I took my grandson H S & K today for counciling. He has some anger issues, responsibility problems and a few other personality quirks (normal teenager) that has gotten him into trouble. This was his 2nd visit and so far he seems to be okay with it. I don't get to go with him but I understand that. I believe his parents are on the right track.

I can't even put in words how grateful I am of this place and the people there to the ladies in the front desk(sorry don't know names) to Dr.Shelby and Tyler I love yall for real. I've been here for about a year now. In the beginning I was jobless addict my ex-wife didn't let me see or talk to my kids for 2 years but now they are in my apartment for a whole week. It was hard and difficult but there is no way I would have done it without yall. I wish yall alot of blessings in the future. Thank you from me and my family. I love yall.

I have been going to CTI since October of 2021 and I used to meet with Allie who was a good dr, however ever since Shelby Pope started there I have grown to have such a good relationship with her and can’t thank her enough for truly caring about the well being of the patients and making sure everyone has the resources available to them that they need. So thank you Shelby.

My friend went here and really enjoyed it. Like any place, they sometimes make mistakes and do their best to fix them if they are at fault. The case managers run classes called process group and all of them working at ARC are great at their jobs. He wrote: "Ever since I came to GRAND, they asked me... What's your master plan?" I hit my head several days ago and had to go to the ER. I was super nervous because I knew I would have to have staples or stitches. The waiting room was packed that day and I thought for sure we would be there forever. Although the rooms were full due to several patient transfers, the staff found a quiet corner undisturbed by anyone to situate me and my husband. This meant I could get back and treated faster and wouldn’t have to wait forever. As soon as they moved us to our private area, Dr. Gage was there immediately. She was calm, thorough, explained everything and answered every question we had. She was truly amazing and was so gentle during the staples that I hardly felt a thing. Her nurse Tandi, was attentive, kind, very caring, and they got us in and out of there in no time. I did have to get a CT scan, but Chris truly put me at ease and made sure that we got the results back from Radiology at record speed. The service we received at the Claremore ER that day was truly top notch and I just wanted to tell Dr. Gage, Tandi, and Chris thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Went in for an induction on the 18th of June through their labor and delivery department. I can't speak for the rest of the hospital but their labor and delivery did an excellent job of taking care of me and my husband. Most of the nurses there were very attentive the whole visit and I was very thankful for that. Dr. Hyden also did a great job for my C-section. I just want to give a shout out to two nurses, Christina and April for being the greatest they could be! They both easily made my visit so much more comfortable during a stressful time. Without them I probably would have had a different experience.

Commenting as a family member to a patient of PFH, currently! *I had a friend who also went to pfh to get clean about 7 years ago and the change in this place (from 7 years ago to now) is nothing but amazing! The staff are ALL caring, loving, people who want nothing but the best for everyone who steps foot inside this building!* I would suggest before arriving for your stay that you call and verify what items you are able to bring and what items aren't accepted. Ask about possible medications and scripts your doctor may have you on - they do give some medications and you are even allowed to have some items such as hygiene and OTC meds such as Tylenol. I'd recommend having some cash or change as well, they have a vending machine you'll get access to. You might also get to go on a day trip to Walmart, so if you'd like to spend some money at Walmart - you'll need to bring some! 🤍The last thing I can truly suggest is.... arrive with an open mind and an open heart to allow these loving people to help you become a better/healthier version of yourself. Your loved one deserves their love/help to get clean and live a life they are proud of! Get your loved ones back - get with PFH to secure their bed! It'll be worth it 🫶🏼

At the age of 2.5 years, my son Adam was showing signs of autism, such as a lack of eye contact, inability to speak (not even a word), and difficulty interacting with us. As new parents, this was incredibly challenging and confusing, leaving us unsure of what to do. My wife heard about IBH from a friend who praised the amazing work they do with autistic kids. We decided to contact IBH, and the rest is history. Thanks to the genuine care, competency, and quality services provided by the IBH organization, Adam has learned how to make eye contact, speak, and ask for what he needs. IBH has been instrumental in our child's journey towards independence. I can't imagine how different his story might have been if we had chosen the wrong center. We recently moved from Oklahoma City to Raleigh, North Carolina. We have been missing IBH's special touch that played a crucial role in our son's progress. No therapy center here in North Carolina has been able to match the level of care and service we received from IBH in Oklahoma City. If you are in the Oklahoma City area, consider yourself very fortunate. Do your little angel a huge service and enroll them at IBH. I feel it's my moral duty to share our experience and help other families who might be in the same position we were before discovering this amazing center.

IBH was a godsend and continues to be. My teenager was dx ADD, ODD and OCD. An IBH counselor came to our home weekly during the most difficult time in my life. When my son became suicidal, it was the rep that helped me get him into acute care, when every facility wouldn’t take my calls. That week stay changed everything for us. My son is now a college student. I don’t know how we would have survived without IBH. 5 years later, the rep stays in touch with my family and spent 3 hours on a call (unpaid) just to check in with my youngest. After her conversation she let me know she agrees with the steps I’m taking to get him help. Our life has not been easy or perfect. It’s been really hard balancing a career, single parenthood and single parent kids - you know unruly and defiant. But it’s this one person that gives me the comfort of knowing, when I’m drowning, she’ll be there. Thanks IBH for always being there… I miss our weekly sessions and look forward to the trip to Italy when we get through this last one. For as you always smiled and said… this too shall pass.
