I give this hospital 5 stars due to their excellent treatment that was given to me at the ER as well as hospital when I was admitted . That no one any where else gave me when I needed the medical help I needed the most. I want to give Dr Wang the upmost gratefulness for his help and being heard and caring and doing everything to get me admitted to get the help that I greatly needed if it wasn’t for him going above and beyond I don’t know the battle I would of still had to face ahead . Always made me feel welcome and part of a family. UPDATE 5 yrs later and Jarra will still answer her phone and help me, talk and remind me about the good qualities that I have.( 4 months later update) So this is my update October 2024 my daughter is at Resonance after she got out of prison and she loves it and is so proud of herself that I talked her into it so. This is a great clinic with some great people working there. They did more than anyone could ever as to accommodate me and really went above and beyond to make sure I could get into MAT. I personally did not have long term success here but that has more to do with my not being ready as well as having unrealistic expectations for things that are out of their control and are policies and procedures that are actually written into law for how all MAT clinics are to operate. Everyone that I interacted with there provided a level of care that I was satisfied with. I did like some more than others but I feel it was more due to subjective factors and personal preferences. Considering the alternatives, this clinic and especially the staff there really do go above and beyond. I don’t think people realize that they are not required to do a lot of the things they do to try and help people. Like I can say I would not have been as patient with me if I were the one working there. They really made something that I was dreading and convinced would be horrible something that was in the end not too bad and much more pleasant and really a lot easier than I expected. I cannot recommend them enough.

The professionalism of the nurses medical staff surgeons, and the ER staff are all top-notch. You cannot get better. Had it not been for the VA saving my life more than once I would have long been dead.

Someone at copes told me they were proud of me the other day but I am far more proud of them. I hate drugs and all they do to our loved ones. Don't stop doing what you are doing.... Prompt, friendly service everytime I've been there. Anita Bryant is wonderful to deal with. I have been treated VERY badly by healthcare providers at other facilities. The Health and Wellness Center has been nothing but incredible. All staff have been friendly and engaging. I have severe spinal issues. They have all been extremely accommodating to my physical needs...which is sadly increasingly rare at other facilities.

We tried over 50 facilities for this patient and Brookhaven is the only one who could treat brain injury, mental health issues AND was willing to work with Medicaid. The case manager was very helpful and caring. Unfortunately Medicaid would not fund but I’m so grateful for the help!

Excellent people with excellent experience and people skills. Very courteous staff. I love their new building it's awesome. Kaye, Greg, Tye, Laurie, Jeanette, many many more excellent staff members I'm sorry to say I can't recall all of them. But Bless them all. They are very very important as well as very helpful. I call B.S. on most of these negative reviews! The staff was mostly friendly the food was mostly good Idk what else you would expect when it cost you nothing! I have family who works there and others who did work there you can't expect it to be the Bellagio! As for no access to phone that is false I could go into the TV room and use the phone 24/7!

I was a patient here several years ago, I had to come back just recently. I started a program called Sonara where I come in once a week and take my dose, then they send me home with a week's worth and I take my doses online. It's such a relief to not have to go into the clinic each day, Iive just outside of Tulsa and do not have a vehicle. It has helped me in my recovery tremendously, since I don't have the burden of worrying about how I'm going to get there each day. My case manager, Alexis, is very helpful as well. I can go to her for assistance with things other than just my recovery, as she understands everything in life can affect our recovery/relapses. My counselor, Sid, she listens to me intently, has given me constructive criticism, and has helped me see myself from a perspective I never have before. Also, the nurses are cool too; they're not like the nurses at my doctor's offices or at other treatment centers I've been to. Thank you Rightway!

Very efficient and polite group of gentlemen. They removed 3 large pieces of furniture and took them to the dump for me. Because it didn’t take a full hour they asked if there were any other things I needed done which was appreciated even though I didn’t need anything else done. I would definitely hire them again.
