Dr. Andrew McMurray is the best. He has been an advocate for me in ways you'd expect but not normally have regardless of the medical facility. Some doctors make you feel like they're "phoning it in.". Andy is the exact opposite. I feel he has my best interest in his actions and his recommendations. You cannot go wrong.

The Mount Vernon, Washington Veterans Affairs Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Mt. Vernon, Skagit County WA is an impressive VA Outpatient Clinic. It is one of the better VA Clinics that I have ever been seen by when it comes to VA outpatient clinics. Very good service experience here as everyone from the initial front desk check in staff to everyone on the medical staff and team. All were very friendly, helpful and customer service oriented. Highly recommend this VA Clinic for other military veterans who are in this clinics commuting distance and range.

I had Frida for my blood draw. She was hilarious and made my day. Best blood draw I ever had. She made it so easy and made me so comfortable. I even got a sticker. Ask for Frida if you have to get your blood drawn! :)

I was so bad off I couldn't get my self to the bathroom without falling. They treated me so well, and got me into a great program that has changed my outlook on life ! Thank you so much!

I am not sure what the poor reviews are all about, I have been to this detox a few times, and they are incredible, the folks that work there are some of the most kind and helpful people. I would highly recommend Pioneer for detoxing!

This place is the best of the best for those in dire straights. The staff are courteous, professional, and truly care. From the counselors, nurses, to general staff, everyone there makes you feel like they just want you to get back on your feet and they go above and beyond to help that happen.

Alpine more than saved my life. I started going to Alpine before I stopped using asking for help and I got more than I ever expected. I got a new way of life and a new family. The staff goes above and beyond anything I could have imagined. They genuinely care about the people who walk through the door and are available and willing to help with whatever comes up. I walked in those doors broken and not believing I mattered to anyone including myself and with the help of the staff there and my program I now know different. I am not a bad person I am a good person trying to get well is something my counselor taught me that I say to myself every morning and have become to actually believe. So thank you Lynn Dee, Greg, Kevin, Stephanie, Dave, Sandi, Jessica, and Kiara for all being a part of my journey and believing in and genuinely caring about me when I couldn't believe in or love myself. I will never forget the kindness you all showed me in those dark days.

It's night and day how people are when they come in vs where they are when they graduate, I've had people say that about me and I've seen it in others. Of course it doesn't work for everybody and we all have our ups and downs, but this program is truly effective.

Awesome nurse, Rose handles every issue I've had from the start! Great MD, Dr.Boustead responds quickly and cares about his patients. Dr.Boustead has been my primary care physician for over a year or more, always caring and professional, Everyone in office is friendly and helpful, no judgement for issues. Love this office and all seamar offices, been a pt for a while and extremely happy with all services.

Best place I’ve been to. The one on Lakeway is the worst but Sea Mar changed my life everybody there is there because they are serious about their recovery unlike the one on Lakeway if you’re looking for a place that will help you with the Suboxone program this is the best place around

I had to run from a domestic situation from Bellevue to Bellingham and they transferred my records and services flawlessly. I really only chose Bellingham because they had another Sea Mar, and I made the right choice. They help.

Loved everything about this place. I went in 2010-2011. It's way better than juvi. We had horse therapy. Went on a hike. You have to do the work to progress in this program so people aren't fond of it, but it changed my life and perspective. I'm a mom to 6 kids and have 13 years sober. I'll never forget my stay.

Mi hija estuvo por un mes, pese a que sus métodos sean estrictos hay personas que se esfuerzan por ayudar a quienes ingresan mi hija es muy difícil de aceptar o querer regresar a un lugar donde la traten mal pero quede sorprendido al ver que no quería d salir de visions la mentarle mente la ayuda que ella necesita esta corregir es diferente, agradezco el esfuerzo del director y la terapeuta que entono momento aclararon preguntas que tenia ellos estuvieron en comunicación todo el tiempo, yo recomiendo este lugar, espero que este lugar siga creciendo ya que son pocos los centros de reavilitacion que enseñan la importancia de su auto estima y la de amistad sincera, yo medí la tarea de investigar el pasado de este lugar y tiene malos comentarios pero creo que eso quedó en el pasado y el nuevo director trabaja en ello daría más estrellas

I attended vision in year of 2014. This treatment facility would quite remember me. During my stay there was alot of difficulties I delt with and made a slight commotion. This isn't a luxury stay, your housed with girls from all round the state, and it's a privilege based rewards to go outside. It's designed to make you think about how you want to change your life and never experience your freedom being taken from you again. There was no English music, birthdays got celebrated (a slice of cake for each girl), the year I was in we all had such good behavior as a group we had an olympics and went outside often. We were only allowed basic Hanes gray crew neck, t-shirt and sweats. Only time your not in that if it's summer they provide knee length shorts, and if your put on suicide watch. For obvious reasons they need to watch out for self harm. Every meal you dine with two units. Once your out of main unit you get clothing privileges, outing privileges, and meetings once a day, horse riding. I'm truly thankful for visions. I know many girls that led healthy beautiful life's that went through this program. This program could use donations or fundraising for better supplies/clothing for the girls. That's the only thing I could say negative about this place.

Front office staff were warm and welcoming when I came to the clinic. The BH manager went out of his way to facilitate the care I needed and remained until my questions were answered. People often find the time and energy to voice complaints but I believe their rates would be even higher if more folks took the time to report the experiences they had. Mine was a positive experience and I will return when it's indicated. Thank you OakHarbor BH.

Catholic counsel S Services is the best establishment I have ever dealt with I have been dealing with ideal options are hor riffic my worst nightmare. I brought my grandson to Catholic counsel S Services to get him into treatment and I was told it would take months to do this but within 7 business days they had a bed for him at alala in Gig Harbor and I drove my grandson there where he graduated with little success today he is currently on another suboxone program and has been on methadone and is been kicked off from both and is suffering severe withdrawals so once again grandma has him here....2 go 2 CCS 4 REHAB!!! WISH CCS WOULD OPEN IN MONROE, WA. 98272....THEY IS A HUGE, HUGE URGENCY 4 A FACILITY IN THAT SMALL COMMUNITY!!! Lake Whatcom Center has been invaluable to my healing, the staff have dedicated so much time to saving my life. I couldn’t be more grateful for their services.

Lake whatcom helped my son when the governmentsystems failed. He has done so much better. The place isn't perfect, they are as perfect as they can be, considering all they do. Initially my son thought it was the best place because of the bad state he was in. Now that he is better his expectations are higher and doesn't think it is as good. I remind him how much Lake Whatcom helped and how bad things were prior. He is better now so it looks different now. They still saved his life and helped when all the other systems in place failed. I appreciate what they have done and it is definitely not an easy service to provide.

I really like the staff at the reception desk. They have always been helpful with anything I have needed. Andthe group that I attend is informative and enjoyable. Really great place to get mental health and substance abuse treatment. They don't make you feel like just another addict.

I recommend iccs great councillors and friendly staff if you need recovery don't hesitate there excellent in helping you get back on track.

I am so glad I found Basic Steps Mental Health and I recommend anyone who is struggling to reach out to Dr. Scott. He and his team have been wonderful and approach treatment from such a welcoming, loving, and helpful place. What I love about this program is that I have learned tools to help MYSELF work through so much. I truly feel like myself again and I get to see the world through a positive light. I truly look forward to every session and what life has in store in my next chapter.

Scott did a mental health evaluation for me. He is very approachable and welcoming. I found him to be both capable and understanding. I would highly recommend his services.

This is a great alternative to some of the other big-name therapy/treatment centers. They work with you and truly have a systematic treatment plan that is helpful.

Lakeside is a great place for individuals who want a change in their life for the better. They will not only make sure you stay compliant in a legal aspect but they will push you to become a better version of yourself in a respectful and honest manor. Lake side has an excellent accelerated iop program and very friendly staff!

Had a pretty debilitating I.V heroin addiction, found my breaking point and just wanted health. Called evergreen recovery and had a bed within 24 hours. They make the withdrawal process as comfortable as possible without actually using opioids. As far as success rates, well that depends on you. You get to sleep and eat all day until you have kicked the worst of the withdrawal process. Usually, you can be referred to an inpatient/outpatient treatment program as well, which from my experience is completely nessesary if you want to remain clean. If you are thinking about detoxing here, please just go for it. Don't think twice. Give it a shot. Get your freaking life back!

I was very grateful for the nurses and staff at evergreen detox. They were carrying, understanding, but most important they were non judgmental. I would not have made it through the dtox process without them. My room was clean and comfortable. I could not comment on the food because i didn't eat much. I can say they make sure thee is plenty healthy snacks and lots of gatorade to stay hydrated.. I was there a few years ago and unfortunately i need to go back, but at least there is a place to go to.

The staff is kind and have patience. Be good to them and they are even better to you. This is detox people, it's not the 4 seasons hotel. If u want it that way, then spend $ getting that kind of treatment or vote for more funding from the government to help the facilities that are trying to help addicts. They can only do so much with resources they have. Regardless....we're the addicts and no one to blame but ourselves and at least there are people out there trying to help us *which should be nothing more than appreciated!
