They Canceled my VA dermatology appointment since October of last year. I went into the office today after my last cancelation and then they stated it was because of the patient. Your scheduling team knows they are wrong for that. I know know what's going on with their scheduling here but its not right and they aren't servicing veterans. No one can give me answers, no one knows anything. I am tired of going up there but will continue. The design of the building is just as bad.... this place needs to be revamped in their scheduling department. All of the staff their is nice but that scheduling department is trash. Update/ 11/10/25 After this post the scheduling seem to finally get me in with Dermatology. I am not on track with treatment.

The gentleman in the community care office is awesome! Really goes above and beyond to help veterans. The helpers that stand in the pharmacy area are always so friendly and helpful as well

This organization is fantastic. I have been helped with a plethora of opportunities during some traumatic periods in my life. God bless the pioneers who work here. You guys and gals are amazing.

Lovely people, Felt really comfortable

This is a nice building that is secured and guarded.I attend Lung rehab there as a patient. They have parking garage for visitors only. I have the best care by a team of experienced and friendly people that teach us education and workouts in the huge gym they have two times a week. There is other departments located there like the Sleep lab along with other clinics.

I didn't really get along with the residents. Yet the owner Jake is Totally Radical. 5/5.

Can't say enough of Transitions. If your serious about getting back into life after inpt rehab this is the place for you! Jake(owner) is responsive and flexible. Caleb(house manager) is ALWAYS available and very supportive. They both understand that everyone's journey, goals, and difficulties are different and adjust to individual needs. I was initially hesitant about sober living in general but I'm so happy I chose Transitions. I'm leaving soon and it is with a heavy heart. I could not of achieved my personal goals without the guidance and support of Transitions. Thank you Transitions, where i go, you go, because you guys will always be in my heart.❤️

This is exactly what I needed to get back on my feet after my PHP program, grateful for the house, definitely took advantage of the gym membership provided. Big stress reliever. Great support, and a beautiful home.

Like every establishment like this one, it had its ups and it has its downs. The staff, for the most part, seem to ACTUALLY care about the patients and keeping the patients sober. Also, the staff makes it a point to learn, not just your name, but who each person is as an individual. This makes, at least me and my husband, feel like we matter and motivated to stay sober. It's a good place for addicts to go to when rehab isn't an option!!

The staff has always been amazing with me. When I first came in they were very welcoming and understanding. I was so thankful for their patience and dedication to getting me better.

Hope and Opportunity treatment center is not just a place that helps facilitate UA's, breath annalysis, interlocks. Hope and Opportunities is a place to feel comfortable when you walk in, a place of no judgement, a place of understanding and true commitment to their clients. The staff is absolutely amazing and caring. Its owned by a family that not only is dedicated to the commitment of the clients they serve, but most of all they are dedicated to the community and judicial system. They provide services that are necessary, but most of all they provide a place that everyone feels comfortable at. The dedication that is provided by the family on a daily basis is phenomenal. There is never a day they are closed, I would drive from my home in Lakewood, Co to be their client and receive a hello and smile. There is no judgement here, and in the end...isn't that what everyone is looking for? Thank you for the care you have provided myself, others and the future. I don't know what's up with all the negative reviews, "ITS A DETOX NOT THE HOLIDAY INN" All I have to say is it's better than all the other detox's I been to!

These people really care. It may not seem like it to an addict like me who thinks everyone is against them but I was able to see their love and passion for doing whatever it takes to help a broken man like me. I don’t know how to love but I’m realizing that it looks very different than I have believed. So many people have forgiven me and given me many chances even when I rejected their help. I am thankful. The thing that’s been keeping me from freedom is me. I hope that God kills this man and lets me live in the truth of who I am. I was jealous today of all of you who get to work together to try and rescue addicts. I wanted to be part of it.

I have been seen by the doctors and Nurse Practioners at Med Now Clinics for many years. I’ve always had good experiences with their staff and feel very comfortable and confidant with them. They’re usually on time and there’s never a long wait.

I got an appointment the same day. All the staff were really helpful and friendly and I was in and out very quickly.

Went I went into the office, I was filled with anxiety but after talking to Dr. Hannah she helped me to calm down. Wish there were more doctors like her. Thank you Dr. Hannah.

The environment at Mountain West is unlike anything I expected. It’s a community of support, not just a clinical setting. The Peer Coaches (Brett and Tess) are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely care about my success. The daily routine of The Launch program provided structure and healing, both physically and emotionally. The instructor for Launch has over a decade of experience in neuroscience, personal training and nutrition. I could not have imagined a better program all around. I'm at the Cubbage house in Colorado Springs. It's very nice, clean, and we keep a tight ship. It gives us time in a structured environment, working together and learning that, with time, and as a team, we are feeling better sober and can be productive citizens in society again.

Recently my mom was in the hospital at the Medical Center Of Aurora North Campus, and I have to say that staff did a great job in helping my mom. Everyone from the Doctors to the Nurses to the Case Manager, everyone really made my mom's stay and transition go smoothly - THANK YOU ALL!! Now, I want to specifically mention by name some of the people who helped my mom. First of all, there is the Doctor - Dr. Rivera. Dr. Rivera helped to stabilize my mom's health by prescribing the right medications - Thank you Dr. Rivera. Next, I really want to mention my mom's Case Manager - Lauren - who did so much for my mom!! Lauren worked with the doctors and nurses to set things up where my family and I could visit my mom every day that she was in the hospital. Furthermore, Lauren did such a great job helping my mom get a quick discharge and she also set up outpatient doctor's appointments and pharmacy issues. Also, Lauren really went above and beyond by helping my mom find some cloths for her to wear up release. THANK YOU, LAUREN, FOR ALL YOU DID FOR US - YOU ARE SO VERY APPRECIATED!! I also want to mention my mom's nurses - Agnes, Eve and Girma. They were all so encouraging and helpful by answering questions we had about my mom's treatment and setting up visitation privileges! Thank you all!! In addition, Rachael and Stacy helped us by freeing up meeting space and for the inpatient visits we had with my mom!! This is an amazing solution filled meeting hall! What I learned although, there is a wolf in sheep's clothing (Kevin)! He has a long white beard. By all means, STAY AWAY FROM HIM! It's rare that I meet someone who thinks they are their own God like this man. God Bless you in your recovery.

Great first time!

Great community, well managed clubhouse with a good mix of meetings covering a variety of formats- newcomer, book study, open topic, mens, women's, early bird, birthday nite and more. Many potlucks and holiday parties....many old-timers, new comers and everyone in between in regular attendance as well as steady sober living and rehab folks- great representation of the body of AA!! Come find out!!
