Recap was a place that has helped me while I was in recovery... every year they give out turkey basket they have a good food pantry... They have a men's half way house, subsidized housing for men and women, and an outpatient... If u need help while you are in recovery I definitely recommend

Marlon is a great assistance with forms and applications . Always go far in assistance especially with providing transportation to Dr appointments and shopping for food and a stop to the local pantry. He’s a great asset to Supports for living and is a very good asset to his field of work

I came to Garnet Hospital by ambulance. The Ambulance drivers were trained and strong. I arrived in the ER around 12 pm Sunday and was met by an amazing caring team. The nurses, registration, and constant check in made me feel seen and heard. The doctor was outstanding with getting to the root cause of my issue and the radiologist that performed the CT with contrast went above and beyond. I won't forget his advice to move forward and that it will be okay and his caring demeanor during an emergency situation. Kept me calm when I was absolutely not. I was admitted and being I was in the ER things moved pretty quickly. I was in the ER for 4 hours specifically to get fluid, and necessary tests. After I was admitted into the hospital and brought to the West wing up stairs. I had a room mate but the hospital pairs you with someone close with your issues. Same night received a very needed and important MRI. My room mate was quiet like me and pleasant to share a space with. My team was amazing constantly checking in and giving me updates, received my medicine needed, constant BP checks. The food was delicious I had heart healthy and gluten free due to restrictions. The chicken Marsala dinner and Turkey gravy dinner was amazing. Mash potatoes and carrots on the side with little butter packets, gluten free bread, organic sodium free seasoning, milk and juice. Water, tea, coffee, and drinks are available as needed. You just need to ask. I didn't eat most of the day and finally had an appetite. The staff all of them were very kind and professional. Made me feel safe, heard, protected, and seen The night (especially night team) and day nurses, techs, OT, PT, Doctors, Neurologists have been professional and kind. I don't recall everyone's names. I wish I remembered their names just kind people ❤️ Especially when you are scared, and not feeling well. There is a TV with a wide selection of channels keep your mind preoccupied. Will be here a while longer before discharge. Will update soon.

Insane improvement in quality of care since years ago. ER staff were extremely helpful, kind, efficient. Went from 1 star to 5 stars in my book.

I am very pleased for this place to have existed. I have been suffering for 6 years, and couldn’t figure out what was going on with me exactly; but I knew it had to be something mental. Everything for me came to a boiling point, and I ended up causing ‘self-harm’ to myself. I had a black out moment, and it scared me deeply. I ended up going to the emergency room by ambulance, and then one I was stabilized I was able to go to outpatient care for the rest of the week. At the outpatient facility, they told me about this place, and I’m glad that I followed up with my appointment. I never knew that a facility like this existed, but I see this place as a sign from above or from the universe itself. Everyone here has been a delight, only negative is I wish the receptionist were a little more friendly; but other than that, this placed saved my life. I’m getting the help that I need, I have people here who actually listen to me and render me aide, there are so many different programs to help me & my family. I have even convinced my mom to go here for her therapists & psychiatrist. Sometimes there is a blessing that comes out of turmoil, I went through all of this because it lead me to this place; and I am very thankful for this place and the individuals who work here.

The best mental health clinic around . They saved my life forever grateful . Amanda is god sent she’s my individual therapist and all of the rest of the team plays there position and they are all angels

my experience here was so good. the staff was always respectful and helpful to my needs. i am trying too go with out patient now and i hope it works. i miss the girls i made contact with and wish them the best. i know we couldn't get too close or share too much, but what we did share I pray they get better. If i could save them, i would.

Great place to take care of our veterans

The best. I've never had a doctor better than Rehmani and the receptionists/nurses are the kindest. I feel much more understood here than my previous past doctors.

I am a disabled veteran and have been seen at the Goshen VA Clinic regularly since 2016. The care there has always been excellent. It is a small clinic, so you have to adapt to their resources, like, that the lab work is only done in the mornings, and the My Healthy Vet self-service kiosk doesn't work, but the reception staff have always been very good.

Very caring staff. Clean clinic and allows all veterans a local clinic for most of our needs. Blood work lab open most mornings until 11 am. Dr. Zick is an awesome General practitioner and her staff is wonderful. Thanks for all you do for us US VETERANS. 👍🏻👍🏻

The therapist that I have now is wonderful. Maureen is very personable and seems like she truly cares about you. There have been times where I have had to stop treatment due to lack of insurance and each time I have came back she has remembered me. That makes me feel confident in telling her everything.The doctor I have this time is much better. The man who used to be there was very rude and I felt that he did not care. Dr. Belkin takes her time to discuss everything with you and makes sure to answer any questions.I miss Nicole, who used to work at the front desk. She always greeted me with a smile and did her best to work with my schedule. The new lady is very rude, she ignores you when you walk in and does not try to accommodate any changes. My hours change frequently and she just keeps pushing my dates back further and further. I asked her if I was able to make 2 apts and call to tell her which I could make she was very rude and just told me no. That makes me feel unimportant.

I started IOP at NewLife back in January & just recently graduated this month. The positive impact it had & made on me .. I honestly don’t think I could’ve done it without my counselor Sam & the owner Bert! From the rip they made me feel super comfortable & not judged. As soon as you walk in they’re nothing but super helpful & supportive. It’s an awesome/wonderful environment & very welcoming with skilled staff. When I started I recently just had given birth & I was super nervous thinking it would be impossible to make it to groups 3 times a week but they gave me the option of doing it through ZOOM which not many places do, right there that was like a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. My counselor Sam created a truly supportive and safe place that helped me focus on my recovery and help make positive changes for me in my life. Highly recommend!!!

I had the best experience here. my counselor Samantha truly cares so much for her patients and was always available whenever I needed to talk to her. and these are not just words, she truly truly cares for each and everyone of her patients. The group meetings were extremely helpful. No session was ever the same. This place truly turned my life around and I highly recommend anyone looking to check this place out. The owner Bert Is also great and makes it very easy on everyone. I have nothing bad to say

The urgent care staff is really good. The wait times are short and I have been here on several occasions. Everyone provides good service; Nurse practitioner Theo is not only professional but a great person, and nurse Arlent (sorry if I misspelled it) provides great service as well.
