Front office staff were warm and welcoming when I came to the clinic. The BH manager went out of his way to facilitate the care I needed and remained until my questions were answered. People often find the time and energy to voice complaints but I believe their rates would be even higher if more folks took the time to report the experiences they had. This was the best detox I have ever been to in my entire life. I have been there i think about 5 times. We hit a wave of teenage destructive behavior at my house and we didn’t know what to do. At first I put this facility in my pocket and thought things might get better, guess what, they didn’t. They hit an all time high that made me call at 3am desperate for help. Every single person I spoke to, every therapist, doctor, nurse, and staff member was exceptional. My son left 5 days after the blast of “this isnt safe behavior anymore”. It was the best decision we have made for our son. I would recommend this facility to anyone. Our son had a wonderful 6 weeks focused, re-learning how to live, re-learning himself. Can’t say enough about Newport Academy!

I absolutely adored my counselor. Danika is by far the most genuine, sincere, compassionate person I have ever had the pleasure and sadness of sharing my issues and joys with, there is by far NO other counselor I have ever been able to open to but her. The rest of the staff is just as equally amazing as she is. I have yet to meet someone there that I do not care for. I took my son's aunt here and from what I saw and witnessed this place is great!!! Ran like a well oiled machine! Yes we were there for a good 4 hours that day doing the intake but between the UA, seeing the counselor, and seeing the doctor we waited no more than 10 minutes in between the people she had to see. The best part is that she was DOSED THE SAME DAY as her intake!!! Also she DIDN'T HAVE TO BE SICK!!! The other clinic we called said they wanted her to be in full withdrawal! NOT GOOD!

I’ve been going to Discovery Behavioral Healthcare for about 3 years now, and my experience has truly been a million times better since I started seeing Lance. He is an incredible provider. With his knowledge in meds and supportive therapy plus his humor it has helped me become a different person. He explains everything in detail about my medications and the progress I’ve made under his care has genuinely changed my life. To be honest, some of the other people I have seen here before didn’t help, and I felt like I wasnt making any progress. But since switching to Lance, it has been the best decision. The difference has been truly night and day with my experience here.. He listens, and he actually cares about me. The building is a bit run down and smells funny, but that doesn’t even matter since my experience has changed. I’m grateful for everything he has done for me and I will continue to recommend him to ANYONE!! looking for a genuine and CARING provider who actually listens!!!

I am currently in IOP here and this competent and amazing team of councilors and peer specialists have worked with me in a way that has changed my life so profoundly that I can't ever thank them enough. Alpine more than saved my life. I started going to Alpine before I stopped using asking for help and I got more than I ever expected. I got a new way of life and a new family. The staff goes above and beyond anything I could have imagined. They genuinely care about the people who walk through the door and are available and willing to help with whatever comes up. Dr. DeBello was great, she answered all my questions and walked me though a procedure that I was very nervous about calmly. Her assistant was great as well. It’s hard having a procedure when you have medical anxiety, and they helped me to feel relaxed the entire time and I barely felt a thing. She has excellent bedside manner and very competent with the care I received, explaining everything each step of the way.

I turned to sunrise behavioral health During my stay at a treatment center. I didn’t really know Where I was going with my life And no real connection to this community because I had never lived here before. My therapist ended up being so helpful in guiding me in the right direction. I have learned the value of a positive attitude, and just needed someone to talk to. I realized while sitting in the sunrise behavioral health therapy session that I Wanted to go to school. Now nine months later, I have completed a quarter and have reached a level of success. I never knew possible, and it all started with the positive reinforcement of my therapist And the close proximity of the office to a college campus which inspired me to pursue my dreams. I went from hopeless drug addict to successful student in a short period of time. The therapist is so kind, understanding, patient, and helpful. I love this place.

I’ve been going to Discovery Behavioral Healthcare for about 3 years now, and my experience has truly been a million times better since I started seeing Lance. He is an incredible provider. With his knowledge in meds and supportive therapy plus his humor it has helped me become a different person. He explains everything in detail about my medications and the progress I’ve made under his care has genuinely changed my life. To be honest, some of the other people I have seen here before didn’t help, and I felt like I wasnt making any progress. But since switching to Lance, it has been the best decision. The difference has been truly night and day with my experience here.. He listens, and he actually cares about me. The building is a bit run down and smells funny, but that doesn’t even matter since my experience has changed. I’m grateful for everything he has done for me and I will continue to recommend him to ANYONE!! looking for a genuine and CARING provider who actually listens!!!

I have been to many treatment facilities in my life and have never found the right program... Until now. I am currently in IOP here and this competent and amazing team of councilors and peer specialists have worked with me in a way that has changed my life so profoundly that I can't ever thank them enough. This program has given me the ability to live the rest of my life free from substance dependence. I've never been happier in my life and I am so grateful to say, I no longer desire to be anything other than who I am today. Thank you saving me from me!

Catholic counsel S Services is the best establishment I have ever dealt with I have been dealing with ideal options are hor riffic my worst nightmare. I brought my grandson to Catholic counsel S Services to get him into treatment and I was told it would take months to do this but within 7 business days they had a bed for him at alala in Gig Harbor and I drove my grandson there where he graduated with little success today he is currently on another suboxone program and has been on methadone and is been kicked off from both and is suffering severe withdrawals so once again grandma has him here....2 go 2 CCS 4 REHAB!!! WISH CCS WOULD OPEN IN MONROE, WA. 98272....THEY IS A HUGE, HUGE URGENCY 4 A FACILITY IN THAT SMALL COMMUNITY!!!
