From the waiting room, to the hallways, and even in the private room. There were multiple different types of toys, books, and puzzles. The rooms were decorated for a child to learn and play in, while also being very clean and comfortable for parents. Amazing equipment and even a pediatric style table, so you don’t have to worry about your kiddo rolling off a tall table. We have LOVED seeing Dr. Hutchison since our little one was born, but wow, this move to the PFC has showed how bright she can really shine as a doctor, and a human! She’s a parent. She’s gets it. I did not even know that pelvic floor rehab existed, but now I am a firm believer! The strategies and exercises she gave me were easy to do, and they helped immensely and immediately! If any new mothers read this, you need to go to pelvic floor rehab. Everybody. Too often women think, "it'll get better eventually," or "this is normal after a baby." I thought that, and I was wrong. As Aubrey put it, "this is COMMON, but not NORMAL." Pelvic floor rehabs helps heal your body after the most dramatic change it will ever undergo, so when you have any issues WHATSOEVER, no matter how minor, with scar tissue from a tear or episiotomy/diastasis recti/bladder/bowels/hip strength, etc., do yourself a favor and go to pelvic floor rehab. Alyce Vigil 5 years ago I have been a client at Total Health for several years. I would be there consistently but I am at the mercy of Medicare. When my money runs out I have to wait. What I would like to say is that this establishment has helped me more than all the specialists that I have put together. I am a 71 year old female and have degenerative disc disease, and arthritis in my lower back, left hip and neck. I have to take pain pills and muscle relaxers and they do not help much. I also have vertigo and a balance problem.I have been given pills and shots of cortisone with no lasting affect. I can go in and See Joe Eastman and Stacy Lacy and do the exercises that they give me to do and within several sessions, I go from a 7 or 8 on the pain scale down to a 1 1/2 to a 2. The Calm Center does not just slap a label on kids and teens like some other facilities in the area, the staff are understanding, patient and compassionate people who are relatable in many ways and teach actual coping skills that help in day to day life. I believe forgive me if I get names wrong but Mr. Corey does groups that I still think about to this day that taught me lessons and helped me see different perspectives. Mr. Jimmy and one of the Therapists Spencer were also very kind to me and helped me realize that there are safe, kind, and caring men in the world. Growing up I had a very complicated relationship with my father, and I had talked a bit about that when I was there. Nearly every day I smile or sometimes cry when I recall that at my leaving ceremony Mr. Jimmy told me that any man should be proud to have me as a daughter, I wish I could express how much that has impacted and healed me. I was admitted in August and was there for a month. The staff were amazing but it is true that they picked favorites. Obviously it’s a mental hospital so it’s not going to be perfect because everyone in there wants to hurt themselves or someone else. I didn’t necessarily like that we had the same group lessons every week but it was always very interactive. The group that I was in there with got pretty close and I think that’s maybe why we had so many problems. I will say that my therapist was absolutely terrible. She was fired on my last day which pushed back my discharge date. She connected with me but omg she could not grow a pair to my parents at all. She was very unprofessional and honestly gave up on our sessions. It was very rare that she’d actually come get me for therapy and when she did it was VERY brief. Also while I was in there.. I watched a very young girl being hurt multiple times. She had no business being in our unit with the older kids and the issues that they have. I stuck up for her multiple times and tried to make everyone understand but her being there was completely unsafe. She was too young to be in there with us and I think the hospital is responsible for her behavior and how she was treated. Other than that, I got along great with the staff and never had any problems. I’ve heard horror stories about other facilities and I’d much rather going to Integris than anywhere else. lily 3 weeks ago This review is for the adult unit. My stay here was an overwhelmingly positive experience. I was treated respectfully by staff the whole time, and came away with useful, practical tools to improve my mental health going forward. A few of the staff are absolutely exceptional and it's clear they were put on earth to do this job- Mr. Tracy, Ms. Melissa, Mr. Dan, and Ms. Dee Dee included. I received just as much help from the other patients as well, many of whom were caring and empathetic. It will be a great source of comfort in the future to know that this place is available should I ever need help again, I would not hesitate to go back. With that being said, your stay is absolutely what you make of it- to be truly successful you need to be proactive and actively participate in your own recovery. I was in this boys home for four years. Those were the best years of my life. I had very tough times but the staff stuck with me and helped me out. I’m seeing a lot of bad reviews that don’t make sense to the boys home that I know. There is one that kicks the side of me like a truck, it’s the review about Rylan Harris. I personally knew this young man and he took it upon himself to break the rules and put himself in harms way. Unfortunately he passed. I know of some other kids that the same thing happened to and I could’ve been one of them cause I would run away. Kids aren’t running away cause this place is abusive like you people want to claim. They are running away because they don’t like the authority above them. Now may God bless those families who lost someone, some little boy that was in some sort of accident. But don’t blame the staff. The staff do everything they can and have rules and policies preventing things that I know for a fact they follow. They don’t like some of them but in order to keep the job that continues helping young men they have to. This place is not a bad place. I stuck out four years here. I got out three years ago and since then I’ve bought several of my own cars, kept a good paying job, and pay my own bills. I’m 20 years old. DO NOT BLAME THE STAFF. If a staff member did something wrong I have full belief and trust in the management taking action. The contrast between the experience I've had with FCS compared to Grand are EXTREME - the people at FCS actually care about you and I never felt like anyone at Grand gave a damn about me. FCS makes sure to schedule my next appointments before the current appointment ends and they have been great about working with my impossibly busy schedule. They have even offered to advocate for me to my medical doctors for issues that keep getting written off as being related to my mental health when that actually isn't the case. When they say they are giving you a team, they mean it. If you need help between appointments you can call COPES and that actually goes into your chart so your team can follow up with you. Telehealth is very helpful - not only for obvious reasons but it is a big advantage for those of us that struggle with PTSD triggers in public places. Communication can get clunky with missed texts or telehealth not always working appropriately but that's not often. My husband went there for kratom addiction. He left early but has been sober for 6 months!! I credit them with helping him get over the physical symptoms with care and compassion. Truly life changing!! And his insurance fully covered his stay. Family days were insightful and it's a very nice, interesting property. Id recommend it to anyone facing addiction. Valley Hope is amazing! Every person is very caring and make you feel like you can do this. The quality of care, facility, recovery program team are exceptional. They also have aftercare so when you get out you have great options for continued care. They check on you periodically to make sure you are okay. I highly recommend Valley Hope Cushing for anyone with drug or alcohol dependency that want to stop.

We took our toddler son here to see Dr. Hutchison. We were INSANELY impressed. The facility was child friendly from the moment you walked in the door. From the waiting room, to the hallways, and even in the private room. There were multiple different types of toys, books, and puzzles. The rooms were decorated for a child to learn and play in, while also being very clean and comfortable for parents. Amazing equipment and even a pediatric style table, so you don’t have to worry about your kiddo rolling off a tall table. We have LOVED seeing Dr. Hutchison since our little one was born, but wow, this move to the PFC has showed how bright she can really shine as a doctor, and a human! She’s a parent. She’s gets it. On top of it all she is insanely smart and trustworthy. She even gave my little one a coin to get a prize and complimented his behavior, but we all know that facility was designed to help children thrive. After the birth of my first baby, I had been having some issues and talked to my OB, who sent me to pelvic floor rehab with Aubrey Rimer. I did not even know that pelvic floor rehab existed, but now I am a firm believer! The strategies and exercises she gave me were easy to do, and they helped immensely and immediately! If any new mothers read this, you need to go to pelvic floor rehab. Everybody. Too often women think, "it'll get better eventually," or "this is normal after a baby." I thought that, and I was wrong. As Aubrey put it, "this is COMMON, but not NORMAL." Pelvic floor rehabs helps heal your body after the most dramatic change it will ever undergo, so when you have any issues WHATSOEVER, no matter how minor, with scar tissue from a tear or episiotomy/diastasis recti/bladder/bowels/hip strength, etc., do yourself a favor and go to pelvic floor rehab.

I have been a client at Total Health for several years. I would be there consistently but I am at the mercy of Medicare. When my money runs out I have to wait. What I would like to say is that this establishment has helped me more than all the specialists that I have put together. I am a 71 year old female and have degenerative disc disease, and arthritis in my lower back, left hip and neck. I have to take pain pills and muscle relaxers and they do not help much. I also have vertigo and a balance problem.I have been given pills and shots of cortisone with no lasting affect. I can go in and See Joe Eastman and Stacy Lacy and do the exercises that they give me to do and within several sessions, I go from a 7 or 8 on the pain scale down to a 1 1/2 to a 2. That is a miracle. I just to thank the therapists and the kind staff for helping me.

Its been 5 years since I was a patient here, but my experience was very impactful and I wanted to share now that im an adult. Also want to note my younger sister has been in recent years and shares my positive experiences. Growing up I went inpatient a lot and was very troubled, I felt hopeless and scared. The Calm Center does not just slap a label on kids and teens like some other facilities in the area, the staff are understanding, patient and compassionate people who are relatable in many ways and teach actual coping skills that help in day to day life. I believe forgive me if I get names wrong but Mr. Corey does groups that I still think about to this day that taught me lessons and helped me see different perspectives. Mr. Jimmy and one of the Therapists Spencer were also very kind to me and helped me realize that there are safe, kind, and caring men in the world. Growing up I had a very complicated relationship with my father, and I had talked a bit about that when I was there. Nearly every day I smile or sometimes cry when I recall that at my leaving ceremony Mr. Jimmy told me that any man should be proud to have me as a daughter, I wish I could express how much that has impacted and healed me. I honestly have so much to say. I was admitted in August and was there for a month. The staff were amazing but it is true that they picked favorites. Obviously it’s a mental hospital so it’s not going to be perfect because everyone in there wants to hurt themselves or someone else. I didn’t necessarily like that we had the same group lessons every week but it was always very interactive. The group that I was in there with got pretty close and I think that’s maybe why we had so many problems. I will say that my therapist was absolutely terrible. She was fired on my last day which pushed back my discharge date. She connected with me but omg she could not grow a pair to my parents at all. She was very unprofessional and honestly gave up on our sessions. It was very rare that she’d actually come get me for therapy and when she did it was VERY brief. Also while I was in there.. I watched a very young girl being hurt multiple times. She had no business being in our unit with the older kids and the issues that they have. I stuck up for her multiple times and tried to make everyone understand but her being there was completely unsafe. She was too young to be in there with us and I think the hospital is responsible for her behavior and how she was treated. Other than that, I got along great with the staff and never had any problems. I’ve heard horror stories about other facilities and I’d much rather going to Integris than anywhere else.

This review is for the adult unit. My stay here was an overwhelmingly positive experience. I was treated respectfully by staff the whole time, and came away with useful, practical tools to improve my mental health going forward. A few of the staff are absolutely exceptional and it's clear they were put on earth to do this job- Mr. Tracy, Ms. Melissa, Mr. Dan, and Ms. Dee Dee included. I received just as much help from the other patients as well, many of whom were caring and empathetic. It will be a great source of comfort in the future to know that this place is available should I ever need help again, I would not hesitate to go back. With that being said, your stay is absolutely what you make of it- to be truly successful you need to be proactive and actively participate in your own recovery.

I want to point something out. I was in this boys home for four years. Those were the best years of my life. I had very tough times but the staff stuck with me and helped me out. I’m seeing a lot of bad reviews that don’t make sense to the boys home that I know. There is one that kicks the side of me like a truck, it’s the review about Rylan Harris. I personally knew this young man and he took it upon himself to break the rules and put himself in harms way. Unfortunately he passed. I know of some other kids that the same thing happened to and I could’ve been one of them cause I would run away. Kids aren’t running away cause this place is abusive like you people want to claim. They are running away because they don’t like the authority above them. Now may God bless those families who lost someone, some little boy that was in some sort of accident. But don’t blame the staff. The staff do everything they can and have rules and policies preventing things that I know for a fact they follow. They don’t like some of them but in order to keep the job that continues helping young men they have to. This place is not a bad place. I stuck out four years here. I got out three years ago and since then I’ve bought several of my own cars, kept a good paying job, and pay my own bills. I’m 20 years old. DO NOT BLAME THE STAFF. If a staff member did something wrong I have full belief and trust in the management taking action. And if this isn’t enough to stop all the hate sending these people’s way than all of you are no better than who you say they are

I've been very satisfied with my experiences using FCS after iniating care through the crisis care center. The contrast between the experience I've had with FCS compared to Grand are EXTREME - the people at FCS actually care about you and I never felt like anyone at Grand gave a damn about me. FCS makes sure to schedule my next appointments before the current appointment ends and they have been great about working with my impossibly busy schedule. They have even offered to advocate for me to my medical doctors for issues that keep getting written off as being related to my mental health when that actually isn't the case. When they say they are giving you a team, they mean it. If you need help between appointments you can call COPES and that actually goes into your chart so your team can follow up with you. Telehealth is very helpful - not only for obvious reasons but it is a big advantage for those of us that struggle with PTSD triggers in public places. Communication can get clunky with missed texts or telehealth not always working appropriately but that's not often. Reception can be a pain to deal with sometimes - occasionally rude but not often and a reception job can be a difficult role so I expect this to a degree at every business.

Because of them I’m 9 months sober today An have full custody of my son I was pregnant and had him there and took him home and everything. I have been going here since 2008. Venessa Harvey is the absolute best provider. She's 100 percent an absolute NO bs type of person and when it comes to my health, that's what I want. I dread going to indian clinic because they're preferential and it SHOWS, but this particular clinic has given me the best providers. Dr. Davis took care of me at the urgent care and that man is an angel. I hope there are more doctors like Dr. Davis and Dr. Harvey... They make you feel HUMAN (not like a number 😭)

I took my grandson H S & K today for counciling. He has some anger issues, responsibility problems and a few other personality quirks (normal teenager) that has gotten him into trouble. This was his 2nd visit and so far he seems to be okay with it. I don't get to go with him but I understand that. I believe his parents are on the right track.
