I started IOP at NewLife back in January & just recently graduated this month. The positive impact it had & made on me .. I honestly don’t think I could’ve done it without my counselor Sam & the owner Bert! From the rip they made me feel super comfortable & not judged. As soon as you walk in they’re nothing but super helpful & supportive. It’s an awesome/wonderful environment & very welcoming with skilled staff. When I started I recently just had given birth & I was super nervous thinking it would be impossible to make it to groups 3 times a week but they gave me the option of doing it through ZOOM which not many places do, right there that was like a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. My counselor Sam created a truly supportive and safe place that helped me focus on my recovery and help make positive changes for me in my life. Highly recommend!!!

I had the best experience here. my counselor Samantha truly cares so much for her patients and was always available whenever I needed to talk to her. and these are not just words, she truly truly cares for each and everyone of her patients. The group meetings were extremely helpful. No session was ever the same. This place truly turned my life around and I highly recommend anyone looking to check this place out. The owner Bert Is also great and makes it very easy on everyone. I have nothing bad to say

Poor communication with counselors.

Great program for anyone suffering from an addiction. The saff here is caring and very friendly. New Pathways has an incredibly inviting atmosphere overall. You'll feel like part of a family by the end of your first week. New Pathways incorporates an exercise program (SOARFIT), mindfulness, and therapy, as well as group therapy, I highly recommend this program.

I love my therapist but the front desk never answers. I’ve had my therapist ask the front desk to call. They never do. Awful I’m so upset and frustrated with this office. Go elsewhere.

I am a disabled veteran and have been seen at the Goshen VA Clinic regularly since 2016. The care there has always been excellent. It is a small clinic, so you have to adapt to their resources, like, that the lab work is only done in the mornings, and the My Healthy Vet self-service kiosk doesn't work, but the reception staff have always been very good.

Very caring staff. Clean clinic and allows all veterans a local clinic for most of our needs. Blood work lab open most mornings until 11 am. Dr. Zick is an awesome General practitioner and her staff is wonderful. Thanks for all you do for us US VETERANS. 👍🏻👍🏻

I've been at this clinic going on a year. Before admitting that I couldn't do it alone and that this was my last option, Without giving any 2nd thoughts, I grabbed the door handle and opened it and it was history from that day forward. No, it has not been an easy journey. I've had days that I just felt like jumping in front of a truck or a train. After much thinking and much denial, I said to myself, ALL YOU'RE GONNA DO IS MAKE ALL THESE PEOPLE LATE FOR WORK OR LATE GETTING HOME. So I just grabbed my phone and call the only being on this planet who will never ever lie to me. Grandma told me, STOP BEHAVING LIKE A LITTLE B!+@H AND GO ON AND FINISH WHAT YOU STARTED. I LOVE YOU AND I'M GONNA ALWAYS BE RIGHT NEXT TO YOU WHEREVER YOU GO. GIVE SOME SUGGA AND GET OUTTA MY FACE, I WANT TO WATCH THAT SEXY MFR DANZEL WASHINGTON. And I've been trying to find myself and see what my purpose in this life is. The staff are very, very reasonable people. Some of them were in our shoes at one point in life. But they have themselves a chance at life. And they are always smiling, talking to people, giving free advice, and the most important thing that they all do, THEY ACTUALLY (HEAR)YOU WHEN YOU'RE TALKING TO THEM. A lot of people listen to your voice, they listen to the sound coming out of your mouth. The Staff there HEAR YOU when you are talking to them. There's a huge difference in someone listening to you and someone HEARING your cries for help, your achievements, how your journey in recovery is going. TO WHOEVER READS THIS REVIEW AND IS GOING THROUGH HELL WITH ADDICTION, COME OVER, THE DOORS ARE ALWAYS OPEN TO WELCOME YOU. Recap was a place that has helped me while I was in recovery... every year they give out turkey basket they have a good food pantry... They have a men's half way house, subsidized housing for men and women, and an outpatient... If u need help while you are in recovery I definitely recommend

Staff are courteous , polite friendly and professional. Phone calls are answered in a timely manner and when faced with a crisis staff work together as a team to meet my healthcare needs . I would like to commend the staff for creating a safe environment and providing me with the professional help that I needed both past and present. I would recommend the Seton Center to family friends and anyone in need of professional help.

I don't understand the negative reviews for this place. We found getting registered and placed with someone easy and accommodating. Kelly is AMAZING! I have not had positive experiences in the past with therapists, but she is the absolute best. She's "real," she listens, she is amazing at planning a session but also pivoting if necessary. I can't say enough good things about her!
