This place is terrible for people experiencing mental health issues. Their office staff is rude, unprofessional, and have no idea how to talk to patients in a respectful way. We will be looking for a new clinic in the future. This is the last time my family member puts up with their conduct. I’d give less stars if it was possible.

My 4 weeks here at the center honestly saved me. My first day I was so anxious about the new environment I had to have EMS called for me because I had a panic attack, and my second day I was throwing up the whole day. All that to say I wouldn’t have been able to make it through the first week if it wasn’t for the loving and wonderful and caring staff and clients. Everyone comes here with pain and it leads to a bright, warm, positive environment where people are able to bond and be their authentic selves completely. It’s been wonderful to have such tailored care for my needs, and now I have the ability to cope with the difficult times and move past them healthily. I truly could never thank them enough!

I went to the visitors class and thought they did a good job of explaining addictive behaviors and a little of the brain science behind it without it being overwhelming. I recommend it to anyone, whether they've already had experience with loved ones in recovery or not. We are always learning new things about the brain and modalities to help us deal with it. The counselor was great and made me feel welcome.

My experience with the health board has always been beneficial in whatever I'm in need of. From DV council to treatment concerns, general health to help with housing concerns. This last visit was to see the dentist and again, the service from making a appointment, to actually being seen was absolutely attentive to all my needs. I was put on a stand by list so, if there was a cancellation, I was offered a earlier appointment!! So I was seen way earlier than I was going to be seen, and I'm not exaggerating the procedure filling a cavity I had was literally almost painless I felt a tiny prick and that was it. Hands down the best dentist I've ever been to. I also had my teeth cleaned and that was a very pleasant experience also. Everyone on the team is in good communication with each other so, you don't get the right hand doesn't know what the Left hand is doing run around. And the whole vibe was just professional and kinda laid back. So you can relax and trust your in a professional caring environment. It's excellent for family from kids to seniors. Now the location is definitely urban with urban issues. but, I've never had a problem getting to my appointments and, I take public transportation. However there is parking onsite also. All in all just a wonderful place.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Alpine Recovery is a complete scam. After doing some digging and calling around to other providers, not a single one had anything positive to say about this place — and now I see why. The staff is unprofessional, disorganized, and clearly not interested in helping people. They had me sign unnecessary paperwork and then refused to release my evaluation results until I completed their intake — even though I paid for the evaluation. That’s not just shady, it’s unethical. I have a legal right to my own medical documents, and the fact that they tried to hold them hostage says everything. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stars! I was an athlete my whole life—earning multiple full-ride scholarship offers to play college basketball and football. I thrived as the starting quarterback at Glacier Peak High School and competed in a wide range of sports: MMA, black belts in karate and Tae Kwon Do, BMX biking, snowboarding, surfing, rock climbing, and more. But a string of serious injuries changed everything: I broke two vertebrae in my back playing football, tore my MCL and ACL playing basketball, broke my nose, and suffered many other major injuries. My addiction began as a direct result of being overprescribed opioid pain medication for these injuries. Back then, opioid prescriptions were handed out far more freely and without the strict oversight we have today. I became one of many who unknowingly fell victim to that crisis. After years of pain and physical setbacks, I also suffered a severe work injury as a marine machinist at the Port of Seattle shipyard—where I proudly served as a member of IAM Locals 76 and 79, District 160. I herniated two discs in my lower back, lost my mobility, and was forced to give up the physical lifestyle that defined me. Evergreen Treatment Services changed my life. From the moment I started at their Seattle clinic through the support I received at the Renton clinic during difficult times, ETS has been nothing short of outstanding. Their professionalism is unmatched—efficient, kind, courteous, and deeply compassionate. Staff don’t just treat you—they truly care and go above and beyond to help. My counselor Jeff is wise, supportive, and positive, even on my darkest days. Every team member, from front desk to nurses and technicians, treats you with respect and dignity. I’ve been a patient and receiver of M.A.T. Services (medication assisted treatment) for over 15 years. As a result of my addiction, I spent over 5 years incarcerated in prison and additional time in county jails, psych ward etc. I have tried countless programs - including Suboxone, the vivitrol shot, I've been to 10 treatment programs intensive inpatient, intensive outpatient, halfway house programs faith-based recovery programs including teen challenge and the Los Angeles dream Center Christian Boot camp discipleship program, NA, AA, CA, Celebrate Recovery, SMART recovery, Buddhist Recovery - but nothing compares to the stability and hope I’ve found through methadone treatment at ETS. Despite homelessness, serious health issues, and mental health challenges, I’ve never missed a dose or a day. Their unwavering support has been the foundation of my recovery and new life. From me, my fiancé, my family, and friends—who are so happy to have their son, brother, nephew, grandson, friend etc back from the grip of fentanyl addiction - thank you, Evergreen Treatment Services, for all that you do for people like me. 🙏🏼 If you or someone you love is struggling with opioid addiction, ETS is the place to turn. They are true professionals and genuine lifesavers. Five stars don’t come close to expressing my gratitude—ETS is simply the best.

Had a pretty debilitating I.V heroin addiction, found my breaking point and just wanted health. Called evergreen recovery and had a bed within 24 hours. They make the withdrawal process as comfortable as possible without actually using opioids. As far as success rates, well that depends on you. You get to sleep and eat all day until you have kicked the worst of the withdrawal process. Usually, you can be referred to an inpatient/outpatient treatment program as well, which from my experience is completely nessesary if you want to remain clean. If you are thinking about detoxing here, please just go for it. Don't think twice. Give it a shot. Get your freaking life back!

The staff is kind and have patience. Be good to them and they are even better to you. This is detox people, it's not the 4 seasons hotel. If u want it that way, then spend $ getting that kind of treatment or vote for more funding from the government to help the facilities that are trying to help addicts. They can only do so much with resources they have. Regardless....we're the addicts and no one to blame but ourselves and at least there are people out there trying to help us *which should be nothing more than appreciated! Jackie was an incredible alumni coordinator who truly made a lasting impact at the rehab facility. She had a way of making everyone feel welcome and supported, whether it was through the events she organized or the personal check-ins she never failed to follow through on. You will be hit with the normal drama of having 44 recovering alcoholics and addicts, but the 28 day inpatie t skills, relapse prevention, and education on why we are the way we are gave me hope. reSTART Life Bellevue Campus is located in Bellevue, Washington. They offer residential treatment, partial hospitalization treatment, intensive outpatient treatment, and traditional outpatient services for adolescents and young adults who are struggling with behavioral addictions. Their primary focus is on helping people overcome tech addictions. r
I attended ReStart in Dec 2016 to 2017. The structure of the inpatient program really helped to fill the time that gaming and tech had taken (which was every waking minute of every day for many years for me, I felt like an extreme case). Taking the time to sit in the present moment and day was something that was simple yet something I really never did since I was 12. I entered when I was 24, nearly 25. I'm 33 now. Restart showed me how great life could be with people who struggled with their own problems. None of them had the exact pattern I did but they had their troubles with tech use as a distraction from family and school issues. Therapy 1 on 1 really helped to dive into why I turned to gaming. Dr. Cash was really understanding and suggested various books and 12 step meetings to attend. I attend those meetings to this day. Crossfit really helped to get my body moving when I was in restart and it really lifted my depression. The most invaluable part is still being friends and near people who were in the program when I was. As time has gone on, some people have moved further away but there is still a core of us who live a healthy and social life together and have progressed further into our work lives and schools than we probably never imagined accomplishing. If you as a teen or young adult thinks you have an issue with tech and you can't stop, I'd really recommend ReStart if you want to get out of those chains and get the tools to live a full and healthy life. If you are a parent with a kid who has tech issues around VR or gaming or something that takes up enormous amounts of time in your child's day and life, maybe reStart is the place to look. I'd make sure you're limiting tech time from a young age before they are teens. I was in that situation as a teen and I found so many work arounds. My mom tried. I was lost at that point. Restart gave me a chance to restart my life in a sense. Free from the chains of gaming. That's not to say I've had my fair share of relapses, but now I have the recipe so to speak and that first step is accepting help when I cannot do this alone. Get help if you're stuck like I was. Time is too precious to let slip by. I suffer from agoraphobia and have an intense fear of open areas. I imagine that was due to the amount of time I spent indoors and such. The tools at reStart and time away from gaming allowed me to feel comfortable enough to go out for a hike at Mailbox Peak in 2018 or 2019 and climb 90% of the way up. The attached picture is from that hike. It's thanks to reStart that I was able to do that as well as the friends I made from the program. I'm really grateful. For anyone with questions about my experience feel free to reach out.

Overall, a very very helpful environment. The staff were incredible, therapists and direct care alike, and I made tremendous personal progress through my stay in the program. The best part of restart is the individualized care and 1 on 1 therapy that every client gets. There's a lot of meeting you where you're at, and working at base level problems, past just the addiction that I found invaluable. The LBP is the program's biggest weakness with how "one size fits all" it appears to be, however I was glad to find that I was able to change it to fit my needs. I just wish that it were written with this in mind, as it feels something like a relic of the past in the current environment of the restart program. Groups are very hit or miss, as they can be very productive and interesting or spiral off into endless tangents based on the clientele and how well the therapist leading it can moderate discussion. The program is also very LGBT friendly, and I met the most supportive and awesome people there, both clients and staff.

The lady that I talked to on the phone Hilarie Cash was very friendly and listened to my problem of having video game addiction, This clinic is very nice on the inside and takes away all your electronics at the door, Even though I never went here. I will say that it is an amazing and well done kind of place. If you want to know more about them then visit their website or call ahead of time to find out how to treat your video game addiction. The people here I called and talked to were very friendly and I had no problem with their service whatsoever, would recommend for anyone who faces an addiction to technology and gaming😀

I was a patient at THS in everett and shoreline for many years on and off and the the staff at the front desks, we're always courteous, never judgmental. We're always very, very helpful. My counselors at both locations were the best. I've ever had, and I've had lots and lots over the years, and I received mental healthcare as well as methadone as well as treatment/ Counseling for my heroin addiction. I think it's awesome that they take care of both of those things at once. Because you can't have both of those issues and only work on one of them because it wont-work. And my life improved tenfold, while I was there. I can safely say that they saved my life on more than one occasion. So I say three snaps up in a z formation.Heeeey! Peninsula Behavioral Health is a rehab for drug and alcohol addiction in Sequim, Washington. Every rehab offers different levels of care, and this rehab has outpatient and intensive outpatient programs. The approach this treatment center takes is a unique one. They emphasize progress over perfection and follow a harm reduction model for addiction r
I wish there were options for longer term care instead of trying to get you in and out of there as fast as possible. I would have liked to get more help instead of only getting to see a counselor for once or twice a month for 6 months before they tell me they need to discharge me to make room for new clients. I recommend going to the Sequim PBH instead of Port Angeles, I had a terrible experience at the Port Angeles one.

Our family needed support and the Meier clinic worked quickly to get the support we needed. They far exceeded our expectations and the resources for participants in their program and family member support are phenomenal. I learned so much and have been recommending them continually. Also for those with financial concerns this is the most supportive and accessible program we encountered.

I would give this clinic a zero as well if I could. I was seeing a woman who cancelled our appt. I texted her back asking if we could re-schedule for another date and never received a response back. This is unacceptable and totally unprofessional, especially for a clinic that calls themselves a Christian counseling Group.

5 and a half years sober and still angry about the way I was treated at Northpoint Seattle and believe the management seriously needs retraining. Counselors were great at the beginning but as soon as they found out I was court mandated they became passive aggressive, rude, and dismissive of my attempts to be sincere during counseling sessions. If I didn't get transferred out and finished treatment at evergreen recoveries I probably would have relapsed. Inpatient facility was great but Seattle Northgate needs new staff.

I graduated the 28 day program on June 2nd, 2025. This was the best thing I have ever done for myself and everyone here is dedicated, caring and beyond helpful. I had a wonderful group of community members which made this experience so great. You get out of this what you put in so don't believe any of these nasty reviews. Also the food is AMAZING. My counselor Jamie was top notch. She focused my sessions and homework on who I am individually. She didn't just go off of a document and doled out boilerplate information. She took the time to curate something special just for me, that she knew would speak to my experience. She went out of her way to make sure that I was being heard and understood and provided support that I never felt in active addiction. The floor staff here are so wonderful and caring! Rosa is a gift from the heavens to mankind and always made sure that everyone had everything they needed. She cares deeply about everyone who goes through that program. She made me feel special and loved in a point in my life where I couldn't do that for myself. She is a true blue good person and I am so thankful to have had my time with her. I love her so much and would take a bullet for her! Joselyn is the sweetest human being on earth. She takes time out of her day to make sure you are okay and offer her help should you need anything. She's also relatable and kind and never made you feel like a patient. She treated you with respect and warmth. Jen is a laugh riot and could make our whole group erupt into laughter even after a particularly heavy or emotional class or group session. She also cares so deeply for everyone's recovery and makes you feel safe. She made me cry during my graduation because she was so proud of me. Angie was our mom. She maintained order but also went out of her way to make you feel welcome, that all of your needs were met and that you didn't go without. She was also HILARIOUS and was able to diffuse any situation with a smile and a joke. Megan the Discharge Coordinator is a true force of nature. She is a self described bull dog and fights tooth and nail every day to make sure everyone has housing, funding and a safe place to go post recovery. I saw her come in on her days off several times just to help a single person. There is a reason Turning Point has 100% placement and that is Megan. Taryn is my favorite person on earth and deserves an award. She helped me so immensely with my recovery. Taryn taught me the ins and outs of meetings and how to prepare for life once outside the treatment bubble. She helped me find housing and meetings near me and I can't thank her enough for her dedication and support. She keeps everyone laughing and in a good mood and is such a kind positive spirit that can make you feel loved and cared about even in your darkest of times. Thank you so much Taryn! Love her so so much! Sea MarTurning Point is an amazing program because it is run with a level respect and dignity for all who attend. So often in the mental health or medical field there is a huge disconnect between staff and clients. Where some view people in recovery as just work or something that they have to deal with in their job. Not at all true for Turning Point. They are involved, they are dedicated and they truly care about everyone that comes through there. You will never feel like a burden or patient which is so important as my own view of myself going into treatment was awful. If you are looking for a treatment program look no further.

Ever watch the movie 'Get Out' well Get ready to get hypnotised and seriously get out of this place however if do decided to stay; simply stay focus, stay in your lane, and results to your success really depends, on how much work is put into and how serious you are about your recovery. They really do set you up for success, all tools are provided and handed its really up to you to take advantage of the opportunities given; However, most important of all, is believing in Our Divine Creator to guide and receive protection from principalities of addictions. I was there in 2012. The staff was extremely nice. I was so grateful to have a shower when i needed to, no waiting in line. The food was great. I had special dietary needs and they worked with me. I was so grateful to have a roof over my head. I met a friend in there and were still friends today. Its difficult to work with the homeless but it was well-run. I liked that i was in Northgate neighborhood. I got one of the last section 8 vouchers for near Seattle. I pray for the homeless at night. May God Bless you helpers too.
