This was the best detox I have ever been to in my entire life. I have been there i think about 5 times. I never felt guilty or shamed for messing up and coming back, they always encouraged me that I could still do this and get sober and healthy. I ended up messing things up here and wasn't welcome anymore but I still to this day think back to all the good memories from the people I met here and the staff. I was myself a patient at this place from late July to mid September. From the first day, the staff were not only friendly...and I can name them all by name, and point out every one of their special qualities..but the point of my review is to praise all the staff for their team work, not individual work..but an ability to maintain the peace, despite attitudes of different individuals, and provide a safe and comprehensive atmosphere to begin a new life, not simply sober...but a better person while being sober. The place is amazing.

Catholic counsel S Services is the best establishment I have ever dealt with I have been dealing with ideal options are hor riffic my worst nightmare. I brought my grandson to Catholic counsel S Services to get him into treatment and I was told it would take months to do this but within 7 business days they had a bed for him at alala in Gig Harbor and I drove my grandson there where he graduated with little success today he is currently on another suboxone program and has been on methadone and is been kicked off from both and is suffering severe withdrawals so once again grandma has him here....2 go 2 CCS 4 REHAB!!!

Just like several other rehab clinics I have attended in this area, once you're in their system, Reflections doesn't let you move forward in a timely and reasonable manner. I have been in their program since Nov. 2023 and they told me I would graduate within 6 weeks. I'm still there and the reason they're not letting me graduated is because I had one positive UA for Codeine which was traced back to poppy seeds in a seasoning I used once. I'm not, and never have been, a drug user. I'm an alcoholic and this was an honest mistake, but they are adamantly holding onto the position that the whole staff agreed to put me back in a higher level of care (I know this is not true because I talked to 2 of the clinicians who said they didn't agree with this decision and the director of services won't waiver). I believe this all abut money. I'm a paying client and when I graduate, they lose my contribution. Super frustrating when I have worked so hard to achieve sobriety for the last 2+ years!!

We hit a wave of teenage destructive behavior at my house and we didn’t know what to do. At first I put this facility in my pocket and thought things might get better, guess what, they didn’t. They hit an all time high that made me call at 3am desperate for help. Every single person I spoke to, every therapist, doctor, nurse, and staff member was exceptional. My son left 5 days after the blast of “this isnt safe behavior anymore”. It was the best decision we have made for our son. I would recommend this facility to anyone. Our son had a wonderful 6 weeks focused, re-learning how to live, re-learning himself. Can’t say enough about Newport Academy!

Had a pretty debilitating I.V heroin addiction, found my breaking point and just wanted health. Called evergreen recovery and had a bed within 24 hours. They make the withdrawal process as comfortable as possible without actually using opioids. As far as success rates, well that depends on you. You get to sleep and eat all day until you have kicked the worst of the withdrawal process. Usually, you can be referred to an inpatient/outpatient treatment program as well, which from my experience is completely nessesary if you want to remain clean. If you are thinking about detoxing here, please just go for it. Don't think twice. Give it a shot. Get your freaking life back!

I was a patient at THS in everett and shoreline for many years on and off and the the staff at the front desks, we're always courteous, never judgmental. We're always very, very helpful. My counselors at both locations were the best. I've ever had, and I've had lots and lots over the years, and I received mental healthcare as well as methadone as well as treatment/
Counseling for my heroin addiction. I think it's awesome that they take care of both of those things at once. Because you can't have both of those issues and only work on one of them because it wont-work. And my life improved tenfold, while I was there. I can safely say that they saved my life on more than one occasion.

Started Going To The 🫗Methadone Clinic At ⬛️🟪⬛️THS In EVerett WA Around The End Of October Of 2020 and Stopped Attending Last Year Around September Of 2024, I’d Have To Say I Had A Good Experience Going There, They Fulfilled All My Needs That I Needed To Be Clean And Sober💊🧬🧪, It Took Me About A Month Or Three To Get Adjusted And To Be On The Right Dose That Was Working For Me, One Of The Biggest Reasons I Stopped Attending The Methadone Clinic🫗 Was Because It Was Ruining And Eating My Teeth 🦷Away Badly And Fast, After Doing My Own Research👨🏽💻On The Effects And Possible Negative Sides Of Using Methadone I Quit!!! I wish there were options for longer term care instead of trying to get you in and out of there as fast as possible. I would have liked to get more help instead of only getting to see a counselor for once or twice a month for 6 months before they tell me they need to discharge me to make room for new clients. I recommend going to the Sequim PBH instead of Port Angeles, I had a terrible experience at the Port Angeles one.

Truth speaks in silence. This facility genuinely was an undeserved kindness, that in retrospect I have come to an even deeper appreciation of. I found a home here that even years later is a place I know I can go to to as a soundboard for thoughts. The people I met here, staff and peers a-like, became apart of my life in a very similar to family or tribe-like sense. This place exceeded my expectations but still has work to do. I've had awful experiences with residential centers in Utah so the bar is very low.
The staff here are kind although as a patient there's a level of advocacy you need to have as the staff seem too busy a lot of the time, presumably due to understaffing. There are some exceptional staff who did a particularly good job at making me feel human and cared for.
my case manager was difficult to get ahold of. I wish she were more transparent about what she's working on that's making her too busy to talk since I didnt see her for most of my stay. I do also wish she didn't interrupt in conversation as much. But she did take my wishes for discharge into account
Phones aren't allowed due to HIPAA privacy so I drew some views inside the unit. The rooms and hallways are very spacious and each bedroom has its own bathroom. Multiple people used wheelchairs and there was ample space for everyone to get around

We hit a wave of teenage destructive behavior at my house and we didn’t know what to do. At first I put this facility in my pocket and thought things might get better, guess what, they didn’t. They hit an all time high that made me call at 3am desperate for help. Every single person I spoke to, every therapist, doctor, nurse, and staff member was exceptional. My son left 5 days after the blast of “this isnt safe behavior anymore”. It was the best decision we have made for our son. I would recommend this facility to anyone. Our son had a wonderful 6 weeks focused, re-learning how to live, re-learning himself. Can’t say enough about Newport Academy!

Alpine more than saved my life. I started going to Alpine before I stopped using asking for help and I got more than I ever expected. I got a new way of life and a new family. The staff goes above and beyond anything I could have imagined. They genuinely care about the people who walk through the door and are available and willing to help with whatever comes up. I walked in those doors broken and not believing I mattered to anyone including myself and with the help of the staff there and my program I now know different. I am not a bad person I am a good person trying to get well is something my counselor taught me that I say to myself every morning and have become to actually believe. So thank you Lynn Dee, Greg, Kevin, Stephanie, Dave, Sandi, Jessica, and Kiara for all being a part of my journey and believing in and genuinely caring about me when I couldn't believe in or love myself. It's night and day how people are when they come in vs where they are when they graduate, I've had people say that about me and I've seen it in others. Of course it doesn't work for everybody and we all have our ups and downs, but this program is truly effective.

I've been to a few in and out patient places and I love this one 100% more than any others I've been too. the staff is kind and patient, very helpful etc. I think this place might actually work for me for once

I’ve been going to Discovery Behavioral Healthcare for about 3 years now, and my experience has truly been a million times better since I started seeing Lance. He is an incredible provider. With his knowledge in meds and supportive therapy plus his humor it has helped me become a different person. He explains everything in detail about my medications and the progress I’ve made under his care has genuinely changed my life. To be honest, some of the other people I have seen here before didn’t help, and I felt like I wasnt making any progress. But since switching to Lance, it has been the best decision. The difference has been truly night and day with my experience here.. He listens, and he actually cares about me. The building is a bit run down and smells funny, but that doesn’t even matter since my experience has changed. I’m grateful for everything he has done for me and I will continue to recommend him to ANYONE!! looking for a genuine and CARING provider who actually listens!!!

I have been to many treatment facilities in my life and have never found the right program... Until now. I am currently in IOP here and this competent and amazing team of councilors and peer specialists have worked with me in a way that has changed my life so profoundly that I can't ever thank them enough. This program has given me the ability to live the rest of my life free from substance dependence. I've never been happier in my life and I am so grateful to say, I no longer desire to be anything other than who I am today.
