I really appreciate the time Kevin took to gather all the detailed information needed in order for authorization for admittance. His understanding of the complexities that were present in our specific situation shows his ability to provide the best possible support and services that UC Health is known for in Colorado. Kevin Cullen is a great representation of CeDar and UC Health as a whole. I am hopeful that this is the beginning of an amazing journey to a healthy path for my adult child. I have been treated with respect,courtesy and kindness from every person I have come into contact with. I am scheduled every 3 months plus a number of other test so I’m at the hospital a lot over past 3 years. I have a team of doctors (primary care, oncology, urology and pulmonary) plus audio. I know firsthand the great care they provide as well as the pharmacy and convenience. They have equipment for every test I have needed. I rarely wait for an appointment. 5 stars from me

I really liked this VA location and had great specialists that did everything they could on my case. The facility is very nice, new, and they have wheelchair service. It is too difficult to get to RMR from Colorado Springs though through illness, too far to travel, so I couldn’t stay with them. The process of getting transferred over to the Springs was difficult. There was also a hiccup with neurosurgery for quite some time and waiting on genetics for a year and a half. Other than that, the RMR team was really great and I appreciate everything they did.

Like every establishment like this one, it had its ups and it has its downs. The staff, for the most part, seem to ACTUALLY care about the patients and keeping the patients sober. Also, the staff makes it a point to learn, not just your name, but who each person is as an individual. This makes, at least me and my husband, feel like we matter and motivated to stay sober. It's a good place for addicts to go to when rehab isn't an option!!

Knowing that this facility is in my community gives me so much peace of mind. If I had read the negative reviews before seeking help here myself, I likely would have been too scared to get help when I needed it. The staff and facility, while underfunded and understaffed showed me so much kindness, support, and understanding in my brief stay there. Thank you to everyone there ❤️

This place changed me for the better. My room and shower was way better than I expected, I felt comfortable in my room for my entire 6 day stay. The food was good. My daily schedule consisted of 4 groups a day, seeing a prescriber for medication and seeing a therapist to talk about my day. This daily routine helped me tremendously. Before I came here, I was crying at least one a day and my sleep schedule was messed up. The first night I was here, my sleep schedule was fixed in an instant and I only cried once during my 6 day stay. This place changed me and the other people who were there would tell you the exact same thing. Everyone I met was incredibly nice to me, the nurses, therapists, group leaders and especially the other people I met in there who we're trying to get their mental health together like me. I could comfortably talk about my state of mind without being judged. This place needs its praises. If you're struggling, please go here.

Can't say enough of Transitions. If your serious about getting back into life after inpt rehab this is the place for you! Jake(owner) is responsive and flexible. Caleb(house manager) is ALWAYS available and very supportive. They both understand that everyone's journey, goals, and difficulties are different and adjust to individual needs. I was initially hesitant about sober living in general but I'm so happy I chose Transitions. I'm leaving soon and it is with a heavy heart. These people really care. It may not seem like it to an addict like me who thinks everyone is against them but I was able to see their love and passion for doing whatever it takes to help a broken man like me. I don’t know how to love but I’m realizing that it looks very different than I have believed. So many people have forgiven me and given me many chances even when I rejected their help. I am thankful. The thing that’s been keeping me from freedom is me. I hope that God kills this man and lets me live in the truth of who I am. The environment at Mountain West is unlike anything I expected. It’s a community of support, not just a clinical setting. The Peer Coaches (Brett and Tess) are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely care about my success. The daily routine of The Launch program provided structure and healing, both physically and emotionally. The guys here are all awesome. They've beat prices every time compared to all other cell repair shops. I've had 2 lcd screens replaced and an imei fix. What better then to go here and shop at the mall while your phones getting fixed. They are super fast as well. Can usually do a screen in less than 1hr. Other shops around usually say 3hrs or days.

I showed up here today at just before 10am. The Google hours say 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and that they are open. This place never tells their clients if they are randomly closing on a day for a meeting or anything else. I walked up to the door and was told by a guy that no women were there for me to take a UA and that they were about to have a store meeting. I told him that they should update their hours on Google for people who don't have money to go around everywhere. This morning I updated their Friday hours on Google myself to 10:00 a.m. because they do not open until 10:00 a.m. on Fridays but never told anyone that! I went back to my car and watched him walk to his car! I believe he lied to me which is completely unacceptable. How are people supposed to be successful with probation when the people running these places don't care at all?!? Edit: Giving 4 stars now only because DAISY is the one who helps me most times I go in here! She makes it easy to get my UAs done fast. I only go to this place because I feel comfortable with you!! I appreciate you! I am still annoyed by not notifying customers of the proper hours though. You should care about being courteous to people who have to pay a lot.

I have been a patient with this clinic for almost a year now and have nothing but kind words to say about this center. The people here are all wonderful individuals who genuinely care about helping the community. I have had no issues getting an appointment or additional services when I have required it in the past, even with Medicaid. Additionally, there are a ton of groups and types of counseling that I haven't seen at other clinics, unique to Aurora Mental Health Center. It's unfortunate that there aren't more positive online reviews, it's truly worth giving them a shot to see for yourself the positive impact this place can have!
