I took my grandson H S & K today for counciling. He has some anger issues, responsibility problems and a few other personality quirks (normal teenager) that has gotten him into trouble.
This was his 2nd visit and so far he seems to be okay with it. I don't get to go with him but I understand that. I believe his parents are on the right track.

We tried over 50 facilities for this patient and Brookhaven is the only one who could treat brain injury, mental health issues AND was willing to work with Medicaid. The case manager was very helpful and caring. Unfortunately Medicaid would not fund but I’m so grateful for the help!

I've been to the location on Harvard. It's good for what it is. If you're in crisis, or you have an addiction issue go to Harvard Avenue. If you are dual diagnosis or you have just mental health I 110% recommend this location. Everybody here is absolutely wonderful. However, I don't have children so I cannot attest to a family going here. However, if you are just an adult and you are married without children or your children are grown. Go here, it is absolutely wonderful. There's an intake coordinator named Marianne. She is great! I went there today. I've been having a very hard time the last couple of weeks with my mental health. I used to abuse substances and I haven't in almost 4 years but I've been having a very hard time recently with mental health and they got me through it the last couple of days. I might have have ended up in the psych ward for the first time in many years if it wasn't for this place. So again I cannot attest to the children part of their title. But as far as families. They are solid at this place. They care.

Dr.Warren is the most caring MAT provider I've ever had the privilege of meeting. Out of hundreds of clients he remembers my name and goes out of his way to greet me whenever around and make sure he is accessible to each and every one of his patients to answer questions, encourage and build the best individual recovery plan for everyone possible. But let's not forget about his wonderful staff of amazing counselors, nurses and receptionists that go above and beyond to not only do the best job but build relationships with each and every patient. I've been to multiple MAT treatment centers but Wichita Comprehensive Treatment Center is by far the in the business! If your looking for a place to set yourself up for successful long term sobriety then look no further, this is the place you'll call home... :)

I called to see about transferring from my clinic to this clinic and the Hispanic man who answered the phone was so incredibly rude it turned me off from wanting to ever go to this clinic altogether. You're the first person I talked to, representing the clinic, peoppe coming to you for help and you talked to me like I was absolutely stupid. Why would I want to give you guys my money?

Valley Hope has changed my life. I went from isolation in a motel room doing drugs, to being a productive citizen. I’ve been sober 54 days today and a huge part is because of Valley Hope. Valley hope is a wonderful treatment facility. Felt cared for in a very crucial and fragile state in my life. The meals were great and so was staff. The after care has stuck out tremendously too me. 6 months later and phoebe is still calling to check on me. What a place!

I came into the program completely defeated I was very bad on drugs with no hope and just empty inside I knew I had to change or I was going to die or be in prison and never be apart of my kids life. Since being at Freedom House I’m no longer bound by addiction and I’m able to be a positive safe mom for my children and since completing the program I stayed to serve at Freedom House as an intern and God has truly changed my life and my destination here! This program is the best place if you want to truly be set free! ✝️

I was a student at Freedom House almost 5 years ago , and I returned to do restoration after completion. Freedom House saved my life. The Holy Spirit is in that house. There is peace unspeakable there and true love from the staff. I learned how to become a women after God's own heart while I was there. I will never forget my time at Freedom House Adult and Teen Challenge.

A family member recently completed the recovery program at Country Road Recovery Center, and I cannot say enough good things about them. He had dealt with addiction for many years. In terms of being in the program, he recently said "It was the best things I've ever done and I wish I had done it sooner". This review is for the adult unit. My stay here was an overwhelmingly positive experience. I was treated respectfully by staff the whole time, and came away with useful, practical tools to improve my mental health going forward. A few of the staff are absolutely exceptional and it's clear they were put on earth to do this job- Mr. Tracy, Ms. Melissa, Mr. Dan, and Ms. Dee Dee included. I received just as much help from the other patients as well, many of whom were caring and empathetic. It will be a great source of comfort in the future to know that this place is available should I ever need help again, I would not hesitate to go back. With that being said, your stay is absolutely what you make of it- to be truly successful you need to be proactive and actively participate in your own recovery.

I love that place. It's expensive, but so is drug addiction. We need more places like that in the river valley. I don't understand why we don't have them. I've been employed with Grand Mental Health for about 4 years. I've worked outpatient in Claremore, and now crisis in Pryor. It's a unique place to work with so many caring people with lots of recovery stories themselves and hearts that understand. I never see job postings in Afton, OK though? Is it only outpatient? I've been thinking about moving to that area, and wondered about a possible transfer to this clinic? But never see any jobs posted for this area... Just curious.

My son has been suffering from severe mental issues for the past 3 years. None of the “professional” help I’ve sought out helped until I took him to GLMHC. They gave him the counselling and medication needed to overcome many of his problems. It’s still a work in progress, but he’s much better now. Just wanted to say thank you to the GLMHC team!
