here. Maybe I've just been lucky, but I don't think so. All of the providers I've seen here have been very competent. Hani Khalil, NP, has been great. The main reason for the review is that every time I call, I seem to get Alice. She's so nice and helpful. Always cheerful, not some burned out dour reception / admin assistant. Thanks Alice, keep up the good work.

My son was inpatient at never alone for 45 days. In that time he went not only through recovery but mental health help as well. He is home and thriving. Throughout his time there he participated in individual and group therapies. His favorite part in his own words “Kim’s food is amazing”. When he came home we sought out his psychiatrist to get him back on track. They couldn’t get us in for a month and were not willing to refill his medications. I spoke with Mackenzie and her and nursing staff were able to make sure he got refills so he was not left without vital medications. I would recommend Never Alone to anyone who just doesn’t know what else to do with a child who is struggling.

My 16 year old daughter was at Never Alone for over a month and did great! The entire staff from program director to chef were wonderful and made my daughter's stay as comfortable as it could be, based on the circumstances. This was not our first stop on her journey, however this was her first rehab for drug/substance use. When asked if it was beneficial, she has not hesitated to say YES. She said that she felt she left with better tools and confidence to work her recovery.

Just a review from a loved one who is thankful for the care given. I don’t know much other than Lori is sent from a higher power to work on and coordinate rehabilitative services. We hope the tools and resources will spark the journey in lasting recovery and are so thankful for everything. Back in 2009 I had a real bad addiction to Prescription pain pills an a big addiction to Benzos (xanax & klonoppins) . My addiction was so bad I should be dead but of course I'm not only because of Cornerstone in Rhinebeck Ny..They are awesome there an the food is excellent...Long story short I am still clean today an the month of May 2025 will be 16 years..THANK YOU CORNERSTONE REHAB......

I was treated with kindness and respect by all the staff, and the doctor was extremely thorough with a wonderful caring bedside manner. The nurses were cool and funny and told good stories. I was recently a patient on 4 Spellman. I could not have asked for a more attentive staff including the nurses and the nurses aides. I especially want to mention nurses estelle, lauren, alexi, Morgan, gina, and Matt. There may have been several others I have not mentioned but they all were there when I needed them and offered me a great experience while a patient there

I was in Astro home for children back in 1972 and I remember they put me in the cottage I ll never forget Frank Mulhern, and his wife Donna Mulhern, and their son Keith I remember Artie Freeney I remember Dave Tompkins and Terry the house maid I remember sister Patricia wow so many years ago and I still remember their names. I am now 56 years old going on 57 this year so you know that was many many years ago. I had some good experiences there, but I ll never forget the day. My mom dropped me off how sad I felt at five years old.

I was a child and lived here for a few years it was the best home I ever had the only ones who actually cared for me and treated me well thank you so much for your support and help I know I was a lot to handle at times but my life before this place was a nightmare and the staff here really helped me cope better !
