This place saved my life. The entire staff is incredible and I quickly built relationships with everyone. And I could go on and on about my counselor Lindsey. She s incredible, literally the only person in my life I look forward to talking to twice a week. She s hands down my absolute favorite person ever. She goes out of here way and makes my recovery a priority. I ve never had a support system like this and it s the best feeling.

From my patient intake 2 years ago I went from being a desperate, homeless, unemployed, unwanted and sickly addict to now being independent, hard working, trusted, loving boyfriend and healthy young adult . It's like I'm a totally different person now thanks to these guys . I'm not exaggerating when I say that this clinic saved my life. I had no hope for myself upon becoming a patient here. I honestly just joined because I was in severe withdrawal due to losing the only source I had for my drug of choice. I only intended to stay until I was able to find another source but thanks to my counselor I decided to try and take MMT seriously and that was one of the best decisions I've ever made in my life. I'm not saying that this was easy and I'm not saying that this will work for everyone. As for me, I've tried almost everything available to achieve sobriety (iNarcotics Anonymous, monitored detox, clonidine, suboxone etc.) but I was never able to stick to anything until I started Methadone Maintenance Treatment (MMT) at BHG. I even had a lot of problems with during my first few months and came really close to being discharged because of my behavior. You can't just enroll and magically become sober over 2 years, you really have to want to be sober and be willing to work with your counselor to identify the root causes of your addiction. Once you do this you will work with your counselor to find healthy ways to deal with whatever issues that lead you into addiction and once you've done that you can start to taper your dose down and eventually get off methadone .P.S. Don't listen to the negative reviews some people have left here. These are the people that will constantly break the rules, throw temper tantrums when they are confronted about it and verbally abuse the staff if they don't get their way . The staff here is AMAZING! They are always going above and beyond for the patients that are serious about achieving soberiety and they will always treat you with respect and kindness as long as you do they same . The staff is very understanding and they are always willing to give you so many chances if you screw up because they know that addiction is a difficult thing to deal with and that some laws governing MMT can be very frustrating .

My therapist Kate is a great support system! Through changes within my life she helps me stay calm and think through how I am feeling and action I want to take with certain big decisions in school and in day to day activities. She s shown to understand my sensitivity and love for arts and crafts, along with thoughtful conversations. Kate is helping me through a very transitional and challenging time in my life, even though I only see her once a month for about an hour she s shown to be very helpful to me long term. I highly recommend women s health center if you are looking for a friendly, flexible, and affordable therapist.Thank you!

This is a great group! They have excellent therapists and I like how they talk to you first to match you to someone that is a good fit.

This place is the real deal. My therapist is perfect for me and it's also been a fun process with more to come. I finally feel like my authentic self again

I can't say enough good things about this organization and the people that work here. Coming up on 2 months of sobriety, I can honestly say I would not be here without the amazing staff and therapists at NorthStar.I want to give a huge shout out to Sean who worked with me in helping me identify my triggers and to create a plan for my future.I could write a review a mile long if I started naming all the great staff at the lodge, but I'll keep it to this: from the AM staff to the PM staff, every single person there is invested in supporting you on your journey, and they truly 'get it.' From laughter to serious moments, they facilitated the perfect healing environment for me.KW was also very influential in my healing.

Jonathan Heilman is an incredibly thorough, deeply caring individual and I've genuinely never had such a positive experience with a psychiatrist. Having moved around a lot in my life I've seen many psychiatrists and most will give you barely 10-15 minutes of their time during which they won't actually listen to what you're saying. Jonathan works very hard to understand the person and the circumstances as a whole. He took I believe an hour and a half for our first appointment, which is wild to begin with, and then took another hour for the next two appointments just because my history is so extensive and he wanted to get an accurate picture. The one potential downside to note, every appointment is so extensive that he often runs over, so if you have to be very strict on time in your own schedule you may want to account for that in timing. I personally am so thankful for his care that I just account for those minutes as part of the time I block out in my schedule. Truly couldn't have asked for a better provider during the tumultuous past year and a half.

Staff is friendly and psychiatrists seem decent. Overall it's not a bad place.

Great experience at the podiatrist. Fairly quick appointment access. Once at the appointment, doctor and staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. Listened carefully and provided detailed information about my issue, then provided necessary care and inserts to ensure my foot healed properly and quickly.

Our Occupational Therapist Roxanne B has been amazing to work with! She recently got a slide shower chair for my husband that is a game changer in bathing him! Every assessment she has made has been spoton! Tk u for all u do for your Veterans! Keep up the great work!Maxs wife Donna

The VAs that mg husband has gone to; Austin, Loveland, Denver, and Caribou, Maine, have been great.I have been using VA for over a decade. Only thing I have had is a little difficulty with is getting my prescriptions correct.That problem has been rectified quickly by the staff.In the last few years I have had a brain bleed requiring emergency surgery.I was in a coma for about a month. During that time, I was also diagnosed with Leukemia.VA took care of everything. When I awoke, I was worried about how these very expensive medical procedures would be paid for.I understand that the medical staff is overwhelmed and I take that into consideration.Overall, my belief is that the VA healthcare system is living up to their promises.

Fire Mt saved my daughters life. She was 15 when she went in, and had had 2 suicide attempts before Fire Mt.. My daughter was diagnosed with severe ptsd. from some things that tragically happened to her as a baby and beyond my control. The therapists at Fire Mt explained to her what her ptsd was, and helped her while she was going through it. The food was super healthy and my daughter learned so much. Although she did run after 4.5 months, (which I was upset about because Fire Mt is a once in a lifetime opportunity for any kid), she is doing so much better because of Fire Mt. She still eats well, because she learned that eating well made her feel better there, and she tells people how much Fire Mt really helped her. She complained to me on the phone while she was there but when she reflects upon her time at Fire Mt now she says it was the best thing I ever did for her. I am forever grateful to Fire Mt for their expertise in handling her and for all the staff. There were a few issues I was not thrilled about ; I was very upset that Fire Mt would not take my daughter back after she ran, but the good far outweighs any bad and the time my daughter spent there was life changing. I am forever grateful that Fire Mt. exists. My daughter left last July of 2020 and it is a year later that I am giving a review because I could not find the words. These people go above and beyond. My daughter is now a straight A student. I dont think she would have survived without the intervention of Fire mt.Huge thanks!

Fire Mountain truly changed my life for the better. Not only did I receive the diagnosis that would forever change the way I went about my struggles, but I met amazing people that inspire me. FMRTC changed my life. I finished the program not knowing how I would survive once I left, but it turned out that internal conflict wasn t something necessary. Everyone that I had met there, including the other residents, helped me find my new perspective on life, especially my amazing therapist. There are most certainly hard days and now, I know how to manage them and keep living the best life I can because of what they ve taught me. I was able to move out and continue my undergrad and hope to one day become a psychotherapist myself. But as of now, I am a behavioral therapist at 18 years old. I never thought I would see the day I would be able to help people and use the struggles I went though as motivation, unable to see that there was a future in store for me, but here I am, following my passions. I hope to one day be able to return the favor of everything FM did for me and to go back to beautiful Estes and work for them.**My tribe s the bear tribe!!!**
