I graduated my 28 days in resident treatment program at North Point. My experience was truly amazing. The food was great, nice warm beds and plenty of activities. But most impressive was the staff. The kitchen, the techs, case managers, nurses, counselors, etc. made everything worth it. They truly care about your wellbeing and provide the knowledge so you can succeed in your sobriety journey. 10/10 would recommend!

North Point was a great experience for me. they do a great job of curating a community centered environment. The people here cared about getting better and the staff was great, the counselors were amazing. There were some hiccups and annoyances, but oh well; we’re here for rehabilitation, not a vacation. Amenities were solid and from what i heard, far above many other rehab facilities. I would recommend North Point 10/10 times.

Great experience at the podiatrist. Fairly quick appointment access. Once at the appointment, doctor and staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. Listened carefully and provided detailed information about my issue, then provided necessary care and inserts to ensure my foot healed properly and quickly.

When I first came to this class I was terrified. I sat in the back watching from a distance. I didn’t want to participate, afraid I would be treated poorly. With this said, Anne held my hand and lifted me up. She is an Angel sent from heaven! I truly believe God placed me with her. Serenity House is set at a key location in Loveland, CO. It's a great place to begin to rebuild with the balance of enough structure to keep centered and enough freedom to still experience a relatively normal life. I first arrived at Serenity House in 2010 and had 4 previous Sober Living House experiences with which to compare it to, and Serenity House won. I ended up staying there for 6 months when I decided that I was fit for reentering normal society, but I relapsed quickly and hightailed it back to a sober room there. It’s easy to blame everyone and everything for a relapse except yourself, and I started to blame Serenity House for drinking again, but as my mind cleared I realized that the blame lies exclusively with the disease and me. During the numerous times I’ve enthusiastically moved back to the Serenity House after making my life an alcoholic mess, I’ve always found it to be a safe, clean, and very tolerable place to begin or continue my recovery. The rules and responsibilities are sensible and reasonable. Presiding over a couple dozen addicts and/or alcoholics is like herding cats – it’s not always easy. Yes, it is a for-profit business, and yes, kudos to the owners for having a safe and comfortable place for us to get our act together.

I give my life to this place. I came here in July 2025. I was lost. I lost my family. I lost the ability to live in society. I’d spent most of my time behind bars the past couple years, drugs had taking everything from me! Coming to Narconon I learned how to accept a lot of the things that I’ve done, to the people I’d hurt and to myself. I gained the ability to move forward, to confront a lot of the issues and become myself again. The new live detoxification help get all the residual out of my body and give me a healthy start so that I can move forward in the next part of the course. The objective course taught me how to be patient to not act on old behavior but to truly be there and to confront all situations in my life! And last, but not least life skills gave me tools to further my recovery to live with conditions to understand that I was still liability. They gave me formulas to move forward in my life to have a better chance at succeeding in my recovery. This place has changed my life dramatically. I’ve received my family back. I’ve received my kids back. I’ve even received a sense of self-confidence and respect for myself. Narconon Colorado has saved my life.

This place saved my best friend's life. Almost 2 years ago she decided to go to Narconon. It was the hardest decision she ever made and the hardest thing she has ever done. It changed her in ways she only prayed for. She has always been a fighter. But now, she is strong in such a way that she doesn't constantly need to fight. She faces everything head-on. She has a life she never thought was possible. She found herself here and she began to love herself. She found who she was always meant to be. She has a love for life she has never had. I’ve had a great deal of exposure to recovery-focused businesses/programs and this was by far my best experience. Betty Jo, Alisha, and Ceana at the Fort Collins office truly understand the assignment, and treat everyone with respect and genuine care. They create an atmosphere that is both comfortable and solution-focused, which is a very difficult thing to do - a labor of love to say the least. Back in June of this year I was sent into the Kid/teen unit. It was my first time in a Mental hospital and I must say it was lovely. I met many amazing human beings and it was such a unique experience knowing that everyone else around me was down at rock bottom with me, but we were all still alive and helping ourselves. I heard so many tragic stories, yet these strong and beautiful people were still alive and kicking, even though all of our mental’s were bad. The staff was awesome too. I hope that everyone I met is doing better and I absolutely recommend this facility to those who are experiencing mental health issues.

This place saved my life. The entire staff is incredible and I quickly built relationships with everyone. And I could go on and on about my counselor Lindsey. She’s incredible, literally the only person in my life I look forward to talking to twice a week. She’s hands down my absolute favorite person ever. Fire Mt saved my daughters life. She was 15 when she went in, and had had 2 suicide attempts before Fire Mt.. My daughter was diagnosed with severe ptsd. from some things that tragically happened to her as a baby and beyond my control. The therapists at Fire Mt explained to her what her ptsd was, and helped her while she was going through it. The food was super healthy and my daughter learned so much. Although she did run after 4.5 months, (which I was upset about because Fire Mt is a once in a lifetime opportunity for any kid), she is doing so much better because of Fire Mt. She still eats well, because she learned that eating well made her feel better there, and she tells people how much Fire Mt really helped her. She complained to me on the phone while she was there but when she reflects upon her time at Fire Mt now she says it was the best thing I ever did for her. I am forever grateful to Fire Mt for their expertise in handling her and for all the staff. There were a few issues I was not thrilled about ; I was very upset that Fire Mt would not take my daughter back after she ran, but the good far outweighs any bad and the time my daughter spent there was life changing. I am forever grateful that Fire Mt. exists. My daughter left last July of 2020 and it is a year later that I am giving a review because I could not find the words. These people go above and beyond. My daughter is now a straight A student. I dont think she would have survived without the intervention of Fire mt. Huge thanks!

Fire Mountain truly changed my life for the better. Not only did I receive the diagnosis that would forever change the way I went about my struggles, but I met amazing people that inspire me. FMRTC changed my life. I finished the program not knowing how I would survive once I left, but it turned out that internal conflict wasn’t something necessary. Everyone that I had met there, including the other residents, helped me find my new perspective on life, especially my amazing therapist. There are most certainly hard days and now, I know how to manage them and keep living the best life I can because of what they’ve taught me. I was able to move out and continue my undergrad and hope to one day become a psychotherapist myself. But as of now, I am a behavioral therapist at 18 years old. I never thought I would see the day I would be able to help people and use the struggles I went though as motivation, unable to see that there was a future in store for me, but here I am, following my passions. I hope to one day be able to return the favor of everything FM did for me and to go back to beautiful Estes and work for them. **My tribe’s the bear tribe!!!**

I cannot recommend Creative Counseling enough. They have the best team of therapists there! Amber, Hailey, Daniel and Tiffany are amazing! I couldn’t have asked for anything more from any of them. I’ve been in classes since 2023 and at first it seemed like a chore that I didn’t want to do but it wasn’t like that for long. After a few months, I found myself looking forward to my classes because they really do everything that the classes are meant to do. I am beyond grateful for the treatment I received! The Jacob Center does not take their place in the community lightly. Coaches are trained and knowledgeable in subjects including trust intervention, resiliency, and trauma. Meetings between youths and families use community involvement to naturally encourage mindfulness and resiliency.
