They seem to have a very good reputation in these areas and my wife was extremely pleased with her treatment. 7 years ago Our son went to The Center in a very dark place. We all felt it was his last chance to get "well". Severe depression, drugs and anxiety attacks has sapped any remaining hope from him. Frankly we were both desperate and skeptical that anything could work. But we read everything about The Center and watched what seemed like 100 personal testimonies from previous clients. We called and spoke with admissions and they were wonderful. They answered all our questions and were very warm and professional. My son did go to The Center and all I can say is we have our son back. His turnaround was simply amazing. It was hard work. At first he did not want to be there. But the staff was so supporting and really made him feel like he could do it. The individual sessions and the group sessions made a big impact on him, as did the DBT classes. Yes there is hope you have to jump through when you start and precovid there were a lot more of them. Now they have streamlined the system so aslong as you are stable and showing up when your supposed to it’s as simple as spending a few minutes at a time you choose between 6am-12pm waiting to get your meds and go once or twice a month. The dosing staff and doctors are doing their best to work with getting everyone in as few times as possible while making sure you are doing what you’re supposed to be doing the only real negative is the other clients can be a lot to handle when you are trying to get clean in the beginning if they aren’t. Front desk staff and councilor turn over is roughly every two years but that’s the average in the industry so bake that in to your plan. All the way around this is the high water mark for MAT clinics in the state and your alternative is to keep suffering day to day waiting on deadbest people that don’t care about you. I went in there lost and came out a new person Jenna Lohrey 1 month ago My stay was a little rough in the beginning due to the pod that I was staying in due to self harming infront of me a lot of substance talk that the clients where talking about which was a little triggering due to me going there to stop substances and trying to focus on myself due to that it was a little hard and the clients wanting to start drama with me when I was there to focus on myself but once I got to talk to the main person she was very sweet and let me move to another pod immediately and my stay became completely different I was surrounded by very sweet people had a lot of support and was able to focus on myself and was happy in that pod unlike the other one and recovered easily once I got into that pod overall yes my stay was a little rough but I learned so much that I never thought I would be able to learn and probably wouldn’t hear about all the healthy coping skills there if it wasn’t for Newport some of the staff had changed my life and will never forget it just because your stay in the beginning is rough dosent mean it always will be there support team is very strong and all of the therapist are all so sweet and still wish I could talk to them lanie carpenter 2 months ago i was at newport for 55 days and it was quite possibly the scariest time of my life. i was struggling with ptsd, depression, SH and SI, and this place turned all of that around in less than 2 months. i know not everyone’s experience is the same and people are going to view residential treatments differently, but going here genuinely saved my life and my relationship with my parents. i’m almost an adult and have a job straight out of treatment, which wasn’t even a possibility where i was before going there. shoutout to the cc’s and my pod (pine) as well as the amazing chef, i miss him dearly and i hope he’s well. and of course the clinical team (counselor, individual therapist, family therapist). i do miss being there and it was a scary and anxiety-inducing but also incredibly helpful and healing chapter of my life. james r 11 months ago	3

My checkered past with rehabs came from jobs or family members pressuring me. I ignored everything until I was arrested. I had a blackout and drove. I could have killed people. Everyday I see the news and read about people who drive drunk and killed people. I am blessed not to be in the news. My assessment from ATA opened my eyes. I have had a lot of violence and trauma in my life, but I have to take responsibility for my choices in life. I am grateful for the compassion and guidelines i got from the relapse prevention program. ATA did everything to make me grow. The doctors are very attentive & genuinely care about the patients. I went there last year & got on the methadone program. They were extremely helpful w setting me up at the methadone clinic closest to my home location. They get a star taken way only because you can’t leave your small room unless it’s to walk the hallways. Fresh air & some sunshine would’ve made it a perfect 5 stars but you can’t leave your room really is the only negative thing I’d say about the place. Called evergreen recovery and had a bed within 24 hours. They make the withdrawal process as comfortable as possible without actually using opioids. As far as success rates, well that depends on you. You get to sleep and eat all day until you have kicked the worst of the withdrawal process. Usually, you can be referred to an inpatient/outpatient treatment program as well, which from my experience is completely nessesary if you want to remain clean. If you are thinking about detoxing here, please just go for it. Don't think twice. Give it a shot. Get your freaking life back! I would not have made it through the dtox process without them. My room was clean and comfortable. I could not comment on the food because i didn't eat much. I can say they make sure thee is plenty healthy snacks and lots of gatorade to stay hydrated.. I was there a few years ago and unfortunately i need to go back, but at least there is a place to go to. If u want it that way, then spend $ getting that kind of treatment or vote for more funding from the government to help the facilities that are trying to help addicts. Regardless....we're the addicts and no one to blame but ourselves and at least there are people out there trying to help us *which should be nothing more than appreciated! The Center was a godsend and completely helped my wife get the tools she needed to work on her depression. She is back to her old self with the joy and confidence that are her trademarks. She was in a dark dark place for many years. She specifically credits the staff and the DBT classses at The Center. She also did a sleep study and several nutrition classes that made a big difference for her. I would recommend The Center for depression (ands anxiety) treatment). They seem to have a very good reputation in these areas and my wife was extremely pleased with her treatment.

Our son went to The Center in a very dark place. We all felt it was his last chance to get "well". Severe depression, drugs and anxiety attacks has sapped any remaining hope from him. Frankly we were both desperate and skeptical that anything could work. But we read everything about The Center and watched what seemed like 100 personal testimonies from previous clients. We called and spoke with admissions and they were wonderful. They answered all our questions and were very warm and professional. My son did go to The Center and all I can say is we have our son back. His turnaround was simply amazing. It was hard work. At first he did not want to be there. But the staff was so supporting and really made him feel like he could do it. The individual sessions and the group sessions made a big impact on him, as did the DBT classes. He has made friends for a lifetime and can't imagine being in the place he was just a few months ago. I highly recommend The Center for anyone needing help.

My name is Jo and i have to tell you, Hotel California gave me my life back. i was so lost in my addiction to alcohol and marijuana, i lost my self as a mother, a partner, and my own self identity. Hotel helped me rediscover me again, they helped me to build a routine and to fill the time i was using, numbing, with meetings, new connections, and purpose. I found Jo again! The staff is wonderful, I got frustrated at times, mostly when I wasn't wanting to listen or accept change. If you truly work the program, you will come back on top of your life, plus the chef makes some KILLER food! And there is ALWAYS coffee at the AA meetings! The outings are fun too, this last week they took us to the mall and i spent all of my time at the arcade, while others shopped, we just had to meet back up at the set time! If you choose hotel, and stay all the way through, the feeling of accomplishment will amaze you, and being sober freaking rocks by the way! I was afraid I would never have fun again, now i find myself enjoying life again, without substance. If you think youve hit rock bottom, or youre almost there, let Hotel save you, its worth it!

I was obviously not doing well when I came here, but I was met with the compassionate care that I needed to get physically well from the staff, and the connection I was craving from my fellow clients – several of which have become friends I hope to have for a lifetime. This was my first (and ideally last) time in treatment, so the staff, other clients, and the opportunities this program has given me will always hold an extremely special place in my heart. It works if you work it. I transferred to MAT here after completing the CUPWS program at Swedish Ballard. The counselors and team here are supportive and thoughtful. The negative reviews are mostly people that push the limits of their program and try to game the system. Yes there is hope you have to jump through when you start and precovid there were a lot more of them. Now they have streamlined the system so aslong as you are stable and showing up when your supposed to it’s as simple as spending a few minutes at a time you choose between 6am-12pm waiting to get your meds and go once or twice a month. The dosing staff and doctors are doing their best to work with getting everyone in as few times as possible while making sure you are doing what you’re supposed to be doing the only real negative is the other clients can be a lot to handle when you are trying to get clean in the beginning if they aren’t. Front desk staff and councilor turn over is roughly every two years but that’s the average in the industry so bake that in to your plan. All the way around this is the high water mark for MAT clinics in the state and your alternative is to keep suffering day to day waiting on deadbest people that don’t care about you. SIGN UP TODAY you won’t regret it.

i was at newport for 55 days and it was quite possibly the scariest time of my life. i was struggling with ptsd, depression, SH and SI, and this place turned all of that around in less than 2 months. i know not everyone’s experience is the same and people are going to view residential treatments differently, but going here genuinely saved my life and my relationship with my parents. i’m almost an adult and have a job straight out of treatment, which wasn’t even a possibility where i was before going there. shoutout to the cc’s and my pod (pine) as well as the amazing chef, i miss him dearly and i hope he’s well. and of course the clinical team (counselor, individual therapist, family therapist). i do miss being there and it was a scary and anxiety-inducing but also incredibly helpful and healing chapter of my life.

I have been through four rehabs. I came to ATA because my attorney sent me to them. I was arrested for DUI. My checkered past with rehabs came from jobs or family members pressuring me. I ignored everything until I was arrested. I had a blackout and drove. I could have killed people. Everyday I see the news and read about people who drive drunk and killed people. I am blessed not to be in the news. My assessment from ATA opened my eyes. I have had a lot of violence and trauma in my life, but I have to take responsibility for my choices in life. I am grateful for the compassion and guidelines i got from the relapse prevention program. ATA did everything to make me grow. They did not lock me into a never ending program for their own profit.

I am now going strong, with over 5 years of recovery and a happy healthy 5 year old girl. It’s a drug detox facility it’s not supposed to be fun. The doctors are very attentive & genuinely care about the patients. I went there last year & got on the methadone program. They were extremely helpful w setting me up at the methadone clinic closest to my home location. They get a star taken way only because you can’t leave your small room unless it’s to walk the hallways. Fresh air & some sunshine would’ve made it a perfect 5 stars but you can’t leave your room really is the only negative thing I’d say about the place. Other than that, it’s an amazing place to detox at. They will do everything in their power to make it as easy & painless as possible

Had a pretty debilitating I.V heroin addiction, found my breaking point and just wanted health. Called evergreen recovery and had a bed within 24 hours. They make the withdrawal process as comfortable as possible without actually using opioids. As far as success rates, well that depends on you. You get to sleep and eat all day until you have kicked the worst of the withdrawal process. Usually, you can be referred to an inpatient/outpatient treatment program as well, which from my experience is completely nessesary if you want to remain clean. If you are thinking about detoxing here, please just go for it. Don't think twice. Give it a shot. Get your freaking life back!

I was very grateful for the nurses and staff at evergreen detox. They were carrying, understanding, but most important they were non judgmental. I would not have made it through the dtox process without them. My room was clean and comfortable. I could not comment on the food because i didn't eat much. I can say they make sure thee is plenty healthy snacks and lots of gatorade to stay hydrated.. I was there a few years ago and unfortunately i need to go back, but at least there is a place to go to.

The staff is kind and have patience. Be good to them and they are even better to you. This is detox people, it's not the 4 seasons hotel. If u want it that way, then spend $ getting that kind of treatment or vote for more funding from the government to help the facilities that are trying to help addicts. They can only do so much with resources they have. Regardless....we're the addicts and no one to blame but ourselves and at least there are people out there trying to help us *which should be nothing more than appreciated! Thank you evergreen recovery <3

The reason why I give Childrens Home Society such a high review is because they didn't only helped my son who was the one with the addiction but also helped all our family to get over the experiences we had because of the addiction.

I absolutely adored my counselor. Danika is by far the most genuine, sincere, compassionate person I have ever had the pleasure and sadness of sharing my issues and joys with, there is by far NO other counselor I have ever been able to open to but her. The rest of the staff is just as equally amazing as she is. I have yet to meet someone there that I do not care for. I'm BLESSED to have been able to be a client of Danika's as well as a client of the whole ICCS family!

I took my son's aunt here and from what I saw and witnessed this place is great!!! Ran like a well oiled machine! Yes we were there for a good 4 hours that day doing the intake but between the UA, seeing the counselor, and seeing the doctor we waited no more than 10 minutes in between the people she had to see. The best part is that she was DOSED THE SAME DAY as her intake!!! Also she DIDN'T HAVE TO BE SICK!!! The other clinic we called said they wanted her to be in full withdrawal! NOT GOOD!

This place is what I needed as a invert to my problems. They held me accountable, they got me sober and they are keeping me that way. It doable while working with how fast the visits are. They aren't therapist but they talk to you about the one thing youre their for.
