I could not even begin to express the level of gratitude I have for Tammy Pope. She has given me so many tools to understanding my own self worth. She helped me tirelessly through severe crisis, trauma, separation and, abuse. She helped me in so many ways, my son also! She truly helps, because she truly cares, and is invested in our recovery! Words could not express how kind, educated, and dedicated she is to her patients and her practice. Thank You Tammy, you have helped me change my entire life , I’m forever grateful! Self-care and Love

Tammy has been absolutely amazing. She has made us feel at ease with her warmth and empathy. She is straightforward with getting to the root of the problem and to talk about it with no judgement. It’s actually refreshing and is exactly what was needed. The situation that brought us to her is incredibly difficult and after two prior therapist we are beyond grateful to have found her. We have a long road ahead of us to heal but I have no doubt that she’ll be the one to get us through this.

My name is Aaron Ross. Tammy Pope. So many places to start. So .any different things to say. God sent Tammy Pope to me. She at the time was the JBBS counselor thru Arapahoe County Mental Health at Arapahoe County Jail. I was on felony probation in three counties facing new charges in two counties. She let me know I was alive and no matter happened I'd live to see a new day. She showed up to court dates even when she physically couldn't be there. She showed up for everyone who ever had the pleasure of having her as their counselor/ therapist. She fought for me and everyone until there was nothing else to be done and then she got up and fought some more. She never judged me even when I was free and living thru the f#%ITS. I have never met another person in my recovery which as of today is almost three years clean. I met Tammy 8 years ago. When I managed a sober living house she sent clients to the house I managed and I got to see more people on a road that she helped them see existed. So many people Tammy has touched. I am one of them and those she has touched are all the we, the US. I am a living representation of what Tammy Pope helped gain a foothold to a successful recovery from crime, addiction, mental health issues. Thank you My name Is Aaron Michael Edward Ross. I wouldn't be where I am had I not met her when I did.

Other Forms of Payment

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Sliding scale payments are based on a client's income and family size. The goal is to make treatment affordable to everyone. By taking these factors into account, addiction recovery care providers help ensure that your treatment does not become a financial burden to you or your family, eliminating one barrier to care.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

Outpatient rehabs offer a wide variety of services and levels of care to align with clients' unique and evolving needs. Outpatient care is best suited for clients who are stable and for those who wish to remain at home while receiving treatment. Clients typically receive addiction counseling and recovery-focused life skills training, including participating in evening, night, and weekend sessions to accommodate clients' schedules. Clients at an increased relapse risk may receive more frequent and intensive treatment.

Treatments

Colorado offers a range of substance abuse treatment programs that encompass various levels of care to meet your specific needs. These addiction treatment programs often encompass medical detox, outpatient, inpatient, and partial hospitalization programs. You'll find each program includes individual and group therapy, and educational groups to provide you with the tools to achieve and sustain your recovery.

Colorado offers dual-diagnosis addiction treatment programs that encompass various levels of care to meet your individual needs, including medical detox, outpatient, inpatient, and partial hospitalization programs for individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. These dual-diagnosis rehab programs incorporate evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to successfully address substance use disorders and co-occurring diagnoses.

Clinical Services

The main principle of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) in Colorado is that substance use disorders are based on faulty thinking and behavior patterns. The goal of this treatment is to help the individual learn better ways of coping with challenges, which will lead to changes in thinking and behavior.

Dialectical behavior therapy is skills based and present oriented. You'll be asked to keep a diary of emotions and related behaviors and practice the skills you've been learning between sessions. The focus of skills development is on mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness.

Therapists who employ motivational interview techniques seek to draw out the client's ideas about change and allow them to draw their own conclusions about the need for change. This method is often effective for clients who feel unsure about their ability to change or the need for change.

Lets see where do i begin? Aww yes the beginning. It was the year 2012 i believe, when the the heavens place Tammy Pope before me and i felt such compassion, comfort and trust with her to the point, I opened up with her like never had ever in my life on the very first time we met. I have taken classes with her as an instructor completing the S.S.I.C strategies for self improvement and change. She has stuck next to me and been there for me in my darkest momments and today i live a positive and productive life to the fullest which couldnt have been done with out her inspiration and support. With that being said I highly recomend her service to anyone with the desire of change. She has been an Angel to my Life. BESTTOINVEST Michael Anthony MartinezSr. MightyMike
