Id love to give these guys a 5 but recently I was dropped due to insurance. ( I have medicaid. Which makes me less fortunate then others who pay for there insurance) so after about a year and a half. Outside of that the groups are excellent the facilitators truely care, and the people who are the ones that really make the groups they are great. I thibk due to the telahealth aspect people are more willing to dig into there traumas and passed. I can only hope they 1 day accept medicaid again not only for me but all the other addicts and alcoholics who cant afford insurance to 1 day be able to receive treatment in the same manor I did.

I relapsed after 4 years of being off benzos. I was lost, hopeless, sick, and suicidal. This place gave me my hope back, took care of my physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally. My caseworker, Emily, went above and beyond. My therapist, Judith, was kind, empathetic, and supportive. The techs went above and beyond.. they keep you inspired to keep going on the worst days.. they genuinely care about you, your recovery, and making you healthy enough to go on to the next step. The nurses take care of you, treat you like a human being and try to make you as comfortable as posssible. The doctors listen and keep you stable. This place is the best detox I’ve ever been to. Surgery dept, lab and recovery was excellent. Hospital is always clean, most departments run efficiently and effectively. All the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. They have a starbucks inside, cafeteria and free parking for both patient and visitors. Wayyyy better than some other hospitals in Westchester.

I had an amazing experience with Phelps for the labor and delivery of my son. The hospital staff as well as the Harrison midwifery practice was amazing. The nursing staff was so attentive and always made sure I was as comfortable as possible and my needs were met. Special thanks to labor and delivery nurses Kristin and Mary, and midwife Tonya Singer.

While there are always flaws no matter where you go, it's not a one-size-fits-all. I have personally witnessed for four years many people succeed who are committed to changing their lives. Truth is you have to not only want it but also be willing to work for it. There comes a point in an addict's life where they will do anything to change their circumstances and patterns of behavior that led to their current state, and those are the clients that succeed at Odyssey, or anywhere else.

This was my first time visiting this hospital, and I cannot say enough positive things about the care I received in the ER. After dealing with a medical issue for the past eight or nine years and feeling unheard by many providers along the way, Dr. O’Neill truly listened to me. She took the time to understand my concerns, provided a possible diagnosis, and pointed me in the right direction with the resources and guidance I needed to finally start getting answers and feeling better. Thanks to Dr. O’Neill, I am now being treated by another wonderful doctor who also listened to me when others did not. That referral and guidance have made a tremendous difference in my life, and I am incredibly grateful. I would also like to recognize Nurse Erika M., who was equally compassionate, attentive, and professional. From the moment I was seen in the ER, both Dr. O’Neill and Nurse Erika M. treated me with genuine care, respect, and kindness. They took the time to listen, answer my questions, and make me feel like my concerns truly mattered. Their professionalism, dedication, and willingness to listen made an impact that I will never forget. After years of searching for answers, I finally felt heard. In 2001, I walked into St. Christopher’s Inn broken and lost in addiction. I’ve been sober ever since. Out of all the places I went, this was the place where it finally clicked for me. Their long term program and tough love approach were exactly what I needed no sugarcoating, no excuses, just real recovery and real accountability. If you’re truly tired of the life of drug abuse and genuinely want to change, I highly recommend St. Christopher’s Inn. The staff, the structure, and the brotherhood helped save my life. I still try to go back every summer for their annual picnic because that place will always mean something special to me. I owe them more than words can explain. God bless everyone there.

I was so lost and giving up on life and a few good suggestions brought me here. Everyone from the friar in charge of the inn to security and maintenance made me feel welcome. The counselors are the best I’ve ever dealt with. My counselor was amazing, the physco therapist helped me realize things on my own and a former resident who is now staff related to my issues making me comfortable with the process. That guy was a godsend. These people helped me with my addiction issues more in 6 months then I’ve been able to do over the last 30 years. I now have hope and a blueprint that I follow to live a life in recovery. I could never thank them enough

I recently had a heart catheterization procedure at Montefiore Nyack's catheterization lab, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Dr. Peter Sayegh and the hospitals nurses and technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They took the time to explain the procedure, answer my questions, and make me feel comfortable and at ease. The staff was attentive throughout my stay, and I felt well cared for every step of the way. The facility was clean, organized, and efficient. I am grateful for the outstanding care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Peter Sayegh and the catheterization lab to anyone needing cardiac care.
