This place saved my life. The entire staff is incredible and I quickly built relationships with everyone. And I could go on and on about my counselor Lindsey. She’s incredible, literally the only person in my life I look forward to talking to twice a week. She’s hands down my absolute favorite person ever. She goes out of here way and makes my recovery a priority. I’ve never had a support system like this and it’s the best feeling.

My therapist Kate is a great support system! Through changes within my life she helps me stay calm and think through how I am feeling and action I want to take with certain big decisions in school and in day to day activities. She’s shown to understand my sensitivity and love for arts and crafts, along with thoughtful conversations. Kate is helping me through a very transitional and challenging time in my life, even though I only see her once a month for about an hour she’s shown to be very helpful to me long term. My son has been coming here since October and he has made such amazing progress since then. Before coming, life was really hard to manage with the new diagnosis of autism for my son. He is nonverbal and was very hard to teach or maintain his attention. I struggled with early life growing up in the small town in Wisconsin. Didn’t realize how bad it was until I was hopelessly hanging on by a thread. Nearby recovery resources helped me discover Choice House, and that is where my life really began to change in unimaginable ways. I worked through early recover here; spent three months inpatient at the lookout, and four months in outpatient sober living while transitioning into a new unimaginable fulfilling life. North point changed my life forever I do believe. I am 5 months clean. It just clicked with me . I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. I went there with no hope I was ready to no longer live i just wanted to die. I left there with hope and wanting live. I have self worth . I'm excited for my new life. I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews, because I love this place. I have been seeing my current therapist here for a couple years now and have seriously experienced a complete turn around in my life in every single area. I cannot recommend this place enough. I can't say enough good things about this organization and the people that work here. Coming up on 2 months of sobriety, I can honestly say I would not be here without the amazing staff and therapists at NorthStar. I want to give a huge shout out to Sean who worked with me in helping me identify my triggers and to create a plan for my future. I could write a review a mile long if I started naming all the great staff at the lodge, but I'll keep it to this: from the AM staff to the PM staff, every single person there is invested in supporting you on your journey, and they truly 'get it.' From laughter to serious moments, they facilitated the perfect healing environment for me. KW was also very influential in my healing.

Recently a family member received services at the newly located PVH behavioral management unit. The staff is excellent. Case managers Hannah and Ryan were in contact with me frequently to give updates and help in any way they could. They obviously cared and worked with our family according to goals and assistance contacting outside agencies and placement for transfer. The whole team from visitor’s desk to the Drs is top notch.

Even though I was court ordered to this place. They accept walk ins and will help anyone. You have to want the help! first time around I tried methadone it didn’t work for me, everyone is different. I did the groups and therapy through court. Learned so many things and have continued therapy a year after being off probation

Centennial Peaks changed my life for the better. All of these negative reviews are people with negative attitudes in general. This place is what you make it, if you give what you have, they will give out what they have in a professional and hospitable fashion. CJ, Zach, Ethan, Matt, and countless other staff members at this hospital are so caring! I’ve never felt more secure and truly taken care of in a vulnerable position than I did while I was here. I’ve had a bad experience at West Pines behavioral and was hesitant to get help from a facility again, but to say the least I recieved an overabundance of hospitality, true care/follow ups/ect. This place truly set me up for success and I am very impressed and inspired by every. Single. Person. Who works at Centennial Peaks. God bless all of you!

Fire Mt saved my daughters life. She was 15 when she went in, and had had 2 suicide attempts before Fire Mt.. My daughter was diagnosed with severe ptsd. from some things that tragically happened to her as a baby and beyond my control. The therapists at Fire Mt explained to her what her ptsd was, and helped her while she was going through it. The food was super healthy and my daughter learned so much. Although she did run after 4.5 months, (which I was upset about because Fire Mt is a once in a lifetime opportunity for any kid), she is doing so much better because of Fire Mt. She still eats well, because she learned that eating well made her feel better there, and she tells people how much Fire Mt really helped her. She complained to me on the phone while she was there but when she reflects upon her time at Fire Mt now she says it was the best thing I ever did for her. I am forever grateful to Fire Mt for their expertise in handling her and for all the staff. There were a few issues I was not thrilled about ; I was very upset that Fire Mt would not take my daughter back after she ran, but the good far outweighs any bad and the time my daughter spent there was life changing. I am forever grateful that Fire Mt. exists. My daughter left last July of 2020 and it is a year later that I am giving a review because I could not find the words. These people go above and beyond. My daughter is now a straight A student. I dont think she would have survived without the intervention of Fire mt. Huge thanks!

Fire Mountain truly changed my life for the better. Not only did I receive the diagnosis that would forever change the way I went about my struggles, but I met amazing people that inspire me. FMRTC changed my life. I finished the program not knowing how I would survive once I left, but it turned out that internal conflict wasn’t something necessary. Everyone that I had met there, including the other residents, helped me find my new perspective on life, especially my amazing therapist. There are most certainly hard days and now, I know how to manage them and keep living the best life I can because of what they’ve taught me. I was able to move out and continue my undergrad and hope to one day become a psychotherapist myself. But as of now, I am a behavioral therapist at 18 years old. I never thought I would see the day I would be able to help people and use the struggles I went though as motivation, unable to see that there was a future in store for me, but here I am, following my passions. I hope to one day be able to return the favor of everything FM did for me and to go back to beautiful Estes and work for them. **My tribe’s the bear tribe!!!**

This place is unique! The way they adopt deep and well-planned therapies to treat patients’ ailments is impressive. The way they also involve the family members - a key support structure for a sustained and lasting recovery - just blows me away! It is with unending gratitude that we thank the Rose House for the transformation they provided our daughter. She went through both the (initial) 3-month phase at the Rose House itself and then followed with the Step-Down program for 7 months. The entire staff was consistently professional, supportive and knew their way around any "challenge" that was presented to them by any of the residents. Specifically, the Rose House (1) truly showed themselves to be committed to their residents (they do not give up!) (2) the care for each individual is personalized (3) They think through a holistic program that offers the resident a remarkable opportunity for a permanent recovery. (4) Their communitcation with family members is exceptional; providing family members tools to help the person (& the family) in recovery. Our daugher now has a new lease on life (as do we)!! UPDATE - It is now 6+(!!!) years later and our daughter is still clean, healthy, is holding down a job (has gotten promotions, etc) & is just about to move into her own condo!!! We absolutely hold the Rose House “positively responsible” for giving her the foundation upon which to rebuild her life!!! Endless thanks, again, Rose House!!!!

Went throught this company for DUI group therapy. They offered it through telehealth and the group I went through changed counselors a few times when I first started it but I finally ended up with Paul. He was a great counselor who was kind and came across non-judgemental and was never condescending. Seemed like he was genuinely interested in listening to everyone's experiences in the group and offering his own necessary when providing the actual counseling. The groups were very informative and helpful, especially because everyone had a metaphorical open table to discuss at and it felt less like a single person pushing an agenda/curriculum rather than a group of people working through it together. Great experience, even if I hope I never have to do it again.

When I first came to this class I was terrified. I sat in the back watching from a distance. I didn’t want to participate, afraid I would be treated poorly. With this said, Anne held my hand and lifted me up. She is an Angel sent from heaven! I truly believe God placed me with her.
