This was a great place for me. To get the attention i needed. They were able to get me to sleep comfortably. And got my medications adjusted and helped me get into an insurance that i could afford. My only complaint is I have had trouble with the following up. I was hoping to get a pcp in their network.

Very friendly and accommodating staff

I wanted to share my experience here as there are a lot of negative reviews. I was here for a week and I actually enjoyed it here. The nurses are really nice and the food is great. I would make a few changes though. Like better bedding and more blankets. Otherwise, I was treated wirh respect and fairness and learned a lot. Thank you for all the help!

Pretty darn good

I just got out of here yesterday, It wasn't bad at all. I can say that both supervisors I had the misfortune to know about and meet sucked. (Nicole and Tiffany, may have spelt the names wrong.) Tiffany had managed to trigger an entire classroom in less than 5 minutes causing me and many other patients to cry and have a shit day the rest of the day. There were some great staff members though, (Mac, Sara and one other that I cannot spell the name of.) The patients were very friendly, there were some issues in the unit I was in from some of them but that's expected. The problems were handled, may've taken a little longer than it should've but it was handled. Overall not a bad place, helped me in many ways. May not be the best solution to most but it helped me significantly.

It Is a blessing to do Spirituality at this place I have Saw Live’s & hearts change right before my eyes their mindset has change I’m not saying it because I have the privilege and the freedom to teach ,pray and believe for them I have been in their shoes been in the places where they have been and I know I’m a living witness an expert witness in what God can do the LORD bless me to give hope and learn to love them right where they’re at and I shared with them my testimony that my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ can meet them right where they at .The staffs and employees have treated me with well open arms come see for yourself . We rushed my finance to the ER last night thinking he was having a heart attack. He couldn’t walk or talk. NOBODY triaged him for atleast 30 mins. NOBODY would help him get out of the car! NOBODY saw him despite me BEGGING for help REPEATEDLY. We just sat at the glass door hoping they’d magically open while he’s sitting there slumped over, profusely sweating, unable to speak while Im wondering if seconds count for life or death for him. Insane!!!. Once he was seen, the staff was great. The doctor was great. But no freaking triage at an ER?!?!?!?! Something is VERY wrong.

The detox department has some of the most compassionate people. Everyone from the janitorial to the nurses. People greet you in the hall that aren’t even from that department. There’s always going to be a bad Apple in the Bunch, but I would say 98% of the staff are very excellent

My mom received the best treatment during her stay. All the nurses were kind, professional, and compassionate and Dr. Brown was very thorough in her care.

One of the best hospitals I've ever been to and the two nurses that I couldn't have enjoyed more was Erica and Somur they were 10 out of 10! Im very impressed with their skills and the level of care!

Our second son together we both have one other son his is Jordan mines kahne now we have Zahne and Rahne as well three boys each :)

Out of every place that I researched and took my traumatized bonus children too after everything that they went through as children, this place hands down is absolutely amazing in every way. My 14-year-old that was having the roughest time, he was suicidal, he was super aggressive, he was self-sabotaging, he was just spiraling in every way because he didn't know how to do with his emotions. Being angry sad mad handling everything at once he was never allowed to express. He was very shy and he didn't know how to open up to strangers, but this place he is now on his second stay there. He absolutely loves it! He loves how many therapy groups there are, he loves the one on one sessions, everything about it he is completely positive about it I see a whole new child! He says he feels like he's finding himself and he said schools for himself, uses specific coping skills for all situations and triggers etc. This facility has massively changed his mindset and I could not be more grateful. The staff is incredible. They gave me my son back. I would highly recommend this place for any teen that is struggling in any way shape or form. From trauma, drugs, addiction, abuse all of the above. If your child will take in what they have to offer it will change their lives. I 100% would recommend this place in a heartbeat and have been to everyone that I know that has having similar issues with their teens. There are not enough facilities that take our children's mental health to consideration and give them what they actually need. My wife has been to Cox in Branson several times in the last few months. Everyone we came in contact with was so friendly and polite. Dr. McMurry and staff are super friendly and professional! The ER staff are super helpful and knowledgeable! The 5th floor nurses and nurses aides are superb! Shout out to Kimmie and Nicky! Also a shout to the Cancer Center staff and Doctors!

I am forever grateful for the Dr's and Staff at Cox Health Hospital! My self and my family were in from out of state for a vacation, the last night of our stay, I fell and seriously injured my leg.. From the Ambulance ride, to the ER, to the Registration (Katie), the ER Dr, absolutely everyone we came in contact with was AMAZING! God orchestrated every step, and every interaction that I had. I had to have emergency surgery the very next morning, Dr. Efird, & surgical team Incredible! The Fifth Floor Staff (ROCKSTARS) (Tami, Chris, my seven brew queen, Marcus, Danielle, my nurse w/ink) please, please forgive me I left anyone out ...You all made such an impact on me!! I went to Urgent Care Saturday 8-16-25 morning around midnight. We were visiting in Branson and I was very uneasy going to a hospital away from home. The kindness and care I received from everyone from checking in through diagnosis and treatment. I had a nurse who came in and stayed with me every chance she could to make sure I didn’t need anything and just really to comfort me. I hope this message gets back to her. I can’t thank her enough.

You’re only reason why I love Pryor Hospital because they saved my life last year and I am very thankful that they were there for me to take care of me and find out what was the cause of me being very very ill and I will always appreciate them for no matter what I will always use this Hospital Over Tahlequah City Hospital they write a zero for me These people found a blood clot in my leg and they save my life and I appreciate it for everything they do for me100%
