Best experience I had in my road to recovery! Every member of the staff truly cared for my comfort and looked for way to solve my issues. The campus is really beautiful and felt like an hotel. I didn't believe I could afford this place but after talking with my insurance I found out I was covered.

I was a broken, sad, hopeless shell of a person who didn’t want to live any longer. Through counseling, empathy, respect and understanding, Ashley has helped me to become the person God intended me to be...and so much more! I now want to live life to the fullest and treat each day as a beautiful gift. I am now almost 6 years sober with the tools Ashley gave me to overcome obstacles that could lead to a relapse. I give it a 5 because staff is nice, they listen to what I have have to say, work with my work schedule, doesn't take a very long time to get take homes. As long as you're doing what your supposed to do then you move along quickly here. I've been to several clinics and this one is definitely the best in my opinion.

I am a client at the moment, I am going to be honest with you and you can do whatever you want to with the information, I have been on methadone for about 21 years now and I have not ever had been blessed with my take home bottles for good condition and being sober, I am not sure what they do that is so much better than any other clinics I have been blessed to have been saved by. I think the difference is that you are not there to get up with all of your get high buddies and if you do bring them on they'll be better than they came

As a service-connected disabled veteran that has been in the VA system 1994, I love being able to receive my primary care closer to home. For years I went to the Lebanon VAMC for ALL my healthcare needs and the drive alone made it inconvenient. Let alone the constant construction and parking lot mess. The care at Lebanon VAMC is wonderful but the facility is big and busy so the much closer Lancaster VA at Willow Street is a godsend for me. The front desk, lab, nurses and my PCP are incredible. Very clean office, very quiet peaceful office and generally there is plenty of nearby parking, unlike Lebanon VAMC.

This place saved my life! From the time I walked through the door just three days after my suicide attempt I felt SAFE and with folks who understood what was going on. Once home I realized that I wasn’t 100%. After three weeks home I returned on my own. Today I can proudly say that I have helped several others enjoy the life after The Hog! I am still in contact with many of the staff members who I call family. Don’t ever feel like getting help is a weakness. The HoG is awesome!

The Harbor of Grace helped me gain valuable tools to help with my depression and SI. The staff taught me that it is OK to not be ok and that it is more than acceptable to ask for help in a time of crisis. I would recommend that any first responder going through a difficult time with eother substance abuse or mental health issues to buy in to your own treatment and allow Harbor of Grace to assist you in that treatment.

I have been on methadone maintenance for a long time over 15 years. Most of my experience was with BD Health in baltimore. Once I changed to medmark my eyes were open to a whole new way of treatment. Before when I was at BD I felt like I was just a gas and go paycheck. I never got counseling. The treatment plans were just bullshitted. Here at medmark my counselor Mary is extremely helpful. Over the course of the time that I've been there she has realized what works best with us when we do our counseling sessions. She realizes that I do not have too many outlets so she lets me open the floodgates and for my heart out to her and it's always judgment free. I can tell that she is on my side 100%. Also the front staff Miss Cindy is absolutely amazing. She is completely professional extremely helpful to answer any questions. I also want to compliment the nursing staff. They have always been extremely polite and extremely professional. I'm extremely grateful to be getting my treatment at medmark. Thank you

This clinic is amazing. Saved my life and I have been clean since I started here. They will work with you I didn't have a valid ID when I started and they still helped me. The staff and nurses are kind and compassionate. My counselor Maddie is the best and is understanding, a good listener and on top of appointments. I went to Bowling Green almost 4 years ago. I first went to the detox program, then the rehab, and then I stayed for their extended partial program and although it wasn’t a completely perfect experience, and you can smell the mushrooms in the air from a nearby farm, they must have done something right because this was my 27th rehab facility and it worked for me. I’m still clean to this day and I’m grateful to Bowling Green because of it

Redemption is truly a special place, Brandon and his team have no agenda other than helping people get sober! He is such an inspirational person, his goal was to create a rehab that people actually wanted to got to, and he succeeded with that goal! The positive impact Redemption has had on my life is hard to put into words because it's so significant!! I would recommend anyone and everyone struggling with addiction to go Redemption. The whole staff is amazing, special shout out to Sara with out the H she is a wonderful therapist! I am forever grateful for this place!

This place is truly amazing. If I could give it more than five stars I would! This team is phenomenal! My husband was struggling of alcoholism and went to Redemption for help. We were both unsure of what to expect but from the moment he arrived, it was clear that this was a place of healing and hope. The staff is compassionate, knowledgeable and committed to not just treating his addiction but to helping him understand the root causes of his struggles. They are also available to provide guidance and direction to the family giving us the tools needed to encourage him without enabling his addiction. They go above and beyond to be sure that he feels supported every step of the way. The level of care and concern that you receive here is just amazing! And when they tell you they are available at any time, they mean it. They are always available for any problems or questions or concerns that either one of us has.
We’re both more hopeful and optimistic about the future and a big part of that is thanks to this incredible team. I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for a recovery program that works. Their dedication and compassion has had a profound impact on his recovery and our family is sincerely grateful for all of the encouragement and support. I’ve been a patient at Holcomb Behavioral Health for almost 4yrs.
I have never had an issue with anyone and I can be a difficult person. I’m a Gemini ♊️ so my evil twin is always trying to peek out to take over.
My therapist has helped my family and I tremendously! The receptionist - OMG! I haven’t seen her since the pandemic but when I have to physically go into Holcomb this awesome lovely lady always ask me about my son and ask how I’m doing.
I Love Holcomb for more reasons than that. I Love Holcomb because they help me navigate through life when life kicks me down. Holcomb changed my life and my children's live for the better. I feel bad that other people's comments are judgmental. I think that people are so closed minded now & days. So, if you’re a patient at Holcomb then don’t give up! Because I swear I recommend this life changing facility to anyone that needs mental health support.

I did not attend therapy here, because they were completely booked for months. Very busy practice. However, I spent 15 minutes on the phone with Nina, and she gave me expert referrals. Her customer service skills are incomparable: thank you!
