I give my life to this place. I came here in July 2025. I was lost. I lost my family. I lost the ability to live in society. I’d spent most of my time behind bars the past couple years, drugs had taking everything from me! Coming to Narconon I learned how to accept a lot of the things that I’ve done, to the people I’d hurt and to myself. I gained the ability to move forward, to confront a lot of the issues and become myself again. The new live detoxification help get all the residual out of my body and give me a healthy start so that I can move forward in the next part of the course. The objective course taught me how to be patient to not act on old behavior but to truly be there and to confront all situations in my life! And last, but not least life skills gave me tools to further my recovery to live with conditions to understand that I was still liability. They gave me formulas to move forward in my life to have a better chance at succeeding in my recovery. This place has changed my life dramatically. I’ve received my family back. Even though I was court ordered to this place. They accept walk ins and will help anyone. You have to want the help! first time around I tried methadone it didn’t work for me, everyone is different. I did the groups and therapy through court. Learned so many things and have continued therapy a year after being off probation

I've been clean of opiates, meth & others for almost 6yrs & because of the resources this place has offered I've been able to do so without one relapse without westside center for change i probably wouldn't be here today & with their help i was able to get my son back & close my CPS case he's been home now almost 4yrs.

I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews, because I love this place. I have been seeing my current therapist here for a couple years now and have seriously experienced a complete turn around in my life in every single area. I cannot recommend this place enough. This place saved my life. The entire staff is incredible and I quickly built relationships with everyone. And I could go on and on about my counselor Lindsey. She’s incredible, literally the only person in my life I look forward to talking to twice a week. She’s hands down my absolute favorite person ever. It's hard to describe the level of care and support that Rose House provides. No family ever wants to be in this situation, but Rose House provides a level of knowledge, confidence and assurance that we couldn't find anywhere else. The fact that it is female specific makes its mission that more effective in not only dealing with addiction but the underlying roots of abuse and trauma. We were desperate and they gave us our daughter back. This place is not an adult daycare or resort. They require not only the patients to do the hard work, but the families as well. If you care about your family member you have to put in the work as well, because these folks have a tough road ahead of them and no one goes it alone in life. For these people that need this level of care Rose House is superlative in giving patients and families the tools they need to turn their lives around.

I just got back from a 45-day in-house treatment program in Parowan Utah and found this place on-line. After scootering around for 30 min. I found it and it was open! I am grateful and was welcomed warmly by Debbie! We talked for a while and she was gracious enough to buy me a cup of coffee. I am lucky to be here and am appreciative of the opportunity to change my life, and hopefully I have found an additional fellowship, with which I can continue my recovery! Great place. Google calls it an alcoholism treatment program, which is not completely accurate. It is an Alano club that has meeting rooms hosting a variety of 12 step program meetings. Some that deal with alcoholism, others that deal with other issues.

When I first came to this class I was terrified. I sat in the back watching from a distance. I didn’t want to participate, afraid I would be treated poorly. The receptionist was very understanding and helped me find a good counselor to work with. My counselor is great, he fit for my needs. All the rest of the staff have been amazing helping me too, being supportive and understanding. I don't know what I would have done without all the help and support I've gotten from the staff there.

We found AIM as our son was finishing a therapeutic wilderness program. AIM was an excellent transition program and supported all of us along the way. The staff are skilled, compassionate and purposeful. The phases of the program allowed for growth at a participant’s own pace. AIM House is an incredible program that caters to all walks of life. As a previous participant, I feel that I was cared for in a way that was not overbearing. They provided us with countless resources, activities, and communities to engage with throughout my time there.
I really like that you can make a program that works for YOU! They give participants the tools to pursue what they enjoy, make mistakes in a safe environment, and grow into a more mature individual.
AIM House does a fantastic job of creating a community that leads to life long friendships. I completed the program a little over 6 years ago and continue to speak with many of the other participants I was in the program with, as well as some of the staff!
I can confidently say that I would recommend this program to any young adult going through debilitating hardships in their life. This is, and will always be, a special place to me.

I take a prescription, which I will take for the rest of my life. Once a year, the team at spruce street medicine will not refill my prescription until an annual physical is performed. However this physical relates in no way to my prescription. I wish the spruce street medicine team showed slightly more professionalism, by simply scheduling an annual physical when I'm in the office, calling me to remind me to schedule an annual physical, emailing, or sending a reminder card by mail. Anything except refusing to refill my prescription. Instead what happens is that the normally easy process of getting my prescription filled instead drags on for several days, where I have had several times run out of my prescription because of these antics. Shelia Ling, MD is fantastic, I would rate 5 stars for her manner & care, however I get quite frustrated by this process. Please consider revising your procedures.

Not sure why people are rating so poorly. I had a great therapist who helped me a lot, and on a sliding scale. Sure, the front-desk staff isn’t the friendliest, but I feel like it’s hard to stay optimistic when you’re in a Medicaid-supported counseling office.

I had been a problem drinker for years (let’s just be real: the worst drunk you can imagine). Although I had tried to quit several times before, I always ended up failing and winding “right back in the bottle.” While the outpatient rehabs were fine, they never prepared me for what came after: actually having to live and cope with what the world throws at you.
Even after a full year of sobriety I was still struggling when the VA referred me to New Hope. During my first session I was amazed that Toni understood addiction and where I was at with my struggle with my own mind and addiction to alcohol. I was willing to put in the work that Toni suggested and I am now experiencing a life I never thought I could have.
If you’ve had enough and are ready to change, give New Hope Counseling a try, it’s changed my life forever. As of the time of this review I am 3 years, 4 months sober, happy, and healthy.

To say, that behavioral innovations, has been a godsend, would be an understatement. We were not sure how our son’s life would look like, after getting his autism diagnosis. He was almost 3 years old when he was diagnosed and it sends any parents head about the future and day to day, into a whirlwind of uncertainty. Behavioral innovations accepted him right away and just within the first few weeks, we had already seen tremendous growth. He is now 5 and graduated from ABA and just started kindergarten. He is able to be in a typical kindergarten class and I know he will just thrive from here because of everything that behavioral innovations has done for him. The love, care and patience they had for him every day, made it so reassuring as a parent. I am so grateful that my son had this available to him and that he got this opportunity to be able to go into the world with the knowledge and tools he has. I will ALWAYS advocate for ABA and early interventions for children diagnosed with autism. My little man has only been there 1 month and has Exceled so much .Talking ,saying more words , his social skills have are above way above average he's loving everyone that goes there everyone that works there it's encouraging to have a stuff work so close and so hard with my little man I have a hard time with trust and letting go because we've been together since birth and it's just been him and I and I must say that they have open doors for my little man and I am so grateful that I found this place that was highly recommended to me and many ways thank you to the staff from the bottom of my heart

I have read all of the reviews and I would like to leave a different perspective than the 1 star reviews. I have been a patient somewhere around 6 years of North Range. In that time they have always treated me with care and respect. I too have had issues with prescriptions being filled on time here and there. However, I want to put this into perspective. Some patients have requirements that need to be met in order to continue to refill medications: keeping up with their regularly scheduled appointments or maybe it is a type of mmedication (narcotic) that requires a monthly review. That is not a failure of the staff. It is a behavioral health organization. They have rules and regulations to follow in order to protect their patients, especially the ones on medication. In my own experience, it was almost always some failure on my part when meds weren't filled on time. I have always been treated extremely well, even a couple times I was a little short over meds not bring filled on time. My best advice: if they set up a treatment plan with you, DO THE WORK. KEEP THE APPOINTMENTS. FOLLOW UP...and you will have a great experience just like I did!!!

I like this place, my meds are helping so much, but I don't fight with them about what I'm taking anymore, I just take the meds nowadays.
Has made pretty much every aspect of my life better. I could list a few just off the top of my head. Give this place a chance if you have mental health issues, it's really not bad.
