Recap was a place that has helped me while I was in recovery... every year they give out turkey basket they have a good food pantry... They have a men's half way house, subsidized housing for men and women, and an outpatient... If u need help while you are in recovery I definitely recommend

I deleted my previous negative comments.I decided to forgive everyone, because I am a Falun Dafa practitioner, and I practice Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance.At the same time, I hope they can treat other patients better.----------------------I would like to thank the urology surgeons, Samuel Abourbih, MDand the anesthesiologists, nurses, and other staff who helped my husband during the operation. Their work performance deserves my respect and deserve to be recognized.It would be wonderful if other garnet hospital staff had such work attitude and skills.5 stars only for doctors Samuel Abourbih and his team in the operating room and recovery room.

Lisa in the gift shop went above and beyond for our niece as she shopped for her mom. She was patient, friendly and so thoughtful. Thank you for helping us :)

I am very pleased for this place to have existed. I have been suffering for 6 years, and couldn t figure out what was going on with me exactly; but I knew it had to be something mental. Everything for me came to a boiling point, and I ended up causing self-harm to myself. I had a black out moment, and it scared me deeply. I ended up going to the emergency room by ambulance, and then one I was stabilized I was able to go to outpatient care for the rest of the week. At the outpatient facility, they told me about this place, and I m glad that I followed up with my appointment. I never knew that a facility like this existed, but I see this place as a sign from above or from the universe itself. Everyone here has been a delight, only negative is I wish the receptionist were a little more friendly; but other than that, this placed saved my life. I m getting the help that I need, I have people here who actually listen to me and render me aide, there are so many different programs to help me & my family. I have even convinced my mom to go here for her therapists & psychiatrist. Sometimes there is a blessing that comes out of turmoil, I went through all of this because it lead me to this place; and I am very thankful for this place and the individuals who work here.

The best mental health clinic around . They saved my life forever grateful . Amanda is god sent she s my individual therapist and all of the rest of the team plays there position and they are all angels

my experience here was so good. the staff was always respectful and helpful to my needs. i am trying too go with out patient now and i hope it works. i miss the girls i made contact with and wish them the best. i know we couldn't get too close or share too much, but what we did share I pray they get better. If i could save them, i would.

The urgent care staff is really good. The wait times are short and I have been here on several occasions. Everyone provides good service; Nurse practitioner Theo is not only professional but a great person, and nurse Arlent (sorry if I misspelled it) provides great service as well.

Staffs were vey nice and welcoming. Dr.Kang was awesome for everything until we leave the facility and the facility was ultra clean!

I have a wonderful doctor now. Dr.Gonzales. He is concerned,well detailed and doesn't like to just throw meds on you, before finding the root of the issue.

This is the an AWESOME place to go to IOP. I just graduated at the end of February. First of all Bert (the owner) is amazing. He really really cares about his clients. He will go over and above for them. Then there s Sam one of the counselors. Her and I connected right away. She is the absolute best listener. Plus addiction counselor I have ever had. She s so good. I m still going to see her once a week voluntarily. I highly suggest anybody struggling with addiction To come to this, Iop and I truly mean that the staff is just amazing. Also, Judith is amazing too. She usually does intakes and does about once a group a week and has a caseload and she Tells it how it is And sometimes you need that in your recovery. Thanks. I went to New Life following my inpatient at Discovery. Burt the owner who runs new life is a great guy he'll do anything he can for you just wants to see you succeed.Great counselors Judith, Drew, Diana, & Jalissa. It's just a great place to go Good atmosphere I would highly recommend new life recovery to anyone looking for some help.

Having to go to the ER can be your worst day but having the right nurse's and doctors there can really make a difference for you. Hello my name is Devon and I recently had to go to the ER twice in one week which absolutely no one wants to do. My experience at the Catskill hospital in Harris was absolutely amazing both times! Andrew the Pa in the er is absolutely outstanding in how he takes care of you but most importantly how he speaks to you and takes the time to understand you. You are not just a number. Percilla the nurse in the er is right there with him along with Michelle and the discharge nurse Erin was also pretty amazing! Thank you to you all! Remember people their jobs are extremely hard to do and kindness from patients goes a long way as well as being patient with the team of doctors and nurses caring for you.

Hello...Garnet Health Medical Center is a top notch facility in the Catskill Mountains in Harris, New York. Our experience at your facility was Amazing. You folks took the time to listen and really care for my Aunt while she was a patient at your Hospital. An extra shout out to Melissa & Mayah on the 5th Floor. They made a Great team. They communicated very well, and you can see how much they care about their patients. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for Caring and being there for us through our touch and go situation.
