I couldn't be more pleased with everyone and their dedication to healthcare here. I chose ambetter insurance on the marketplace because it was affordable for me. After realizing I couldnt find a doctor off the outdated list that was provided to me by ambetter, i ended up here at seamar health clinic. As an aging semi retired, working woman, I find it exhausting to try keep Up with medical referrals, insurance, dates of appointments etc. My first visit was with alyssa chard and i'm telling you she addressed every single worry that I had in my head over my health and she didn't rush me. I felt like she treated me like a whole person who cared. My prescriptions were filled right there at the clinic that day. They set me up with sports medicine for my bad knees with a visiting doctor by the name of dr julio perez who remove fluid out of my knee and give me painless steroid shots. When I left the helpfull staff there had me set up with physical therapy, a nutritionist, a return visit with doctor perez, and plans to help me get into a doctor who can give me knee replacements- all written down and highlighted for me!! These are good People running this clinic and they care about you. They never made me feel like I was taking too much of their time.Or that they were rushing me in and out. I no longer feel overwhelmed about the whole process of getting medical care I would recommend this place to anyone. I was treated better than when I had the best insurance money could buy. While I didn't complete my stay at Evergreen Detox is still was a great experience great facility don't listen to the negative reviews it's nonsense. The fact that they send you with the rest of your meds when you leave is a big thing. I was able to continue to not use and thankfully I'm 9 days clean and I couldn't be more thankful. It's truly a great place they are constantly checking on you to make sure you're okay or if you need anything. Definitely wouldn't have been able to do it without their help.

First community health counseling I was able to find that would take my insurance. Although, I'm guessing that these kind people made an exception for me as I was quite distressed after a medication interaction (prescribed through a private practice psychiatrist) had sent me to the hospital and left me unmedicated for 3 months. I have a great counselor and most of the staff is amazing.

I work with melissa the psychiatrist for my medications and she has been the most helpful and understanding psychiatrist ive ever come across. she listens to my concerns and talks me through my options and throughly explains each medication before prescribing. truly the best psychiatrist out there, I would recommend everyone having her if i could!

now unfortunately I never went to the Evergreen Manor detox here in Lynnwood but I did go to the one when it was in Everett at the anyways all I can say is I did have a good experience with them so they really helped me out when I needed them so they get & deserve all five stars for points in My book & what I have to say.

This place is now CALLED EVERGREEN RECOVERY CENTERS. I submitted to Google to fix it because if you are trying to find Evergreen Recovery Centers Lynnwood it pops up in maps as "permanently closed". Actually what's going on is EVERGREEN MANOR turned into EVERGREEN RECOVERY CENTERS. It is tuff to get an appointment here through the walk-in system but if you are persistent you can get in. Maryanne at reception is a sweetheart and can guide you in. Cocoa is nice and helpful too. Phil is a great assessment counselor. But the icing on the cake of getting treatment here is ROSEMARY THE RESOURCE SPECIALIST. She gives you real stuff and step by step instructions for how to get the help you need in all areas of your life. I was impressed with her knowledge of otherwise hidden and untapped resources. I am well versed in theese areas and she knows her stuff and her heart is in her work.

I’m a past client of A Place of Hope. My experience was a personal, professional and personalized program. It literally brought me out of complete self-despair. For anyone who surfers from anxiety, depression, drug abuse, personal abuse, mental disorders, PTSD, suicidal remuneration, abandonment or divorce, this was me . I recommend you at least stop in and be evaluated and go through A Place of Hope’s interview process. Be prepared for an accountability, being treated with respect and challenged to look inward, with a support network to walk alongside of you, with compassion. For me personally, this helped reframe my thinking and within my 30 day program. I left with a feeling of respect for others, myself and a new understanding of self-worth. As an alumni, I recently reached out to the Center for some personal assistance with my own self-care. Within hours the staff accompanied my request, gave me a plethora of resources to assist me. Offered me a book to be sent to my home, that they said, “You may find it helpful”. They also reminded me that I have access to their weekly Zoom meetings, for peer support. I’m grateful for there support and for me it’s was this support that reminded me the Center is there still for me in a time of need. Life continues to happen and we never know when you may need to ask for help. It’s ok to ask for help. You don’t have to do it alone. I’ll close with this. The Center saved my life, and changed my life forever. I have never felt so cared for as I did here. The structure is just like it was in school— and the housing reminded me of dorms! And the housing is free, so it allows you the opportunity to start fresh. The sense of community paired with the support of the staff makes a difference. I was actually sad to leave! (Also, being 5 minutes from the ocean…so worth it haha) For those struggling with addiction (EDs, Alcohol, etc) this is the place to go.

They created an environment where it felt safe to be honest, ask questions, and focus on recovery while learning practical tools to move forward. What stood out most was the way the staff treated each person with dignity and respect regardless of their DOC, background, or age. The counselors genuinely relate to what you’re going through, which makes it easier to open up and feel understood. My brother told me that the therapist told him all the stuff that went on in my mom and I therapy session when he wasn't there or her caregiver at the time saying I was extreme. This is crazy and very unprofessional and violates privacy. My sister placed my mom in a mental institution where she wasn't even diagnosed properly with Mania where she was going to become ward to the state. I ended up getting her out and became her new caregiver. This place helped in taking her off the mental meds which was good but they didn't check for anything else. 8 months after I had her court ordered to be rediagnosed at the same mental facility she was and found the whole time my mom had vascular dementia not a mental illness. Me and my mom don't get along but I was her only child to want to help her at the time. I ended up voluntarily stopping being her caregiver 7 months ago even though she lives with me because the drama with family, my mom and her care team. Now my brother after I did everything who didn't help wants to take over since he is paid. She moves with him this month because I was going to evict her if he didn't let her move there as he is her caregiver and she only listen to her other kids that didn't want her living with them which I talked about in the session as well as her being friends with a guy who robbed her which upset me in the therapy session my mom wanted me to go to.

The negative reviews are mostly people that push the limits of their program and try to game the system. Yes there is hope you have to jump through when you start and precovid there were a lot more of them. Now they have streamlined the system so aslong as you are stable and showing up when your supposed to it’s as simple as spending a few minutes at a time you choose between 6am-12pm waiting to get your meds and go once or twice a month. The dosing staff and doctors are doing their best to work with getting everyone in as few times as possible while making sure you are doing what you’re supposed to be doing the only real negative is the other clients can be a lot to handle when you are trying to get clean in the beginning if they aren’t. Front desk staff and councilor turn over is roughly every two years but that’s the average in the industry so bake that in to your plan. All the way around this is the high water mark for MAT clinics in the state and your alternative is to keep suffering day to day waiting on deadbest people that don’t care about you. SIGN UP TODAY you won’t regret it.

i’ve been to a few of these clinics in my life, This is a really good one. I got off to a slow start though. Hint: *make sure the doctor is in that day, if you want to get it done fast!. and if you’re trying to get on meds the same day, get there real early. Staff is friendly, patient, Doctor is amazing, Only good to say after three months.

I have been a patient at 6 different clinics over the last decade. The counsellor Alan Hauber is by far the best counselor I have ever met in my life. He has gone above and beyond to help my husband and I be successful in our recovery and is one of the most kind-hearted people on Earth. My husband and I both can not say enough good things about this man. He is phenomenal! ☺️ The PA-C (doctor) Lilly is awesome. The dosing nurses are all very kind and understanding (but I gotta say Charlie is my favorite 😊). Kristi at the front desk has been amazing to us as well!

It works if you work it. I transferred to MAT here after completing the CUPWS program at Swedish Ballard. The counselors and team here are supportive and thoughtful. A few made lasting impressions that I will forever be grateful for. Proud to say I have over 5 years of recovery, and almost 4 years off of MAT. Thank you, THS for helping me start my journey to becoming a thriving, driven, and respectable member of society.

Catholic Community Services has been a huge help for me to maintain my sobriety I go 2 hours a day 3 times a week, Once I complete intensive outpatient I get moved to a 90min/week outpatient treatment would highly recommend going here it is progress based and they do not require you to go to a certain amount of Meetings a week so if you have a busy schedule like me Catholic Community is the place to go!

This place helped save my life. The CUPWS program and the doctors associated with it are nothing short of amazing. I received the best care here and through the OB Outreach Clinic. I am now going strong, with over 5 years of recovery and a happy healthy 5 year old girl. Recovery is possible, thank you Dr. Rudolf, Dr. Walsh, and everyone who supported me on my journey along the way. Proud to say that I have changed my life, and currently in Nursing School so I can provide the compassion and care that was once so freely given to me through this program and the beginning of my recovery. It IS possible, and addicts are as much deserving as anyone else.

It’s a drug detox facility it’s not supposed to be fun. The doctors are very attentive & genuinely care about the patients. I went there last year & got on the methadone program. They were extremely helpful w setting me up at the methadone clinic closest to my home location. They get a star taken way only because you can’t leave your small room unless it’s to walk the hallways. Fresh air & some sunshine would’ve made it a perfect 5 stars but you can’t leave your room really is the only negative thing I’d say about the place. Other than that, it’s an amazing place to detox at. They will do everything in their power to make it as easy & painless as possible

I was a patient at THS in everett and shoreline for many years on and off and the the staff at the front desks, we're always courteous, never judgmental. We're always very, very helpful. My counselors at both locations were the best. I've ever had, and I've had lots and lots over the years, and I received mental healthcare as well as methadone as well as treatment/ Counseling for my heroin addiction. I think it's awesome that they take care of both of those things at once. Because you can't have both of those issues and only work on one of them because it wont-work. And my life improved tenfold, while I was there. I can safely say that they saved my life on more than one occasion. So I say three snaps up in a z formation.Heeeey! Someone out there will get that reference lol.

Yes,at first I hated the treatment but as time went on and I surrendered the program was awesome.Ive been through numerous treatment centers and doing a 3 month program and putting the work in honestly this time has worked for me .The staff is very helpful and respectful and are there to help .

I'm going to say Swedish has started to go downhill ever since Providence bought it out. I also recommend never going to Providence itself as a hospital I don't care if your leg is hanging off of your body for the love of God please go to a different hospital if you want to live. But as for Swedish it is definitely gone downhill. 10 years ago when I started going there they had better doctors better staff but over the last 10 years what I've seen is absolutely disgusting. Staffing is rude, they do not do their job, everybody dismisses things that should be taken seriously. Stop seems to have better things to do than their actual jobs. It's very sad what Healthcare has come to these days people get paid a job to do but yet they don't do their job and wonder why people are upset with healthcare workers sitting on your phones I'm sitting on your butt is not your job at your job that you get paid for is to take care of patients to the fullest and best of your abilities but yet that does not happen anymore. Now some of the stuff is absolutely amazing some of the people that do work there are absolutely amazing and do their job to the fullest but it is a very small percentage to the rest. I recommend Harborview or University of Washington for hospitals. The only upside of Swedish is you don't pay for parking like you do everywhere else including Providence. That is the only upside. But if you're looking for a good health care Drive farther and get it. If you're looking for basic health care Swedish is a great place to go to if you need to scan or if you're close by in the area but I don't have many nice things to say about Swedish anymore. I have lost absolutely all faith in the medical field and the medical system

I really appreciate how quickly the team acted when we first got to the ER. They took things seriously and got my partner in for a CT scan right away. What was hard was everything that came after. Once it was clear to staff it wasn’t life-threatening, we were there from about 6:00pm to 2:30am with very little sense of what was going on. Long stretches went by with no updates, and it’s tough to sit there for hours when it’s someone you care about and you don’t know what’s happening next. When she was finally sent in for the MRI, there was some confusion they missed that she was supposed to have both a non-contrast and a contrast MRI, which meant more waiting and another trip. At one point, even a nurse said, “I wish the doctors would actually talk to us” which made it feel like some of that time & anxiety could have been avoided with better communication. We’re grateful for the care; there’s no question about that. But clearer communication and better coordination would make a huge difference, not just for patients but for overall ER flow too.
