Christian Support for Men

You’ll have access to a structured environment with round the clock support and vocational training that strengthens your future opportunities. Alongside spiritual guidance, you’ll be invited to participate in a curriculum that can work to help you rebuild your identity and embrace positive change. We like that the program also emphasizes community service to give you an opportunity to help others while reinforcing your own recovery.

Transitional Help That Works

After completing the residential program, you can enter the Re-Entry Program to receive guidance with employment, communication, housing, and recovery maintenance. This added layer of support can help ease his transition and reduce the risk of relapse. We really value their commitment to offering real life tools that extend well beyond the initial treatment period.

Faith and Counseling Options

If a full residential stay isn’t the right fit then they offer outpatient services through their Life Renewal program. This includes in person and online counseling. These sessions still reflect the same Christ centered approach and include strategies for lasting recovery. Insurance is not accepted. Instead, you can participate in monthly fundraising efforts and pay a non refundable $500 admissions fee.

Zach (Staff) violated HIPPA. My hat got stolen and when I made a complaint "people don't steal in this Christian establishment" I could sue but I won't. The program does help people. I'm not taking that away. There are many great things about this program. The food, gym etc. The staff? Not so much. A few are good. I heard a staff named Zach gossiping about me. in regards to my savings, and refusal to donate from my savings among other personal things. (That's a HIPPA violation, Zach.) I WAS told this program was free as long as I worked. Zach also called my 88 year old grandma and asked for donations. Weirdo. So you want 1250 per month, plus work, plus HIPPA violations? Plus gossiping, uneducated staff? No.

This is a religious camp. They do not teach life skills in order to go back into society. They do not have counselors to address the addiction issues. They do not give support help and connections when they leave, they are just dumped off.

Other Forms of Payment

Medicaid is a state based program that helps lower-income individuals and families pay for healthcare. Medicaid covers addiction treatment so those enrolled can use their coverage to pay for rehab. When a program accepts Medicaid the client often pays very little or nothing out of their own pocket.

Medicare is a federal program that provides health insurance for those 65 and older. It also serves people under 65 with chronic and disabling health challenges. To use Medicare for addiction treatment you need to find a program that accepts Medicare and is in network with your plan. Out of pocket costs and preauthorization requirements vary, so always check with your provider.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

inpatient iconInpatient

Residential treatment programs are those that offer housing and meals in addition to substance abuse treatment. Rehab facilities that offer residential treatment allow patients to focus solely on recovery, in an environment totally separate from their lives. Some rehab centers specialize in short-term residential treatment (a few days to a week or two), while others solely provide treatment on a long-term basis (several weeks to months). Some offer both, and tailor treatment to the patient's individual requirements.

Treatments

Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.

Clinical Services

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.
