I don't know, but I've known this place for two years, but every time I call you have to leave a message, they are never on the phone. I understand because of the many clients they have, but one always leaves a message and they never return the call.

I just relocated to Providence from Massachusetts which had a similar program I was able to avail myself of, as a Senior Citizen on a Fixed Income every penny counts these days. I applied for the Home Energy Assistance Program and just received an approval for the Grant. The Application Process was Quick and Easy and the response was prompt. This Grant will make a significant difference for me.

If I could rate it mines one star I would. They have the worse customer service. I tried reaching Faith David for the past two months via email and phone regarding the bookkeeping course and never got a response. Today I called and finally got an answer from one of the secretaries, asked regarding the course and she tells me is no longer available. I tried telling her I had tried talking to Faith and never got a response, and before I could finish talking, she hung up the phone on my face. If it's a organization intended to help RI residents, they should have people that are more empathetic. And stop the false advertisement, if they don't offer the bookkeeping course any longer, they should not be advertising it at home. This organization is one where if people were looking for resources, they would not feel comfortable and train your staff better so they don't hang up on people and aren't as rude.
