Broke the downward spiral I was in, the unit I was in was probably the best part. All of us giving each other hope, it was a very nice way to grow. The mental health professionals I dealt with gave great insight and helped me with an after care treatment plan to help me unpack some of my traumas and triggers.

The dual diagnosis program was a much much better program for me over the regular addiction programs. With the work on my depression combined with addiction therapy I feel we found the base to my problems.

My experience was fantastic. I recieved the help I needed the moment I made the call. Being there has changed my life, definitely for the better. I will recommend this program for anyone battling mental health illness along with sustance abuse disorder.

I walked these halls 10 years ago. Tim Helmek (I forgot if that’s correct spelling) saved my life with what he taught me. I didn’t stay sober that then but when the time came I knew what to do to stay sober because of him. Just celebrated 7.5 years. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

My last stay at Hazelden Plymouth was about 2.5 years ago, when I was 17. At first, I was nervous and resentful of my parents for sending me there but I’m glad they did. The facility was amazing (and the food was great too). My psychologist, David Wells, was very educated and helped me make real progress. My counselors, Joanne and Denise, were exactly what I needed. I overdosed on fentanyl three times before coming here, and without Hazelden I truly don’t think I’d be alive today. I’m now 2.5 years sober, and the education and support I received at Hazelden continues to help me in other parts of my life. I’m very grateful for my time here and highly recommend Hazelden to anyone who needs help.

My daughter recently attended this rehab facility where she stayed for approximately 45 days. This is her 1st time @ Truly wanting & getting sober 💯%. She tells every1 great things about the people there @ meadow Creek who's lives & testimonials were so Very helpful. Wow! What a journey. Please take this seriously for those in addition or wanting to recover! I went here during covid season 2020 when I got my DUI. I was regretting it, didn't take it seriously, etc. I did my month time stay there. Went home continued with addiction cause I still didn't care. After mother's day weekend on 05.09.22 was my first day of sobriety. I'm still sober to this day. Let me tell you what, I've had the most fantastic experiences and time of my life sober! Looking back, wish I'd took things seriously. I even got off probation this year in June. I wasn't supposed to get off until November next year 2024. I mean God's work is honestly a blessing and you definitely feel him working thru you. I remember starting out here at this place, they said "higher power" and I'm like naw, I don't got that. Not even my kids. Oh yeah, God is my highest power! This place is amazing! Trust me! Great staff, food, location, etc! Just please get help! It's not worth your life ending on bad terms! I will never go back to that life style. Sobriety is just the coolest 😎 Lord the energy you have, stability, motivation, passion to keep striving and going in life! Yes!! No more laziness! Couldn't have chose a better place to go for help with my substance abuse disorder, not only that but I got to learn a lot about my culture. Going through sweat for the first time and the ceremonies were very healing for me. The staff is GREAT. 10/10 would recommend this treatment facility to anyone that wants help with their addiction.

The Retreat saved my life. I relapsed after 6 years sober and found returning to the program extremely difficult. The way they helped me immerse myself back into the steps was exactly what I needed. Now I’m in fire for AA and I am so grateful that this place exists for real alcoholics and addicts like me to recover.

Today I celebrate 4 months of sobriety! I couldn’t have done it without the 30 days I spent at the retreat. What an incredible experience I had. Everything from morning meditation each day to the end of the day step 10 inventory. Incredible and supportive staff, guest speakers, daily AA meetings and lots of love. I have implemented so much of what I learned from the Retreat into my daily life and it’s made a huge impact.i can’t say enough great things about The Retreat! Had a very eye opening experience here. Staff were phenomenal and supportive. Along with developing a base for sober life skills and relationship with my higher power also had a lot of fun!

I have been so impressed with the level of care for my dad since we started coming here last January. Even though they are big, he ISN’T just a number like he thought. I have had excellent health care at St Cloud VA. I couldn’t remember the Doctor I had in the Optometrist’s dept. when I was asked about my visit in a survey. This is my attempt to answer that survey, It was Dr. David Malchow MD! He was a professional through and through. From his appearance, dress and mannerisms, he educated me, answered my questions and did it all with a smile. I really enjoyed my sobriety while I was there. The groups were awesome the counselors were well trained. And now I think I need to go back there but I know I will be welcome

Recovery happens when the client wants it badly enough. I found the counselors, facilitators and therapists had genuine concern for my well being. I still attend therapy here.

I absolutely adored my loving, kind, understanding, compassionate and just a teeny tiny bit rough, counselor, Ava. Additionally, the program isn't like others that I've been to. I felt less triggered and much more like a family. Park gave me a purpose and motivation to get up, go, and actively participate every day. I enjoyed My time there so so much!!! And I came away with a great support system and the tools to be successful and healthy. If you are looking for a good and loving recovery program, you will find it in Park Ave!!! Recommend 20 out of 10!!!!!

I went here on June 2nd 2023 I've been sober ever since! I still go here for therapy I absolutely love this place! I honestly cannot say enough great things about the staff they genuinely care about each and every client and it shows tremendously! Park Ave saved my life and my family! They didn't just help me get sober they helped me recover and gave me the best tools to maintain my recovery! I do and will continue to recommend Park Ave to anyone who struggles with addiction! Our doctor was very helpful in taking care of the different components my son needed for his NCAA required physical and paperwork. He helped with a decision about medication in relation to an insurance question.

I finished up the year-long DBT class with Madi and Jess as the instructors, and this program really changed my life. I know it sounds corny, but when I came in I couldn't tell you the difference between anger and disgust, but now I can clearly describe my emotions and communicate effectively with people without shutting down or shutting off. The skills I learned has helped me in my marriage, my job, and improved my relationships with others. This hidden gem of a class needs a bigger wait list, it's that good. I would encourage anyone who is struggling, with whatever it may be, to reach out to this place and get engaged in your mental health. You'll thank yourself later.

I can’t say enough good things about Nystrom & Associates and their DBT program. When I started, I was struggling with emotional regulation, relationships, and feeling overwhelmed by daily life. The structure of the DBT program, along with the support from the compassionate and knowledgeable therapists, truly changed my life. The combination of individual therapy with Madi and skills group with Madi and Jess gave me the tools I needed to navigate stress, set healthy boundaries, and manage my emotions in a more balanced way. I finally feel like I have a roadmap for how to cope in a healthier, more effective way and that’s something I hadn’t found in other therapy settings. The environment at Nystrom is welcoming and nonjudgmental. I always felt safe to be honest and to grow. If you're on the fence about starting DBT, I highly recommend it here. It's hard work, but it works and I’m so grateful I took that first step.

This place helped me save my life. The education on recovery at Pride is top-notch, the staff is informed and open, the facility is nice enough and they allow vaping now! All that aside the love and inclusiveness I felt there did more for me than anything. For the first time I didn't feel like I had to play a part to be somewhere. That feeling, that sort of love, stays with a person. After you've been accepted for who you are by others it's easier to accept it about yourself. Pride gave me the keys to unlock me.

I was curious if this place accepted women asking for my mother
