About Island Grove Regional Treatment Center
Island Grove Treatment Center is an outpatient behavioral health facility in Greeley, Colorado. This location provides an adult outpatient program, individual placement and support services, and behavioral alternative services in the community. If you choose to enroll in one of the programs at Island Grove, you’ll have the opportunity to heal from substance misuse, mental health disorders and other psychiatric issues.
Life Skills Development

The goal of treatment for alcoholism is abstinence. Those with poor social support, poor motivation, or psychiatric disorders tend to relapse within a few years of treatment. For these people, success is measured by longer periods of abstinence, reduced use of alcohol, better health, and improved social functioning. Recovery and Maintenance are usually based on 12 step programs and AA meetings.
