Soooo here's the deal. This program is not easy. Well, Serenity was kinda easy (I did both of their programs). I hear they've changed some things in the long term program since I was there, but I'm sure it's still not easy, or fun. I went in March of 2020 after a series of unfortunate life choices including two DUIs and discovering my inability to get sober "on my own". I had burned every bridge with my friends and family, I was as down and out as they come. My probation officer said "jail or rehab" and when I read about Stout Street, I immediately knew deep down that it was what I needed, despite the mixed reviews. I completed the inpatient portion of the program (18 months). During my time there, I was forced to face myself in a way that I desperately needed. I COULD sit here and rage about the aspects of the program that were - arguably - too intense. But I'd much rather tell you this: Stout Street changed my life. Because of the "job" I was assigned while I was in the program as the Medical Clerk (during COVID too! It was wild!), I had the necessary experience that I needed to apply for and gain access to a job in the addiction treatment field, where I still work to this day. Must more importantly, Stout was the TIME OUT I needed from life. It is a truly precious thing to have a year and a half to work on yourself. No bullshit. To not stress about bills, bad relationships and people from your time in active addiction, and to just SHUT OFF THE NOISE - is a GIFT. I am so grateful that I went here because it was the beginning of a beautiful life that I am now really creating, day by day. Had I not gone to Stout Street, I would be dead or likely in ANOTHER crappy codependent relationship. I can proudly say that I've been single since I went in, and five years later my life is looking more promising and feeling more stable and fulfilling than I ever thought would be possible. I always thought I would die before 30. That was my trajectory. Until Stout picked me up and shook me HARD with the reality of life, showed me that I CAN stand on my own two feet, and gave me ~H O P E~. If you're looking for a cushy rehab where you get loads of free time, someone to sign off on the lies you tell yourself to keep getting high or drunk, quick tips, and comfort in recovery... Look somewhere else. This place right here will wake you up and teach you how to be uncomfortable. I can't even tell you how many people bounced out after a month or so. It takes guts to work through this program. It's worth every tear, every WC, every write up, and every tough confrontation. I am only now (5 years in the future lol) really seeing and reaping the benefits of my time here. The more time that goes on, the more tools that I find myself using to navigate life. Tools that I gained from Stout Street. The classes that they offer during your time are life-changing. I still do Inner Child work to this day, and I will do it until the day I die because it is the only thing that has helped me heal certain parts of myself from abuse and self-loathing. In all transparancy, I did not graduate the program. I had a relapse in the sober living phase of the program and ended up going to another facility briefly to get back on track. But my drive, my THIRST for self awareness and self love - those came from Stout Street. I am now an HONEST person because of this place. Sometimes you have to break down in order to rebuild, and this is a place where you can do that safely. A few staff members had an incredible impact on me, and now we're coming full circle and I'm working alongside them to help others find their way into recovery at the outpatient clinic where I work. I can't say thank you enough, Stout Street. I also can't say I haven't talked a LOT of shit on this program.... Because it was HARD. But the gifts they offer are undeniable. I love seeing my "brothers and sisters" from Stout out here thriving. It is truly incredible and if you really want to change your life, you should go here. Trust the process. If I could do it, so can you.

Picking up the phone and trying to find help for the first time was daunting. I knew I needed to change my relationship with alcohol, but I didn’t know where to start. After making multiple calls, I came across CMAR (Colorado Medicated Assisted Recovery). The first person I spoke to on the phone made me feel welcome and helped me begin my recovery journey. I started in August 2024 and was guided to IOP, which included three sessions a week. I’ll never forget the first time I walked in—I was welcomed right away. James Jackman was the group therapist that day and made me feel comfortable from day one. He would later become my personal therapist, and I owe a lot to him for helping me through my recovery. I came in wanting to change my relationship with alcohol, but I ended up working through so much more—my anxiety, childhood trauma, and the reasons behind my substance use. I learned more about myself and grew as a person in ways I never imagined. After graduating IOP in three months, I decided to continue in OP for another year. Through CMAR, I’ve built a strong sober community and made many close friends. If you’re looking for help, this place is truly amazing.

One of my friends decided to go to AspenRidge a while ago. Initially, he was not really convinced but after a while I saw him becoming a different person. He made amends with a lot of people he had hurt in the past and is currently working to improve himself.

I highly recommend Aspen Ridge to anyone who needs help with recovery. I have been in recovery for years, and Aspen Ridge is my favorite facility out there. Unlike many others, Aspens Ridge does NOT force any specific modality on folks, such as AA or NA. Many other rehab facilities are 12 step-based, which I haven’t found to be helpful. Aspend Ridge helps folks find the program that works before for each individual, such as SMART recovery, Dharma Recovery, or 12 steps. The therapists and instructors at Aspen Ridge are also all tremendously helpful and motivated. Highly recommended to anyone in need!

This is the best place for whatever you have going on in your life. I am on supervision and use them for my classes, one on ones, and testing. The staff is super nice and helpful. They go above and beyond with extra case management services and even helped with my resume. They will know you by first name and stay in touch when it counts. They have a bunch of online sessions available too if you can’t drive or need to meet with someone remotely. Don’t waste your time anywhere else.

This center is unlike any other. From day one, I felt genuinely cared for on every level — emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. The staff took time to understand me as a whole person, not just my symptoms, and the environment is warm, intimate, and deeply supportive. Every part of my treatment felt thoughtfully designed around me, and that made all the difference. I left feeling grounded, empowered, and truly seen. If your serious about being clean and sober, NBRC is the blessing and hope that will turn you around for for life. The owner and staff are the cream of the crop. I am 38 days C&S as of today and I'm never looking back. Guilt, shame, self loathing all will disappear if you pay attention and pick up what they are putting down. I never ever thought I could be saved from the hell of drugs and alcohol, Nbrc was my ticket to freedom. The desire and cravings have been dismissed. By far the best women’s treatment center in the US. Real gender specific modalities and clinicians who are trauma informed and well trained. I wouldn’t send my daughter anywhere else.

DWRBis by far the best treatment center for women in Colorado. I have been to treatment centers all over the country and not one has helped me as much as DWR. Their clinical team is top notch and will refuse to allow a person to fail. DWR saved my life and I can’t say this enough.

I remained constantly impressed and knew that I made the right decision by choosing Denver Women's from the moment I picked up the phone and called DWR stating that I was struggling with addiction. Immediately I was connected with someone who wanted to help and was able to complete my intake. During my treatment time at DWR, I was surrounded by clinical staff that really wanted to help. Their professionalism and the atmosphere they've created for their clients is top notchThey guided me through some difficult times and exemplified what humans do for one another in tough times and showed me what it was like to come out the other side of active recovery. I am truly blessed and grateful for DWR. . I'm happy to report that I have almost two years sober and I attribute my recovery to the knowledge, deep understanding and courage that DWR taught me while I was there. I know that they care because they continue to check in with me and I know that I'll always have the DWR community.

Place is amazing

This place is full of kind people and kind staff. Everyone has been so helpful and supportive. My social worker is amazing, and the whole team really cares. Every time I go to group, I feel like I get the help I need. If you're trying to get sober and quit alcohol, this is a beautiful place to start your journey. It was a good facility I was there for 55 days and now I'm in a sober living. The place is nice and you can get a lot of tools to take with when you leave. Idk but it seems like a lot of the younger patience are there on their 10th plus time they treated like a summer get away or something it's crazy how many people are in there that's been there a number of amount of times they all knew each other not to think I'm better then anyone but they leave and they come right back it must be the good food haha I would recommend this place anyone trying to go to a rehab. Staff are nice all the nurses are pretty cool

My primary therapist at The rose house has the experience necessary to provide an excellent service, the house manager is a genuine, approachable and amazing person who cares so much about the patients during the treatment and after. I can't say enough good things about the efforts that they do to make a difference in our lives. This is a beautiful home with beautiful people who are getting stronger together.

It's hard to describe the level of care and support that Rose House provides. No family ever wants to be in this situation, but Rose House provides a level of knowledge, confidence and assurance that we couldn't find anywhere else. The fact that it is female specific makes its mission that more effective in not only dealing with addiction but the underlying roots of abuse and trauma. We were desperate and they gave us our daughter back. This place is not an adult daycare or resort. They require not only the patients to do the hard work, but the families as well. If you care about your family member you have to put in the work as well, because these folks have a tough road ahead of them and no one goes it alone in life. For these people that need this level of care Rose House is superlative in giving patients and families the tools they need to turn their lives around.

I had a life changing experience during my stay at the Rose House. The staff are kind and firm at the same time. The dynamics between the clients is also a very therapeutic part of it all. The way we cared and called each other out was very crucial to the whole experience. I would highly recommend this treatment center to anyone who is serious about a clean and sober lifestyle.

I had an amazing experience at this office. I have never started feeling so much better physically so quickly. Feeling better physically allowed me to think clearly and really focus on my recovery. I'm finishing my fourth month of aftercare and for the first time in decades truly feel hopeful for my long term sobriety. 100% recommend!!!!

FREEDOM!!! This is the 5th (and LAST) treatment program I've gone through. Completely unique program focusing on Neurotransmitter repair, not just "talking" yourself better. I feel better than I have in years! I've recommended this program to every friend (not that I had many left) and family member that is struggling the way I used to struggle.

I had my first surgery at AdventHealth Porter this week and it was a positive experience. All of the medical team made sure I was taken care of and answered all my questions. I was nervous but they helped me stay comfortable and had good humor through the whole experience. If I ever need surgery in the future, I would definitely try to schedule it here! Being at the Raleigh house helped me start the process to repair my broken life. The staff are amazing. Knowledgeable, compassionate, and they help dig deep. I began to heal when I came to the Raleigh house!

The Raleigh house is an amazing place! I came in broken. I came in hurting. The staff were amazing and with time I was able to repair some of those pieces. I still have a long way to go. But the Raleigh house helped me create a solid foundation.

This was exactly the right place for me to get help. They are amazing.
