Place is OK. They need to hire more staff and pay them more. Was trying to talk to one of the counselor and they get have like 10 different people trying to talk to them all at once. If you looking for a place to get away from the city and just to heal your body this place is good to go. Don't expect any one on one sessions. Clients loose it all the time and I have also. Good luck.

I recently had knee surgery at Patnam Hospital’s Ambulatory Surgery Center, and I can’t praise the team enough for the outstanding care I received from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion. Every single person, nurses, anesthesiologist, and my surgeon, went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and informed about each step of the process.
The care after surgery was just as phenomenal. The staff made sure I was comfortable, checked in frequently, and were incredibly helpful, sweet, and attentive. I truly felt supported and cared for, which made what could have been a scary experience so much easier.
Thank you to the entire team for making me feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. You are a truly wonderful group of people, and I am so grateful for everything you did for me.

Our gratitude for the love & care you gave our mother (Frances LoMonaco) will be in our hearts forever. Your professionalism & perpetual diligence to make, what became her last days, so peaceful was heartwarming.
While it certainly was a group effort, we would especially like to thank Dr Samantara, nurses: Sam, Jennifer and Myglide. Not to leave out all the Aids, Respiratory & PT that also showed their love & gentle care. Personal hygiene was still maintained despite her inability to speak for herself.
Not enough is ever mentioned about Dietary who worked hard to please her diminishing taste buds & Custodial staff who kept her room spotless.
Administration should be proud to have them representing Putnam Hospital.
