I receive many services (dental, optometry, pharmacy, primary care, behavioral health, women’s health) here and I don’t have any complaints! The most recent provider I have seen was Rachel Mauldin and she was excellent. She was compassionate and thorough, explained everything to me in detail. Everyone is so helpful in every department and they actually care about their patients! They even will mail your medication to you which is so convenient for me and my family!

Jack Brown Center helps Native American juveniles to stop an active addiction while learning to live and cope without the source for the addiction. The staff that was there during my stay was an exceptional group of people. A day is always busy with a large variety of activities such as basketball, kickball, weight lifting, trust fall, disc golf, 12 step meeting's, chess, billiards, Native American chants, going in a Cherokee(I think) sweat lodge, help cooking meals once earned, learning to sew, and my favorite game we referred to as, hoccer, which involved a massive 5' or 6' yoga like ball. At the time I didn't always see it, but the rules were reasonable and helpful such as room had to stay clean, bed was made daily and one form of discipline for breaking rules was to write out a given sentence about the infraction many times. I was even allowed to paint the Choctaw nation seal on the wall while there, although my time was done before I was able to finish so hopefully someone else did. This changed my life drastically and I am always thankful for my experience at the Jack Brown Center!

BrandyAnn has made it more than apparent that she cares for all her patients, whether they are in need of prescription administration, emergency assistance, or a good laugh and coffee fixing. I moved to GROVE in November and did not establish a primary care yet, but I was sick about three weeks ago with whatever it is it s going around. I called the VINITA clinic sincr they re larger. They said they had no idea if they could get me in even though I would come as a walk-in, they said they usually just take established patients Which can take a month or more. I call Jay. They got me right in that day. The doctor I saw was wonderful. He acted like he had all the time in the world. He explained things really well and I probably did not have to wait over 10 minutes to see him

Despite the odd process of a specific day/time to make an appointment, and then having it only be an x-ray/exam appt for you to then make another appointment to actually do the work on another day .I want to say this. In my experience, because they had time, I was able to have x-ray s, an exam, and have my cleaning all in the same day. I cannot say if this would always be the case. Probably not if they were busier. But also, it is free and I cannot be more thankful for that, especially right now in this economy. So keep that in mind when you re inconvenienced by their process. It s free But I want to address something so key to my appointment. The dentist is a genius and his communication and knowledge with regards to his field is beyond the scope. He was able to explain an anomaly I ve always wondered about with one of my teeth that no other dentist has ever explained to me before. It gave me such peace and clarity and that was priceless. So grateful. Staff are kind and sweet as honey. My hygienist was a doll and gentle. Everyone practically catered to us. The environment was a superior clean and the overall fragrance of the office is quite lovely if I m being honest. Top-notch, state-of-the-art equipment which made everything go smoothly and efficiently. I told Dr I was sensitive with cleanings and asked if I could have the topical numbing gel beforehand and he was happy to oblige which just made me that much more at ease. They had my next appointment all ready for me before I was even finished which was so convenient. I couldn t be more pleased with my overall experience and this will be my permanent dental office from this point forward. 10/10 Recommend
