The receptionists that man the front desk afternoons are incredibly rude and unprofessional! I've overheard them making fun of patients and disabilities, I seriously can't believe they work in healthcare. The girl is just all around rude and always seems annoyed, and the guy plays games on his phone
They charged me $600 an hour for 12 sessions (with insurance that only paid $300), and in the beginning when I asked what it would cost I would not get an answer from anyone! Mary Clarke who had prescribed my prescription knew this. I no longer have anything to do with the Stillwater medical centers and especially Mary Clarke who was neglectful in my care to begin with. What a joke!
The therapists and techs are absolutely fantastic. Some of the receptionists, on the other hand, are both incompetent and very rude.
