I am so grateful for this facility. Was in and out before my actual appointment time. Saw the Dr who explained everything to me and was very nice and caring and even offered to ship the medication to my house. I was in today for two appointments and things could not have gone better. I met with Dr. Muchnick - Optometry and Dr. Ambrogi - Dental. Both were consummate professionals, took their time and really handled the entire visits well. It really bolsters my faith in the treatment when I don't feel the MD is rushing to move onto the next patient. Ultimately I got fantastic care and I am sold, I will continue to use them and this site for medical care. I have been using VA Medical in various capacities for over forty years now and I have always had a good experience. I have used private insurance and care simultaneously throughout so I can make a really fair and well-informed opinion about VA care vs. elsewhere. Thanks to everyone at VA Coatesville!!!

They actually listen to you and know what they're doing, they don't just take notes and do what they were going to do anyway, they actually cater to your specific circumstances, let you give input, take that into account, and adjust your treatment accordingly, I've had so many bad experiences with other clinics, so I'm glad I finally found this place! Also, the pink haired Lady at the front desk will remember your face and add you into the dosing queue the second you walk through the doors. She's super fast and good at her job but lady I wanna say GOOD MORNING to you! like... please. you're super good at your job but let me say good morning and say it back to me. I'm not trying to make conversation. I just want to say good morning. 😊😊😊

I give it a 5 because staff is nice, they listen to what I have have to say, work with my work schedule, doesn't take a very long time to get take homes. As long as you're doing what your supposed to do then you move along quickly here. I've been to several clinics and this one is definitely the best in my opinion.

I arrived at the HOG in April 2024. I was broken, desperate, and hopeless. No end in sight. Upon arrival I was welcomed with open arms by the staff. Letting me know there is hope and we can recover. My counselor was absolutely the best. Opening my eyes to the issues at hand and why I turned to alcohol. I was offered the chance to go to the HOG two years before I actually went. Best decision I have ever made. The HOG saved my life, and opened my eyes to a life without alcohol. I will be celebrating 2 years sobriety in a few weeks. Could not possibly be any happier. Life is good. Thank you to the HOG, all the medical staff, all the counselors, administrators, and the whole staff of individuals that keep the place running. So many great people that (Big Al, Bobby, Kelly to name a few) that there is no way to thank them all. If you need help this is the place to go!!!

Feel you should know the women’s center(ms Amy, Dr Dunham), Dental (Courtney, Donna - Dr Nick), greeting, patient advocate is actually real if you want/need communication through them is better then the general staff cause they handle business the actual hospital side is in and out at a beautiful pace it’s worth the drive rather than public hospital for sure very friendly staff. I’m blessed to have taken patients there and go here myself. Team Wilmington shout out to the few that have made my care and others a priority! Thank YOU

I have been on methadone maintenance for a long time over 15 years. Most of my experience was with BD Health in baltimore. Once I changed to medmark my eyes were open to a whole new way of treatment. Before when I was at BD I felt like I was just a gas and go paycheck. I never got counseling. The treatment plans were just bullshitted. Here at medmark my counselor Mary is extremely helpful. Over the course of the time that I've been there she has realized what works best with us when we do our counseling sessions. She realizes that I do not have too many outlets so she lets me open the floodgates and for my heart out to her and it's always judgment free. I can tell that she is on my side 100%. Also the front staff Miss Cindy is absolutely amazing. She is completely professional extremely helpful to answer any questions. I also want to compliment the nursing staff. They have always been extremely polite and extremely professional. I'm extremely grateful to be getting my treatment at medmark. Thank you

This is a great place to be if you need help. I have been coming here for all most 2 years. Everyone here is so caring, kind, nice & friendly. I never had an issue with the staff. There are rules we all must follow for all the nay sayers. I leave MEDMARK BELCAMP with a happy feeling that someone cares for me. They are all good people.

This clinic is amazing. Saved my life and I have been clean since I started here. They will work with you I didn't have a valid ID when I started and they still helped me. The staff and nurses are kind and compassionate. My counselor Maddie is the best and is understanding, a good listener and on top of appointments. Redemption is truly a special place, Brandon and his team have no agenda other than helping people get sober! He is such an inspirational person, his goal was to create a rehab that people actually wanted to got to, and he succeeded with that goal! The positive impact Redemption has had on my life is hard to put into words because it's so significant!! I would recommend anyone and everyone struggling with addiction to go Redemption. This place is truly amazing. If I could give it more than five stars I would! This team is phenomenal! My husband was struggling of alcoholism and went to Redemption for help. We were both unsure of what to expect but from the moment he arrived, it was clear that this was a place of healing and hope. The staff is compassionate, knowledgeable and committed to not just treating his addiction but to helping him understand the root causes of his struggles. They are also available to provide guidance and direction to the family giving us the tools needed to encourage him without enabling his addiction. They go above and beyond to be sure that he feels supported every step of the way. The level of care and concern that you receive here is just amazing! And when they tell you they are available at any time, they mean it. They are always available for any problems or questions or concerns that either one of us has. We’re both more hopeful and optimistic about the future and a big part of that is thanks to this incredible team. I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for a recovery program that works. Their dedication and compassion has had a profound impact on his recovery and our family is sincerely grateful for all of the encouragement and support. I’ve been a patient at Holcomb Behavioral Health for almost 4yrs. I have never had an issue with anyone and I can be a difficult person. I’m a Gemini ♊️ so my evil twin is always trying to peek out to take over. My therapist has helped my family and I tremendously! The receptionist - OMG! I haven’t seen her since the pandemic but when I have to physically go into Holcomb this awesome lovely lady always ask me about my son and ask how I’m doing. I Love Holcomb for more reasons than that. I Love Holcomb because they help me navigate through life when life kicks me down. Holcomb changed my life and my children's live for the better. I feel bad that other people's comments are judgmental. I think that people are so closed minded now & days. So, if you’re a patient at Holcomb then don’t give up! Because I swear I recommend this life changing facility to anyone that needs mental health support. I wish everyone the best on their journey. GOD Bless You All! 🙏🏾

Honestly, no place is going to work until you’re fully ready. With that being said, this place completely changed my life. I’ve been using for over 6 years, been to multiple places & never stuck with it. Until I came here, I was actually ready this time & that made all the difference. I almost have a month clean, & I just wanted to thank everyone here that helped me & believed in me. From Dr. Mike, to Mrs. Gloria the social worker, the techs (can’t remember all their names, but especially Lex) I will say the food is horrible lol but if you’re actually ready it’s a great place & worth giving it a shot. It does suck that it’s technically a mental hospital/psych ward so keep that in mind being there. It’s not an actual rehab or anything you’re just there for detox.

Forget any negative reviews! This is by far THE BEST recovery center of all times! Let's start with the director... 1st off, he will insure the best after care for your well being. He is exceptionally fair. I messed up time after time and he gave me opportunity after opportunity. The rules of the program is enforced but he seen in me what I couldn't see in myself. Now the staff??? They became my family. I'm not saying any names but the RSP Supervisor cares deeply about the clients and their safety. She's like Debo who wants you to take the recovery process seriously. As far as the rest of the staff. Individually they they are not just assets to the company but essential to life. Now if I don't say anything about how good Momma Nancy feeds everyone, I would be dead wrong. When I say you get feed like Grandma back around, The food is excellent. My only complaint is that the residents messed up the coffee twice a day. Smh. Somebody broke into the coffee machine and got caught! Tip on my whole coffee operation 😁

I was there for close to 3 and a half months in 2010, Mrs. Nancy changed my life in so many ways. A strong independent woman who understood my pain had been through it herself and never judged! I think about her a lot to this day still, it's why I'm writing this now, she seen in me what everyone else has seen in me; me I still didn't see it at that point. She would play this song a lot for me to listen to it was her song to me, id cry and she say that's you you just gotta start seeing it. She even went out her way on family day to come meet my then 2 year old son and hold him saying to him, you got a strong beautiful smart mommy who lives you so much all she talks about is getting better to be the best mommy you deserve and asked him if he'd share me with her cause she loved me to and couldn't wait to see me get it that time!! She was why got through that, not disappointed her became my motivation. Mrs. Nancy you are an inspiration and almost 16 years later I still think of you and the impact you had on my life. You are a beautiful, kind, loving, and also one tough cookie who doesn't take crap from anyone at all. I hope you see this one day and pray that you remember that red haired sorta Tom boyish girl you dressed like a beautiful/hot elf at Christmas in 2009 and as baby new years afterwards because you saw a beauty in me then I couldn't see. Project Chesapeake is a great IOP/OP treatment option. Not only does the staff genuinely care about you, they offer multiple services under one roof. I opted into this program for longer than required (crazy right?) and will continue to utilize their services regardless of my OP completion.
