This is such an awesome place to go to! I’ve been going here for almost two years and the staff and counselors at this location are just simply amazing! The nurses at the windows, the amazing staff at the front desk, and all the way to back to the director and Doctor of this clinic are absolutely the most down to earth, friendliest people I’ve ever met! If you have a strong mind and you really want better for yourself I highly recommend this clinic is the best for you! CTC has absolutely been an amazing experience for me and will continue to be! Thank you CTC & staff for all that you do for your patients, you guys are amazing in many different ways!

When it comes to this sort of thing there are always going to be stressful days, and hard times, but this is a great clinic with good people and the environment feels safe. The ladies in the front are awesome, and are always kind and understanding and they have bright smiles even when it’s early in the morning. Angela is so easy to vibe with and she has a great sense of humor and a personality anyone can relate to. Ty (Theia) is an amazing counselor who is also very easy to vibe with and talk to, and that’s a big deal when it comes to being able to talk to counselors. She’s someone you feel like you can be honest with and be able to talk about any potential bad times and you won’t feel shamed or judged when talking to her. Cheryl is also amazing with great style and she will ease your mind when it’s time for a needle prick for labs. This is a great clinic with some great people working there. They did more than anyone could ever as to accommodate me and really went above and beyond to make sure I could get into MAT. I personally did not have long term success here but that has more to do with my not being ready as well as having unrealistic expectations for things that are out of their control and are policies and procedures that are actually written into law for how all MAT clinics are to operate. Everyone that I interacted with there provided a level of care that I was satisfied with. I did like some more than others but I feel it was more due to subjective factors and personal preferences. Considering the alternatives, this clinic and especially the staff there really do go above and beyond. I don’t think people realize that they are not required to do a lot of the things they do to try and help people. Like I can say I would not have been as patient with me if I were the one working there. They really made something that I was dreading and convinced would be horrible something that was in the end not too bad and much more pleasant and really a lot easier than I expected. I cannot recommend them enough.

Whoever sat up the grand lake inpatient units had to have really cared. It's nice to have a place to go when your on okygen and in big trouble

I would be in a very bad place without the help of GLMHC. Depression is a tough foe, but the good people at Grand have been a vital ally and friend in that fight. I owe them everything for all the help they have given me, and I most definitely recommend them to anyone who is struggling with their mental health. There is no shame in getting help. I don't regret doing so and hopefully you won't either.

Got right in and got the help I needed, over helped to be honest. Took a few visits though until I could see the doctor and nurse to get everything figured out with my medication which is understandable but took a bit long. When getting refills they tell me to call in a couple days early but when I do they wont at least call it in to pharmacy until I call the day its due and im out and then I wait and hope meds will be done that day. But other than that just got to be patient. Having adhd that's a difficult task ☺️

As someone who was terribly frightened of starting on the path to mental health recovery, Comcare made it very easy. The workers were patient with my inexperience and my intake was a breeze. My greatest fear was that I'd be treated as an attention-seeker, or foolish for having done my research. Instead, my intake practitioner was thoughtful and receptive, and agreed with my basic coverage of things; though I am not a skeptic of therapy, it was not what I needed. Referral to a medication consultation was quick and painless, as was that appointment. Above all, everything has been immensely affordable -- and more importantly, Comcare doesn't pressure you to cough up. I've never once been made to pay in office, or even asked to. I get my bill in the mail, and pay when I am able.

The respect I get there is great in my drug class!

I learned more at this rehab than any other one I’ve been to. I truly believe the staff cares for their patients and will do transportation for outpatient when you leave! The care continues! It’s really helped me get so much further then I ever anticipated!

I knew I needed help and researched several different recovery centers before calling Bel Aire Recovery Center. It was the best thing I ever did because it saved my life. I was admitted within a couple of days and once I entered the doors the trajectory of my life changed. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable about addiction and recovery. The counselors helped me with past trauma and gave me the tools to succeed in my journey to a life of sobriety. It was my first time in treatment and I had no idea how much I would grow and heal.

Specific praise includes the structured environment, 24/7 support, and comprehensive aftercare planning, which helps clients transition to long-term recovery with resources like app-based alumni support. So with an ending I love and appreciate Bel-Air very much I am now 82 days clean and still taking another 24 thanks to Bel Aire I couldn't have done it without you guys thank you thank you thank you I love you You can't ask her better place you couldn't pick up the pieces of yourself broken with our this place. ..... plus an FYI after you graduate that's where my next shut up to Christy big thank you much love and respect for taking us to the Chiefs NFL game thank you thank you thank you all I miss and love you all very much I'll take another 24 that takes 84 days now

So I used to go here and I saw Kaylee Warrior-Young. If she sees this, Congratulations on the marriage. I don’t go anymore, but she helped me so, so much. I could never leave a bad review

My therapist Shobie, (at the time), lied on my mental health reports. Saying I quit my job, (did not and still have the same job), said I looked dirty and unclean, convinced my Mother to do things that she wouldn’t have done without an authority, like a therapist, telling her. Also said I personally reported these things as if I knew she was documenting and reporting everything as if I said those statements, (I did not report anything.) If you’re going to go into the mental health service, I recommend you actually do your job and not make the patients lives worse after traumatic experiences! If you’re looking for a good therapy place I don’t recommend this place at all.
