The staff and the people who did my assessment were really nice and polite showed so much care to me and checked up on me every 15 minutes seeing if I need anything they helped get around due to my legal blindness I cant see much they were very good to me they get my brain injury and they told me take my time and if I needed any breaks I took one they let me take nap when I was having a hard day today very patient very kind very nice will recommend to anyone snd I will be calling to due services with you guys❤️ 💖

Update: today was my first day I had an intake. Everyone at the front counter was very nice and polite. I met with two different people during the intake. They were really nice and polite. I really do feel they really wanna help me. They really do care about me and they really want to help my mental health and just help me in general and I’m very excited to start in this journey and it was really hard to talk about things that I’ve experienced, but I’m excited to now start diving Deep into myself internally spiritually mentally financially, and I know through taking the time to volunteer for therapy and to work on myself I’m excited to see what God my life and this company is going to do for me in every which way in my life and I’m just really excited to turn a new leaf over after months and months of calling doctors or seeing people and they said they can’t help me. I’m just excited to be able to start this journey now with Community outreach center! So after months and months of dealing with my doctors from Kaiser Permanente, my doctor actually told me to go to this facility because they would be able to help me since Kaiser Permanente is very strict so calling I just spoke with the lovely lady. She was so nice. I believe her name was Jillian. She was so helpful and insightful. I am so and I actually she was really nice and very sweet. I’m so excited to be able to Actually turn in and getting some The help that I need and I’m really looking forward to seeing what they could do for me

Got my v.a.id,blood sample,colon home kit,and a flu shot.all in about 1 hour.everybody was nice,polite and extremely helpful.i walked out smiling.great experience.😁

They Canceled my VA dermatology appointment since October of last year. I went into the office today after my last cancelation and then they stated it was because of the patient. Your scheduling team knows they are wrong for that. I know know what's going on with their scheduling here but its not right and they aren't servicing veterans. No one can give me answers, no one knows anything. I am tired of going up there but will continue. The design of the building is just as bad.... this place needs to be revamped in their scheduling department. All of the staff their is nice but that scheduling department is trash. Update/ 11/10/25 After this post the scheduling seem to finally get me in with Dermatology. I am not on track with treatment.

The gentleman in the community care office is awesome! Really goes above and beyond to help veterans. The helpers that stand in the pharmacy area are always so friendly and helpful as well

I didn't realize until I was gone after being in the program for over 6 months that I have gotten my life back in order. It's way better than it was before I started their program. Thank you to all of the team.

Simon is the absolute best. He makes Sobriety House feel like such a safe and accepting place. He is passionate and works so hard every day and really cares about the residents and making them feel comfortable. If you find yourself at Sobriety House, definitely seek out Simon. You won't regret it!

I had the benefit of being here in 2023 I ended up leaving against their advice however it was part of my recovery journey. I wish I would have stayed even though I am in a great sober living now I will always remember the people here who changed my life even when I lashed out in fear and fled they loved me. NA is still the love of my life and the journey continues ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ ❤️❤️

I find this to be the most relaxed of 7 clinics I've been to ,both in and put of state...councellors& groups are better too...I kno it'll be possible to get settled off methadone in due time tòo.

This clinic is the only one I haven't had issues with from what I've seen lots of resources and help provided.

I would recommend this clinic to anyone struggling with opioids The staff is great very friendly as is the doctor and counselors :)

Genuinely love this practice. I have been seeing them for my OCD for years. Started with one therapist who ended up leaving the group, she was great. Tried someone else in a different practice and just couldn’t connect. Had to come back to the tried and true In Focus. I love my new therapist here!

The Raleigh house is an amazing place! I came in broken. I came in hurting. The staff were amazing and with time I was able to repair some of those pieces. I still have a long way to go. But the Raleigh house helped me create a solid foundation.

I was a client in Raleigh house last summer. Some of the client's who were suppose to be in group with me, were going out to the ranch in Watkins in September, 2018, working, and getting paid $14.00 and helping to get the ranch opened. I started to become irritated me when I was continuously asked to fix items around the Ranch, they did not pay me for this. I did not mind to occasionally fix a bed or 2, but when it started to become a regular thing It irritated me and it was hard to say no. Not sure I would come back here if I slipped.

I went to third way and when I was there I found the help I never thought I would find. They are great people and I thank them for everything.

I loved it there at both Lowry and York both are super great. Shout out Devina, Andy, Cody, Taya, Gloria, Sierra, Jacy, Libby, Alissa, miss Mary, and everyone else honestly super great staff even when they have hard days I loved it and got so much better still going strong and I got out early this year I miss you all keep up the great work guys!!!! If I could I'd go past 5 stars 😊😋

I lived here back in about 2021-22 famously in the sprout house, moved around there twice- made good friends and adhered to a lot of rules. Their system for medication might be a bit flawed, and they are located in- not always the safest of places, but- it works. And it is a higher lockdown group home than just a typical one.

My experience with Acacia Counseling exceeded my expectations. Staff was helpful and accommodating to any issues/ scenarios that happened during my time. The environment was inviting and staff helped make the experience as painless as possible. Thank you Acacia Counseling.

Trust no one, especially not this organization. I was a mess when I walked in, not really interested in help. For the first few days they seemed extremely supportive and made me feel like their only client. I felt like I connected with one of the case workers and all too quickly I trusted her. She quickly got me into an in patient program at a facility she was not familiar with. What she thought was a 30 day program turned out to be 7-10 days. She was well aware I could not go back to where I was staying after the program, but assured me not to worry about it. I tried to check that through a text during treatment, but I didn't hear back about it. When I was discharged, it took longer than expected so in the Uber on the way to her office I got a text saying she had to leave work early and we could get together the following day. I basically never heard from her again. I guess she didn't care for my reply. Eventually her boss had me work with the housing assistance director to put a roof over my head. Weeks later when she finally found me a bed, she was mistaken. She found me an interview for a bed. I didn't have addiction issues so I wasn't even a candidate. So, she went dark too. When I eventually texted and said stop looking, I'll figure it out, she replied saying that they found someplace that was perfect. It was a 2 year program, on a farm, for drug addiction issues. I had none. I don't know who's file she was looking at, I was looking for Mental Health support, not addiction support. I took care of it myself the following morning. They left me homeless and $3000 more in debt and couldn't even pick up the phone. Just a few useless texts prolonging my misery. I wish I'd never walked in there. They absolutely made my situation worse. Horrific. HOLY YOU KNOW WHAT!!! That case worker I trusted, stupid me, didn't even check to see if the hospital she convinced me to go to was on my insurance!!!!! I'm not $3000 more in debt, it's closer to $22,000! Holy you know what! Now I have no choice but to seek legal assistance against them. Please, don't "help" me anymore!!!!!

The Best decision of my life was to come here. i will say it is not for the weak. You have to be ready for change You have to be tired. I have been sober and clean for 11 years now. It is faith based and that is very important to know. Jesus Christ is the only one who can bring the change you need.

If you need help and you're ready to change this is the place for you best decision I made

Best Clinic I've ever been to Angela is awesome she always checks me in in a timely manner she is very good at her job and kind. The nurses are fast,caring, and understanding they don't get on a power trip like the past clinics I've been to. They actually, ask you about yourself and you can feel they are being genuine in the care they provide! Johnathan and the Dr both took great care of me throughout both My pregnancies made sure I was at my right dosage and they didn't do a fast taper after I had my girls which I appreciated very much so. The best and most amazing person there though I'd my counselor Carole she is more than just my counselor she's a support system I know I can count on and if I tell her my issues I know she's listening with open arms and she always gives me options and resources I can use. I've been with Carole off and on for going on 8 years at a previous clinic and this one she doesn't get enough credit for what she does and what she means to her clients. She's the heart at Comprehensive and we all know you can't live without your heart. She's gone above and beyond for me and I'm sure she does the same for all her other clients, it's just who she is. I can go on and on but the proof is in the results and I'm a testimony to this. Lastly Megan she is my sister in Faith she gives off hope encouragement and is quick to find you what resources you need. She is LITERALLY THE SWEETEST she always greets me and my daughters my Day is better when I see all the staff at Comprehensive. They've made it easy for me to get in and out and better mine and my children's life. If it wasn't for them my life would definitely have more struggles and obstacles. I can say when I'm in their care I'm in the best hands. I'd recommend this clinic to everyone and have. Thank you for your hard work Team.

Not nice

Every new physiatrist I get is only there 4 3-4 months & then they leave without notifying me & my meds then never get refilled which is unacceptable. At this rate I'm going 2 end up in the emergency room cause of these incompetent people.

The best therapist I could have ever asked for! I have 2 of my children seeing Chuck and Jennifer and all I could say is I am so grateful for them. They are not just "therapist" they are genuine caring people. Growing up in therapy I always felt awkward and judged so I was iffy when looking for therapist for my girls. But my girls have a connection with them. They get excited to go see them and that just shows how great they are. Thank you so much Chuck and Jennifer you all are simply AMAZING ❤

I've been with them and their sister organization for several years now. Before I moved to Denver I contacted their sister organization and since then they've been part of my life. They've done things for me that I've never received from any other mental health organization. I've been able to make emotional connection with many of their staff members. They have a special place in my life. I highly recommend.

I’ve been working with this program for a long time and from the second I walked to those front doors my whole life changed. These people showed up for me. Help me find myself where I lost myself. I love my therapist. I love the classes I go to overall experience if you really want change and be successful and sober.
