Having been here for over 10 years I can tell you there’s not a better place to go, without Valhalla (BHG) I wouldn’t be able to thrive and live a normal life which I’ve been able to do. The people here are genuine and so welcoming and welcome newcomers with open arms the intake process is super tedious and long and takes 3 to 4 hours but it’s so so so worth it!!!!! no regrets choosing to come here I promise you will feel the same I can’t say one bad thing about this place at all. If i could give this place 10 stars I honestly would i’m pretty sure this place saved my life

Hazelden taught me how to live a healthy life again and gave me my life back. They addressed the poor coping skills that landed me there and gave me new ones. I continue to have nothing but the best of experiences with the staff at the St Paul location. I am grateful to so many people, but I do want to mention the incredible nursing department. Diamond and Ian, I look forward to every time I see you guys! Consider yourself very lucky if you get Dr. Exo - she's amazing! Laurie was a mentor to me at center City, and a big part of my decision to stick with the program. Cheers to 1 year and 1 month of sobriety, and a whole new life! Update: recently celebrated two years sober. I have muscles now and just a much much cleaner life style. It's surreal and my only regret is not going to Betty Ford sooner than when I did!

Been to this place off and on for years best place and coming back I felt really heard and seen and actually helped my mental health so much the staff is amazing there and my family therapist is the best and even the dbt day treatment and I would definitely recommend this place. Finding therapist is hard and finding the right fit is hard too but if anyone feels this place isn’t the best it is you can choose who to work with and what works best for you. If I could give 10 stars I would and before I left this place as a teenager I had Karen king and she was a beautiful soul ! Helped me through a lot so definitely recommended this place for any help you need! Everyone in the dbt day treatment was the best staff ever! And the family therapist chue is amazing helped me out and my partner out so much and will continue working with him !

While I can't speak for the in-person services provided, we had a wonderful experience via phone communication. We were trying to help a family member navigate treatment options. We called on a Saturday to discuss what detox services might look like. Tony was the staff member who took our call. He was incredibly informative, kind and non-judgmental. He explained the process for being admitted, what to expect over the days of treatment, and also what we could expect from our family member specific to meth withdrawal. We were fortunate that we were able to get our family member directly into an intensive residential treatment facility, but the information he provided was so helpful in the interim! It took me a couple of months to get around to writing this review, but huge shout out to Tony!

I went here for pao surgery on my hip the nurses and doctors are some of the sweetest people I have ever met they always made sure I wasnt in any pain and took such good care of me and never had a problem with how much apple juice I asked for. they are very understanding on how their patients are in pain everyone there made it so easy and despite being in all my post surgery pain the nurses were always there to help I even got hugs from my favorite nurse who was so helpful and kind I hope any other kid whos scared and afraid knows that they have such a good medical team to take such good care of them. side note the food isn't the best but the care from the medical staff is amazing the food could be better and I think it would be better to add stuff like French fries for little kids that are picky eaters

I have fought my mental health since I was a teen. (51 now) I was in United Hospital for a few weeks after being off my meds and having some "issues". After the hospital I came here for 90 days of intensive treatment. It has literally changed my life and outlook ON life more than I could've ever imagined. The staff and the other residents have been amazing. I got my meds all lined up and have been taking them religiously. The groups and the actual treatment has helped me enormously to the point that friends I had lost because of WHO I had become with my bipolar flaring up have come back and are so supportive. I will never forget what Maghakian Place has done for me and there's still two months to go. If you need help, trust me....it's out there. Don't be afraid to WIN the battle you've been fighting!!!!! This placed saved my life. In just 30 days I made so much progress, It's a very tight-knit and welcoming community. You can tell the staff genuinely care about the clients. The best doctors office I’ve ever experienced! I’m in my 30s and have been on medication since I was 12- so I’ve been to lots of different doctors in 5 different states over the years. I moved to Minneapolis and in turn my insurance changed, so getting my medication refilled was feeling nearly impossible… urgent care wouldn’t help, other doctors I called couldn’t get me in for weeks, I had a prescription sitting at the pharmacy that I couldn’t get filled due to insurance and pharmacist restrictions (written by out of state doctor). I ended up in the ER in medication withdrawal and was only given a 2 day supply along with a list of doctors to try or to come back every 2 days for my medication. I finally found this place from an online search and reached out feeling hopeless, but they quickly got me set up in the system within a couple of hours and scheduled an appointment for the next business day at 8am. My provider was very kind and helpful, truly listening to my concerns with compassion, and by the end of the appointment I had my medication sent to the pharmacy and ready to pick up in a couple of hours. I couldn’t believe how much they cared and were quick to help me- when dozens of other providers refused/couldn’t. Since then, any time I’ve needed a prescription refilled or written out a certain way (due to current stock at the pharmacy), they’ve helped me immediately get the issue resolved. I’ve reached out to them in the parking lot of a pharmacy and within 30 minutes had my issues resolved and my medication in my hand. I am so grateful for YourPath- they are a breath of fresh air from any other provider that I’ve experienced. This is truly how all doctors offices should operate, and I’m so grateful that I found them.

The Recovery Academy was our answer! Our family member was struggling with addiction and mental health issues. He was finally ready for help and was willing to accept the treatment plan at RA. I can’t begin to tell you how well this program worked for our family member! From the moment we met with Aaron, we felt that it was the right place for treatment and recovery. Everything was individualized for each young man. The entire team at RA is amazing! The therapists are so caring and helpful, and we enjoyed our family sessions each week and learned so much from them as well. Aaron was only a phone call or a text away at all times. RA does not put a time line for recovery as many places do. We all progress at different rates which is evident at RA. Consider giving this program a chance! You won’t be sorry. It has changed our lives. Our family member stayed at RA almost a year. He was able to complete his last 3 classes for a Finance degree and also completed an internship in Saint Paul. The team was so supportive and helpful with this endeavor as well. While we hope our family member is never in need of these services again, it’s nice to know that we have a team of people at RA that would be willing to help us again. i had an emergency pacemaker at saint josephs because of rolling blackouts. lower heart beats at 30 bpm. ambulance ride from saint johns in maplewood. same day pacemaker placement. went home the next day. no health insurance as i had been terminated by a nearby hospital because i could not do my work fast enough after doing the same work for 35 years which is why i chose to go to health east. there charity paid the entire $30,000 medical bill. staff were awesome and food for the day was acceptable.

4.5⭐ The E.R had me in fast, polite, Kinda disappointed in how doc didn't want to consider my main C.C. on why I was there so didn't look further. But, all and all St. John's hospital and staff are very comforting

The Mardag Foundation's event at the Amherst H. Wilder Foundation was a great one for our team to be part of. We set up FotoGenic Photobooths' Print Photo Booth for the day, and the venue made the whole process easy from start to finish. The space itself is bright, modern, and open, with plenty of natural light coming through and a layout that felt genuinely accessible rather than tight or cramped. We had all the room we needed to set up both the booth and our prop table without crowding the space or getting in anyone's way, which isn't always a given at venues hosting a full day of programming. The staff checked in on us throughout the event and made sure we had what we needed, which made for a smooth, low stress setup on our end. It's clear this is a venue built with both guests and the people working behind the scenes in mind. We'd happily return to the Wilder Foundation for another event, and we'd recommend the space to any organization looking for a clean, modern venue that's easy to navigate for a day of programming.

I have spent over 7 months in the program, and in the residential side. The staff here has went above & beyond to help with all aspects of recovery & trying to get life back in order. The program has taught me alot of skills and different ways to handle life situations. I was not able to complete the program do to personal situations. I would have if I could. I cannot begin to even start with how to explain how much these people have saved my life for as long as I went to treatment I’ve never Seeing such love, care and appreciation for every single person in the building. Every single staff from Frankie to Leah to Kenny to Vivian to Matt and Anne. From the moment I walked in every I was welcome with open arms for how timid of a person I was I was skeptical at first, but from the bottom of my heart, I can honestly say every single one of Those people mentioned have saved my life. I would highly recommend anyone struggling with an addiction. Please check out Fraizer wellness center. I Munye Osman am grateful for every single thing Frazier wellness center has done for me from the bottom of my heart. I promise you guys you will not regret the decision from walking through those doors and working the steps and working with every single person mentioned above. I don’t think there’s any other treatment in the state of Minnesota that can even compare to Frazier wellness center. The amount of hands-on work that the staff put in on a day-to-day basis to meeting clients needs is unbelievable for someone who’s been to nine different treatments and has seen everything That other programs have to offer. There’s nothing that can compare to this one. My heart goes out to every single one of those staff members, They’ve shown exceptional, compassion and willingness to work with clients and give us the flexibility that we need to succeed in life The resources that are offered the guidance that is needed And most importantly that shoulder to cry on Is second to none I don’t think I can ever put it into words specifically, but I think people should check it out for themselves.

I have seen April Lund here for many years and I highly recommend her! She takes the time to listen to you and highly involves you in your treatment plan. She always knows my medical history and takes the time to really listen. The front desk staff and nurses are fantastic too! My only complaint is that this clinic can be tricky to find and wish there were more clear instructions for in person visits. I would recommend going a few minutes early to find parking and get to the office.
