My experience was a personal, professional and personalized program. It literally brought me out of complete self-despair. For anyone who surfers from anxiety, depression, drug abuse, personal abuse, mental disorders, PTSD, suicidal remuneration, abandonment or divorce, this was me . I recommend you at least stop in and be evaluated and go through A Place of Hope’s interview process. Be prepared for an accountability, being treated with respect and challenged to look inward, with a support network to walk alongside of you, with compassion. For me personally, this helped reframe my thinking and within my 30 day program. I left with a feeling of respect for others, myself and a new understanding of self-worth. As an alumni, I recently reached out to the Center for some personal assistance with my own self-care. Within hours the staff accompanied my request, gave me a plethora of resources to assist me. Offered me a book to be sent to my home, that they said, “You may find it helpful”. They also reminded me that I have access to their weekly Zoom meetings, for peer support. I’m grateful for there support and for me it’s was this support that reminded me the Center is there still for me in a time of need. Life continues to happen and we never know when you may need to ask for help. It’s ok to ask for help. You don’t have to do it alone. I’ll close with this. The structure is just like it was in school— and the housing reminded me of dorms! And the housing is free, so it allows you the opportunity to start fresh. Trevor, one of the program directors, was wonderful to work with and clearly passionate about helping the young women in the program. I was also impressed by how seriously the staff takes recovery and resident well-being. Before we shared our stories, the girls were asked for their consent to participate, which reflected the respect and care the team has for each resident. While I can't speak to what it's like to be a resident at Newport Academy, the environment appeared supportive and welcoming. The girls seemed comfortable, engaged, and willing to be vulnerable as my friend and I shared our experiences in recovery. Their openness, honesty, and courage left a lasting impression on me. I am rooting for each and every one of these girls. They inspire me, remind me why recovery matters, and give me a sense of purpose when sharing my story. I went in there lost and came out a new person Jenna Lohrey 4 months ago My stay was a little rough in the beginning due to the pod that I was staying in due to self harming infront of me a lot of substance talk that the clients where talking about which was a little triggering due to me going there to stop substances and trying to focus on myself due to that it was a little hard and the clients wanting to start drama with me when I was there to focus on myself but once I got to talk to the main person she was very sweet and let me move to another pod immediately and my stay became completely different I was surrounded by very sweet people had a lot of support and was able to focus on myself and was happy in that pod unlike the other one and recovered easily once I got into that pod overall yes my stay was a little rough but I learned so much that I never thought I would be able to learn and probably wouldn’t hear about all the healthy coping skills there if it wasn’t for Newport some of the staff had changed my life and will never forget it just because your stay in the beginning is rough dosent mean it always will be there support team is very strong and all of the therapist are all so sweet and still wish I could talk to them lanie carpenter 5 months ago	3

Dan S 2 months ago My name is Jo and i have to tell you, Hotel California gave me my life back. i was so lost in my addiction to alcohol and marijuana, i lost my self as a mother, a partner, and my own self identity. Hotel helped me rediscover me again, they helped me to build a routine and to fill the time i was using, numbing, with meetings, new connections, and purpose. I found Jo again! The staff is wonderful, I got frustrated at times, mostly when I wasn't wanting to listen or accept change. If you truly work the program, you will come back on top of your life, plus the chef makes some KILLER food! And there is ALWAYS coffee at the AA meetings! The outings are fun too, this last week they took us to the mall and i spent all of my time at the arcade, while others shopped, we just had to meet back up at the set time! If you choose hotel, and stay all the way through, the feeling of accomplishment will amaze you, and being sober freaking rocks by the way! They violated HIPAA. They called a friend and told them about my medical condition without permission. In fact I had explicitly forbidden that. TWICE. The first time, they threatened to withhold treatment if I don't allow them to call. The second time, they called the friend behind my back and asked them not to tell me. If I weren't in such a bad mental state at the time, I would've filed a proper complaint. Don't go here. There are plenty of actually professional and caring facilities around. 7 years ago It was one of the worst experiences my son has had. The intake program should NEVER be done by a psychiatrist who doesn’t even take the time to look at the patients name/paperwork that was filled out prior before calling him back. This man was VERY insensitive, and not even asking the right questions, or helping the patient understand how this program could help him. Instead, my son left very upset and had a panic attack in the parking lot. There was a reason this man had a horrible review online. This clinic might be good for some patients, but they need a MUCH better intake program with maybe a psychologist, who better understands the importance of gaining trust and confidence and who can better understand each persons needs are different and therefore you need to not read from a script per say. 7 years ago It's concerning how disorganized the staff with simple tasks... just called and said "hey im my mom's son, can I speak to her". We're always very, very helpful. My counselors at both locations were the best. I've ever had, and I've had lots and lots over the years, and I received mental healthcare as well as methadone as well as treatment/ Counseling for my heroin addiction. I think it's awesome that they take care of both of those things at once. Because you can't have both of those issues and only work on one of them because it wont-work. Called evergreen recovery and had a bed within 24 hours. They make the withdrawal process as comfortable as possible without actually using opioids. As far as success rates, well that depends on you. You get to sleep and eat all day until you have kicked the worst of the withdrawal process. Usually, you can be referred to an inpatient/outpatient treatment program as well, which from my experience is completely nessesary if you want to remain clean. If you are thinking about detoxing here, please just go for it. Don't think twice. Give it a shot. Get your freaking life back! I would not have made it through the dtox process without them. My room was clean and comfortable. I could not comment on the food because i didn't eat much. I can say they make sure thee is plenty healthy snacks and lots of gatorade to stay hydrated.. I was there a few years ago and unfortunately i need to go back, but at least there is a place to go to. If u want it that way, then spend $ getting that kind of treatment or vote for more funding from the government to help the facilities that are trying to help addicts. Regardless....we're the addicts and no one to blame but ourselves and at least there are people out there trying to help us *which should be nothing more than appreciated! I’m a past client of A Place of Hope. My experience was a personal, professional and personalized program. It literally brought me out of complete self-despair. For anyone who surfers from anxiety, depression, drug abuse, personal abuse, mental disorders, PTSD, suicidal remuneration, abandonment or divorce, this was me . I recommend you at least stop in and be evaluated and go through A Place of Hope’s interview process. Be prepared for an accountability, being treated with respect and challenged to look inward, with a support network to walk alongside of you, with compassion. For me personally, this helped reframe my thinking and within my 30 day program. I left with a feeling of respect for others, myself and a new understanding of self-worth. As an alumni, I recently reached out to the Center for some personal assistance with my own self-care. Within hours the staff accompanied my request, gave me a plethora of resources to assist me. Offered me a book to be sent to my home, that they said, “You may find it helpful”. They also reminded me that I have access to their weekly Zoom meetings, for peer support. I’m grateful for there support and for me it’s was this support that reminded me the Center is there still for me in a time of need. Life continues to happen and we never know when you may need to ask for help. It’s ok to ask for help. You don’t have to do it alone. I’ll close with this. The Center saved my life, and changed my life forever. I have never felt so cared for as I did here. The structure is just like it was in school— and the housing reminded me of dorms! And the housing is free, so it allows you the opportunity to start fresh. The sense of community paired with the support of the staff makes a difference. I was actually sad to leave! (Also, being 5 minutes from the ocean…so worth it haha) For those struggling with addiction (EDs, Alcohol, etc) this is the place to go.

I recently had the opportunity to speak at Newport Academy and share my recovery story with the residents, and it was a truly rewarding experience. Trevor, one of the program directors, was wonderful to work with and clearly passionate about helping the young women in the program. I was also impressed by how seriously the staff takes recovery and resident well-being. Before we shared our stories, the girls were asked for their consent to participate, which reflected the respect and care the team has for each resident. While I can't speak to what it's like to be a resident at Newport Academy, the environment appeared supportive and welcoming. The girls seemed comfortable, engaged, and willing to be vulnerable as my friend and I shared our experiences in recovery. Their openness, honesty, and courage left a lasting impression on me. I am rooting for each and every one of these girls. They inspire me, remind me why recovery matters, and give me a sense of purpose when sharing my story. Thank you to Trevor and the entire team for the warm welcome. I'm grateful for the opportunity and would be honored to return in the future and be of service to this amazing facility again.

My stay was a little rough in the beginning due to the pod that I was staying in due to self harming infront of me a lot of substance talk that the clients where talking about which was a little triggering due to me going there to stop substances and trying to focus on myself due to that it was a little hard and the clients wanting to start drama with me when I was there to focus on myself but once I got to talk to the main person she was very sweet and let me move to another pod immediately and my stay became completely different I was surrounded by very sweet people had a lot of support and was able to focus on myself and was happy in that pod unlike the other one and recovered easily once I got into that pod overall yes my stay was a little rough but I learned so much that I never thought I would be able to learn and probably wouldn’t hear about all the healthy coping skills there if it wasn’t for Newport some of the staff had changed my life and will never forget it just because your stay in the beginning is rough dosent mean it always will be there support team is very strong and all of the therapist are all so sweet and still wish I could talk to them

My name is Jo and i have to tell you, Hotel California gave me my life back. i was so lost in my addiction to alcohol and marijuana, i lost my self as a mother, a partner, and my own self identity. Hotel helped me rediscover me again, they helped me to build a routine and to fill the time i was using, numbing, with meetings, new connections, and purpose. I found Jo again! The staff is wonderful, I got frustrated at times, mostly when I wasn't wanting to listen or accept change. If you truly work the program, you will come back on top of your life, plus the chef makes some KILLER food! And there is ALWAYS coffee at the AA meetings! The outings are fun too, this last week they took us to the mall and i spent all of my time at the arcade, while others shopped, we just had to meet back up at the set time! If you choose hotel, and stay all the way through, the feeling of accomplishment will amaze you, and being sober freaking rocks by the way! I was afraid I would never have fun again, now i find myself enjoying life again, without substance. If you think youve hit rock bottom, or youre almost there, let Hotel save you, its worth it!

I'm amazed this place is still open. They violated HIPAA. They called a friend and told them about my medical condition without permission. In fact I had explicitly forbidden that. TWICE. The first time, they threatened to withhold treatment if I don't allow them to call. The second time, they called the friend behind my back and asked them not to tell me. If I weren't in such a bad mental state at the time, I would've filed a proper complaint. Don't go here. There are plenty of actually professional and caring facilities around.

It was one of the worst experiences my son has had. The intake program should NEVER be done by a psychiatrist who doesn’t even take the time to look at the patients name/paperwork that was filled out prior before calling him back. This man was VERY insensitive, and not even asking the right questions, or helping the patient understand how this program could help him. Instead, my son left very upset and had a panic attack in the parking lot. There was a reason this man had a horrible review online. This clinic might be good for some patients, but they need a MUCH better intake program with maybe a psychologist, who better understands the importance of gaining trust and confidence and who can better understand each persons needs are different and therefore you need to not read from a script per say.

I have been a patient at 6 different clinics over the last decade. The counsellor Alan Hauber is by far the best counselor I have ever met in my life. He has gone above and beyond to help my husband and I be successful in our recovery and is one of the most kind-hearted people on Earth. My husband and I both can not say enough good things about this man. He is phenomenal! ☺️ The PA-C (doctor) Lilly is awesome. It works if you work it. I transferred to MAT here after completing the CUPWS program at Swedish Ballard. The counselors and team here are supportive and thoughtful. A few made lasting impressions that I will forever be grateful for. Proud to say I have over 5 years of recovery, and almost 4 years off of MAT. Catholic Community Services has been a huge help for me to maintain my sobriety I go 2 hours a day 3 times a week, Once I complete intensive outpatient I get moved to a 90min/week outpatient treatment would highly recommend going here it is progress based and they do not require you to go to a certain amount of Meetings a week so if you have a busy schedule like me Catholic Community is the place to go!

After an intervention from family for drinking starting this php outpatient program was very beneficial in starting new sober chapter in mt life and realizing my marijuana smoking was a problem too 😵 very glad I chose this establishment to better myself! The alcohol and drug program is difficult and thorough. At the same time easy to complete if you are fully committed and serious about your recovery. I learned more about my disease and the addiction I have being physiological as well as psychological. However all the knowledge I gain here is not going to keep me from relapsing so they include AA sober support meeting requirements as part of yor recovery program. I was a patient at THS in everett and shoreline for many years on and off and the the staff at the front desks, we're always courteous, never judgmental. We're always very, very helpful. My counselors at both locations were the best. I've ever had, and I've had lots and lots over the years, and I received mental healthcare as well as methadone as well as treatment/ Counseling for my heroin addiction. I think it's awesome that they take care of both of those things at once. Because you can't have both of those issues and only work on one of them because it wont-work. And my life improved tenfold, while I was there. I can safely say that they saved my life on more than one occasion. So I say three snaps up in a z formation.Heeeey! Someone out there will get that reference lol.

I absolutely adored my counselor. Danika is by far the most genuine, sincere, compassionate person I have ever had the pleasure and sadness of sharing my issues and joys with, there is by far NO other counselor I have ever been able to open to but her. The rest of the staff is just as equally amazing as she is. I have yet to meet someone there that I do not care for. I'm BLESSED to have been able to be a client of Danika's as well as a client of the whole ICCS family!

I took my son's aunt here and from what I saw and witnessed this place is great!!! Ran like a well oiled machine! Yes we were there for a good 4 hours that day doing the intake but between the UA, seeing the counselor, and seeing the doctor we waited no more than 10 minutes in between the people she had to see. The best part is that she was DOSED THE SAME DAY as her intake!!! Also she DIDN'T HAVE TO BE SICK!!! The other clinic we called said they wanted her to be in full withdrawal! NOT GOOD!

Went in for an assessment following a DUI. Experience was both incredibly professional and personal, lacking judgement but honest. Mr. Murray is exactly the kind of person you want to speak to when suffering any form of substance abuse disorder. I could not recommend Bridgeway’s services more. Unlike (according to reviews) most other locations, I felt as though Mr. Murray genuinely wanted to help me. He offers 40+ years of experience in doing what they do at Bridgeway, as well as (odds are) a couple miles walked in your shoes. Thank you so much!

had a really positive experience with this treatment center while completing my DUI requirements. Mike, the owner, runs the program himself and does a great job. From the beginning, he was professional, understanding, and respectful of everyone’s situation. Mike creates a supportive and judgment-free environment, which makes the whole process much easier to get through. He’s knowledgeable, organized, and always willing to answer questions or help guide you through the program. If you’re looking for a place that treats you with respect and helps you move forward in a positive way, I highly recommend this treatment center. Had a pretty debilitating I.V heroin addiction, found my breaking point and just wanted health. Called evergreen recovery and had a bed within 24 hours. They make the withdrawal process as comfortable as possible without actually using opioids. As far as success rates, well that depends on you. You get to sleep and eat all day until you have kicked the worst of the withdrawal process. Usually, you can be referred to an inpatient/outpatient treatment program as well, which from my experience is completely nessesary if you want to remain clean. If you are thinking about detoxing here, please just go for it. Don't think twice. Give it a shot. Get your freaking life back!

I was very grateful for the nurses and staff at evergreen detox. They were carrying, understanding, but most important they were non judgmental. I would not have made it through the dtox process without them. My room was clean and comfortable. I could not comment on the food because i didn't eat much. I can say they make sure thee is plenty healthy snacks and lots of gatorade to stay hydrated.. I was there a few years ago and unfortunately i need to go back, but at least there is a place to go to.

The staff is kind and have patience. Be good to them and they are even better to you. This is detox people, it's not the 4 seasons hotel. If u want it that way, then spend $ getting that kind of treatment or vote for more funding from the government to help the facilities that are trying to help addicts. They can only do so much with resources they have. Regardless....we're the addicts and no one to blame but ourselves and at least there are people out there trying to help us *which should be nothing more than appreciated! Thank you evergreen recovery <3
