When I went early in 2022, I was in a bad place, physically and mentally. I thought my life was over but the clinical and house staff showed me another way. Access to and support from outside recovery groups on a regular basis are a perfect addition and together, not only saved my life, but showed me a better way to live! I just celebrated a year of sobriety and continue to go back every week to help support clients.

Ohh, they are a real love of people. My counselor used to be the best person I've met in my life. The first center I can actually say don't care only in money. They always worried about me and helped me to overcome the bad situation.

The staff is very friendly, they were really very useful in my recovery process, at all times I was treated in the best way, it was a great experience.

[Outpatient~ Rhinelander 5-Stars], [Inpatient~ 3-Stars] (Ask for a transfer if possible). The outpatient is outstanding, taking into account this isn't some big-city slaughterhouse where the doctors are threatened with Bull S* . Here, the doctors, therapists, nurses, and staff enjoy their job, and this makes a huge impact on a patient's health.// The inpatient unit gets 3-stars only on merit where this is not a big-city circus. The doctors are withdrawn into a fantasy of how to make appeals to courts and testify the best they can about all the reason's there is a problem. You're not very likely to be committed per se, but you'll most likely need to agree to conditions in order to be released from the hospital. When the first ordeal is over with, the care is much better if you're required to stay a bit longer in the hospital before they stabilize you. Also remember there has never been a 5-star inpatient unit. The U.S. is swamped with mental health needs and are short staffed to meet the demands. Good Job Aspirus.

My daughter stayed there for 10 days, the nurses are so caring. Always talk to you anytime. The doctors were there right away to answer your questions, I would give this place a 10

I have the best Therapist in the world. The front desk agents are always kind and I haven't had a bad experience here. I firmly belive without their help getting through post partum I would not have made it. I am forever thankful.

I came from a bigger city with lots of choices for mental health care. This is by far the best care I have ever received. You get a caseworker to help you with literally anything. The Doctor is willing to work with you and allows you to take a part in your care. The therapist that I have is a trauma expert. I am so thankful for this place.

Everyone I have worked with there is professional and compassionate and definitely advocates for all the clients who greatly benefit from their service!

Troy Lee and Sabrina Spatz are single-handedly the reason for the growth I've had in my mental health. To be honest based on the last place(arbor mental health services) I tried seeking help from with my mental health and the "answers" I got from that place made me very learly/nervous to reach out to anyone ever again to seek assistance with my mental health. Seeing the reveiws on NCHC made me even more worried that I was going to be treated like another number or just another person with a list of problems that don't matter. After a few sessions With Troy and Sabrina i realized quickly with how they communicated with me and how they treated me that I knew I was in the right place with people who actually cared and wanted to see my mental health successes. What Ive come to realize is that I get and understand the rap that this place gets. To be honest alot of it is probably people who are upset because they aren't getting what they want or what they think they need. Troy and Sabrina are the type of people who will listen to what you have to say, apply your situation to what they have learned and what they have been taught and will apply their knowledge to your situation for the best mental outcome of whatever it is your trying to accomplish mentally. Hats off to Troy Lee and Sabrina Spatz. You guys are what the mental health field truly needs to be able to find success in your mental health. The industry needs more people like Troy and Sabrina.

Was at facility for a lengthy period of time. Was so sick could not move in the bed. After a number of weeks the PT/OT got me to the point I could walk again. The nursing staff were always responsive and caring. Thanks to all of you

They have a pretty good treatment with our veterans. No matter the situation, the will always give you attentive service.

Had dental exam and everything went well. Got to see the Doc on time and everyone was friendly and helpful. Did not mind being called by my first name at all since most folks butcher my last name antway. Good overall experience.

my dad is there and they seem to take good care of him ever time I go there to visit there is always people going in and out of his room and checking on him the staff is very nice and helpful if you have questions he seems to like it there and that was the only place closest to Green Bay that would help someone with a trac they seem like they know what they are doing and my dad gets good care there for his situation he has ALS I would recommend the place it has the bistro there where u can get food and drinks if u want and they have a sitting and eating area too and there is a gift shop too if u need a gift for someone and there public bathrooms are always very clean

My experience working on the vent unit was awesome. Great RTs, RNs, and CNAs. They were all knowledgeable and helpful to the best of their abilities. Definitely a great learning experience. I wouldn't hesitate to admit a family member to their ventilation unit.

November 21st, 2023 the day of my birthday. When i told everyone i am not feeling well. So, as I rested in my bedroom, feeling under the weather, I was abruptly unable to speak or move. Fortunately, my brother's swift action led him to call the ambulance, which rushed me to the Green Bay ICU to battle a respiratory flu and Covid. Subsequently, I was transferred to Mount View Care Center on Level 2, where I received outstanding care and support. And, I am forever more thankful for the care I received, particularly from Amy Martin, who demonstrated remarkable compassion and empathy. My experience with the ventilator community was profoundly inspiring, and I wouldn't change a thing. Much love and gratitude! ❤️

I was there in 1992, I think and I have a very close relationship with Jesus because of this place. Also had visions and seen signs. Amen. God bless all of yall

They do a great service to our community, I never had such a wonderful experience as I had in this place with my counselor. Highly recommend, I would give them more stars if I could.

I’ve only attended 2 sessions so far and I am all in for the therapy sessions. Having someone to talk to that is not biased and actually listens and gives meaningful input and opinions. Love it. Thank you.

I'm consistently impressed with the skills that clients learn in the SAFE program at Peaceful Solutions. It's tough and forces individuals to think about their behavior from challenging perspectives (as other reviews demonstrate), but it creates positive change in individuals who engage in good faith.

Although management only cares about money and not people I am grateful for my counselor. I have so many trust issues w medical ppl especially aoda cjz of mh past but she's helping me learn to trust again. Thsnk you C you deserve a raise (didn't wanna add her name dunno if there's privacy issues she knows)

Wausau CTC is an amazing place to help one start the road to recovery. They have guided me through my journey in recovery and I'll forever be thankful to the staff. They offer many different types of groups to help clients learn how addiction works and how to overcome different situations and stay living a healthy balanced sober life. The counselors are amazing and very understanding as well as helpful with finding different resources in the community. I am very grateful to everyone there that has had a part in my journey. I would highly recommend someone to get help from Wausau Comprehensive Treatment Center if they are struggling from addiction. You will be welcome with open caring arms.

My family and I have attended this program for well over 30 yrs between here and appleton and I can say it has saved our lives. I recommend this treatment center all the time. My cousin was the first person to walk through the doors and my parents less then 10 others. I hope this program works for everyone that walks thru the doors.

That' was the best program I had ever been in and when I got done I Got my your sobriety and went back-to work for them hands down the best I have ever came across
