I took my grandson H S & K today for counciling. He has some anger issues, responsibility problems and a few other personality quirks (normal teenager) that has gotten him into trouble.
This was his 2nd visit and so far he seems to be okay with it. I don't get to go with him but I understand that. I believe his parents are on the right track.

Always made me feel welcome and part of a family. UPDATE 5 yrs later and Jarra will still answer her phone and help me, talk and remind me about the good qualities that I have.( 4 months later update) So this is my update October 2024 my daughter is at Resonance after she got out of prison and she loves it and is so proud of herself that I talked her into it so. When it comes to this sort of thing there are always going to be stressful days, and hard times, but this is a great clinic with good people and the environment feels safe. The ladies in the front are awesome, and are always kind and understanding and they have bright smiles even when it’s early in the morning. Angela is so easy to vibe with and she has a great sense of humor and a personality anyone can relate to. Ty (Theia) is an amazing counselor who is also very easy to vibe with and talk to, and that’s a big deal when it comes to being able to talk to counselors. She’s someone you feel like you can be honest with and be able to talk about any potential bad times and you won’t feel shamed or judged when talking to her. Cheryl is also amazing with great style and she will ease your mind when it’s time for a needle prick for labs. Thank you everyone at CTC for working hard every morning for us!

This is a great clinic with some great people working there. They did more than anyone could ever as to accommodate me and really went above and beyond to make sure I could get into MAT. I personally did not have long term success here but that has more to do with my not being ready as well as having unrealistic expectations for things that are out of their control and are policies and procedures that are actually written into law for how all MAT clinics are to operate. Everyone that I interacted with there provided a level of care that I was satisfied with. I did like some more than others but I feel it was more due to subjective factors and personal preferences. Considering the alternatives, this clinic and especially the staff there really do go above and beyond. I don’t think people realize that they are not required to do a lot of the things they do to try and help people. Like I can say I would not have been as patient with me if I were the one working there. They really made something that I was dreading and convinced would be horrible something that was in the end not too bad and much more pleasant and really a lot easier than I expected. I cannot recommend them enough.

We tried over 50 facilities for this patient and Brookhaven is the only one who could treat brain injury, mental health issues AND was willing to work with Medicaid. The case manager was very helpful and caring. Unfortunately Medicaid would not fund but I’m so grateful for the help!

I can't even put in words how grateful I am of this place and the people there to the ladies in the front desk(sorry don't know names) to Dr.Shelby and Tyler I love yall for real. I've been here for about a year now. In the beginning I was jobless addict my ex-wife didn't let me see or talk to my kids for 2 years but now they are in my apartment for a whole week. I call B.S. on most of these negative reviews! The staff was mostly friendly the food was mostly good Idk what else you would expect when it cost you nothing! I have family who works there and others who did work there you can't expect it to be the Bellagio! As for no access to phone that is false I could go into the TV room and use the phone 24/7!

I was a patient here several years ago, I had to come back just recently. I started a program called Sonara where I come in once a week and take my dose, then they send me home with a week's worth and I take my doses online. It's such a relief to not have to go into the clinic each day, Iive just outside of Tulsa and do not have a vehicle. It has helped me in my recovery tremendously, since I don't have the burden of worrying about how I'm going to get there each day. My case manager, Alexis, is very helpful as well. I can go to her for assistance with things other than just my recovery, as she understands everything in life can affect our recovery/relapses. My counselor, Sid, she listens to me intently, has given me constructive criticism, and has helped me see myself from a perspective I never have before. Also, the nurses are cool too; they're not like the nurses at my doctor's offices or at other treatment centers I've been to. Thank you Rightway!

Very efficient and polite group of gentlemen. They removed 3 large pieces of furniture and took them to the dump for me. Love them. Started just over a year ago, they set me up with an amazing counselor and worked around my schedule to make appointments. My care team was amazing and everyone was super helpful. I stopped going a few months ago and they reached out making sure I was alright and offered to help get me set up again if I wanted. I don’t currently need their services but if I ever do I will definitely go back.

I have had nothing but a good experience since starting 3 years or so ago. Myself and my family have used several different services, all of which were positive experiences.
Ive had a care tem and they are the best. They have kept track of me and reached out routinely. I'm very grateful for their services.
I just can't rave enough.
If ever there was an issue as they too are human and suffer life as we do. Who knows what the reason, but I always treated everyone with kindness ( I think) and showed them understanding, knowing it's a high pressure job with difficult people struggling with life. For all the many who have been a part of all of our treatments, we thank you. 🙏

Absolutely love the children's therapy here. I was skeptical about coming here at first because I hear people say negative things about FCS a lot. But I am really glad we gave it a chance. My child goes here for therapy related to emotions, ADHD, ODD, etc. Both people who work with my child (therapist and case manager) are absolutely wonderful and go out of their way to make sure we are all okay and help us anyway they can. Extremely thankful and happy here.

I delivered here in September. My nurse Angie & Kelsey (a new nurse at the facility) were both phenomenal. I don’t think I could’ve progressed so quickly without the help of Kelsey! She made me feel cared for and was very informative. The postpartum side had fantastic nurses as well. I think Elizabeth L on night shift was my favorite! She continually checked on me and baby. Made sure we didn’t need anything. I think the post partum rooms could use updates but they weren’t terrible. I wasn’t fond of the food personally. However, I would recommend anyone to deliver here.
