This VA Clinic really goes above and beyond the call of duty to provide excellent care for their Veterans. I truly think this Clinic has Star Players working for them!

When I went early in 2022, I was in a bad place, physically and mentally. I thought my life was over but the clinical and house staff showed me another way. Access to and support from outside recovery groups on a regular basis are a perfect addition and together, not only saved my life, but showed me a better way to live! I just celebrated a year of sobriety and continue to go back every week to help support clients.

Ohh, they are a real love of people. My counselor used to be the best person I've met in my life. The first center I can actually say don't care only in money. They always worried about me and helped me to overcome the bad situation.

[Outpatient~ Rhinelander 5-Stars], [Inpatient~ 3-Stars] (Ask for a transfer if possible). The outpatient is outstanding, taking into account this isn't some big-city slaughterhouse where the doctors are threatened with Bull S* . Here, the doctors, therapists, nurses, and staff enjoy their job, and this makes a huge impact on a patient's health.// The inpatient unit gets 3-stars only on merit where this is not a big-city circus. The doctors are withdrawn into a fantasy of how to make appeals to courts and testify the best they can about all the reason's there is a problem. You're not very likely to be committed per se, but you'll most likely need to agree to conditions in order to be released from the hospital. When the first ordeal is over with, the care is much better if you're required to stay a bit longer in the hospital before they stabilize you. Also remember there has never been a 5-star inpatient unit. The U.S. is swamped with mental health needs and are short staffed to meet the demands. Good Job Aspirus.

My daughter stayed there for 10 days, the nurses are so caring. Always talk to you anytime. The doctors were there right away to answer your questions, I would give this place a 10

I have the best Therapist in the world. The front desk agents are always kind and I haven't had a bad experience here. I firmly belive without their help getting through post partum I would not have made it. I am forever thankful.

I have been a client for 6 years. Everyone from front desk to the head of the clinic is lovely, knowledgeable and I have progressed immensely. I recommend highly.

Consulting of Mentally ill vs PTSD. 2023 Gun Therapy at age 72 finished in the dark with machine guns blazing on Law & Order TV segment on own and better life since DV incident in 1969 with 40 gauge homemade shotgun blast through bedroom door at age 16.

The people who work in this place are wonderful, they are very professional. They have helped me to be a better person, everything that I am nowadays I owe to them.

Excellent treatment and very patient! Open to understanding symptoms and very devoted to giving time to her patients when they need it! A very comfortable environment to heal in! I would recommend this place to anybody with a traumatic past to try this Outpatient Center.

My mom was in the dementia ward on floor four and was treated very well. All the staff was so caring and treated us like family. Thank you for the wonderful care!

Troy Lee and Sabrina Spatz are single-handedly the reason for the growth I've had in my mental health. To be honest based on the last place(arbor mental health services) I tried seeking help from with my mental health and the "answers" I got from that place made me very learly/nervous to reach out to anyone ever again to seek assistance with my mental health. Seeing the reveiws on NCHC made me even more worried that I was going to be treated like another number or just another person with a list of problems that don't matter. After a few sessions With Troy and Sabrina i realized quickly with how they communicated with me and how they treated me that I knew I was in the right place with people who actually cared and wanted to see my mental health successes. What Ive come to realize is that I get and understand the rap that this place gets. To be honest alot of it is probably people who are upset because they aren't getting what they want or what they think they need. Troy and Sabrina are the type of people who will listen to what you have to say, apply your situation to what they have learned and what they have been taught and will apply their knowledge to your situation for the best mental outcome of whatever it is your trying to accomplish mentally. Hats off to Troy Lee and Sabrina Spatz. You guys are what the mental health field truly needs to be able to find success in your mental health. The industry needs more people like Troy and Sabrina.

Was at facility for a lengthy period of time. Was so sick could not move in the bed. After a number of weeks the PT/OT got me to the point I could walk again. The nursing staff were always responsive and caring. Thanks to all of you

They have a pretty good treatment with our veterans. No matter the situation, the will always give you attentive service.

Had dental exam and everything went well. Got to see the Doc on time and everyone was friendly and helpful. Did not mind being called by my first name at all since most folks butcher my last name antway. Good overall experience.
