Great Staff!!! Jen that works the front desk is so amazing and everything runs smooth when she is working. As of for my counselor Brian and the Nurses, Tess they are so amazing also. They all are a true definition of working as a team. I love them all.I was on the program in 2004 and worked it and came off. Then I came back in 2020 and they saved my life again. I'm on 29 MG and I'm working my program and I have been very successful. I have a full time job and part time, I have a new car and a new life with many blessings from God and the clinic. My life has changed so much with the work of myself and God working through me.i am very greatful for the person I am today. So please don't ever give up, keep pushing and you will be successful. I was a patient here several years ago, I had to come back just recently. I started a program called Sonara where I come in once a week and take my dose, then they send me home with a week's worth and I take my doses online. It's such a relief to not have to go into the clinic each day, Iive just outside of Tulsa and do not have a vehicle. It has helped me in my recovery tremendously, since I don't have the burden of worrying about how I'm going to get there each day. My case manager, Alexis, is very helpful as well. I can go to her for assistance with things other than just my recovery, as she understands everything in life can affect our recovery/relapses. My counselor, Sid, she listens to me intently, has given me constructive criticism, and has helped me see myself from a perspective I never have before. Also, the nurses are cool too; they're not like the nurses at my doctor's offices or at other treatment centers I've been to. Thank you Rightway!

I'm giving South Central Mental Health in El Dorado a 4 star rating because there's always room for improvement. I appreciate my old therapist (for privacy reasons I will not State who that person is) He was very polite. A gentleman. Had a very caring nature. I appreciate his willingness to help me. I also appreciate him being skeptical when I wasn't being honest with him. I appreciate him allowing me to rethink the whole moving in with my dad discussion because it would have been bad. Towards the end I needed a change because I went through personality changes. I felt that my therapist then did not recognize me anymore because I changed after being in state custody. I appreciate the receptionists for always making me laugh and giving me candy at the time and a rubber stress ball. Very kind. Thank you!

As someone who has worked in a psych center that also took in adults withdrawing, I kinda knew what to expect when i dropped my gf off here. To say this place changed her life is an understatement. They treated her so so well. She was able to call me everyday and night and they said they were treating her well. Sometimes it’s hard to find good quality facilities that treat you human. This placed treated her well and I didn’t worry about her after the 2nd day. I did tell her if she ever felt uncomfortable to call me and I’ll drop what I was doing to get her. She did consider leaving. Not based off bad treatment, but she missed home. I convinced her to stay and she was glad she did. I suggest this place. They treat you actually decent and a lot of the staff are former users themselves. So they know what it’s like. I think that’s important when treating people. You already have that base line of understanding.

I had a procedure yesterday that I was so nervous about. I can’t say enough good things about every person I encountered when I got to the hospital. From Cindy at registration to every single nurse to the anesthesiologist to Dr Dare. They all made us so comfortable to the point of laughing hysterically. This is by far one of the best hospitals I have gone to for healthcare (and we'll just say I've had a "few" to compare to over time...) I was experiencing uncomfortable visits at my local hospital, so decided to try Hillcrest Cushing for care, since it's not too far away. I could not be happier with my decision. The reception area and rooms were clean and well-kept. I only had to wait a few minutes to get straight to a room, and everyone was friendly right off the bat. You can tell when people are happy with their jobs and these folks portrayed that. All of the staff: The attending doctor, nurses, dietary aides, housekeeping staff, etc. were all extremely helpful and respectful. I most definitely recommend making the extra trip, if you live close to the area, for individual or family healthcare needs.

It was good, but almost never open beds, I only stay once for 3 days, I had severe pneumonia, I been to the classes, it was good, but I felt like shit being very sick at the time, I was tired, aching, running a high fever, I enjoyed what I could,, went to Hillcrest nextdoor, oh, but I can't go back, they do not anymore accept people over 30, it's focused just on the younger audience now,, I'm Marisela Tk on fb.
