| CeDAR Center for Dependency, Addiction and Rehabilitation in Aurora, Colorado has several levels of care to meet the needs of every individual who comes to them for help. There are inpatient detoxification and medical stabilization programs. There is also an intensive residential program, partial hospitalization program, intensive outpatient and co | Treatments Programs Payment Options | I went to CeDar last year in January and I was truly hanging on to life by a thread. I was extremely anxious and had no idea what to expect going to rehab for the first time. I met many different staff members and they were all very helpful and empathetic to my situation. The food was amazing which was awesome when I finally had an appetite I looked forward to every meal. The classes throughout the day taught me a lot of things I didn t know about addiction, and I loved that we were introduced to some light meditation, I think that is very helpful to many people. During my stay at CeDar I woke up one night in extreme pain and walked over to the nurse station where I was evaluated and sent to the ER the ER doctor barely even spoke to me and sent me back to CaDar. I spent the next three days in horrible pain to the point I couldn t even move from a chair. The nurses and my doctor were incredible. They did everything in their power to try and make me comfortable and helped me with anything and everything, I will never forget that. The next morning I started coughing up blood and my doctor sent me back to the ER where I spent the next month. I had a huge blood clot on the lining of my lungs causing my heart to enlarge. If I had not gone to rehab I do not think I would be alive today. I was at the right place at the right time. I am now one year sober from drugs and alcohol and I will never forget my experience at CeDar and the people that helped me there.

I am proudly graduating from CeDAR tomorrow and this program has truly changed my life! I have grown so much over the last 4.5 weeks and am so grateful! The BHS , my counselor, my psychiatrist, the nurses, and my doctor are all so wonderful and have supported me more than they will ever know. The campus is truly beautiful and the perfect place to recover! The chefs do an awesome job and were always so kind and accommodating to me following a pescatarian diet. My cottage was a great place to relax and hang out with my peers! Accommodations are very clean and comfortable! Can t wait to start my Virtual IOP program thru CeDARs and come back for in person meetings and Alumni events! Thank you SOOOO much, CeDARs, I will cherish my time here forever! <3~ Heather G

I first would like to say this is not a reflection on the professionals that work here. They are all amazing. Calling to get a hold of your provider is a different story. First I go through the main office, go through the series of questions on who I am, my son, my address just to be transfered to where I get a voice mail saying to leave message. Who knows when I'll get a call back and if I miss that call back I have to go through the process all over again. It never was like this before covid. I spoke to a person straight from that office. If it wasn't for my sons doctor I would have found someone new. Oh and don't even get me started with billing. She has no clue what I'm talking about and I just wanted receipts sent to my email.

Like every establishment like this one, it had its ups and it has its downs. The staff, for the most part, seem to ACTUALLY care about the patients and keeping the patients sober. Also, the staff makes it a point to learn, not just your name, but who each person is as an individual. This makes, at least me and my husband, feel like we matter and motivated to stay sober. It's a good place for addicts to go to when rehab isn't an option!!

This place changed me for the better. My room and shower was way better than I expected, I felt comfortable in my room for my entire 6 day stay. The food was good. My daily schedule consisted of 4 groups a day, seeing a prescriber for medication and seeing a therapist to talk about my day. This daily routine helped me tremendously. Before I came here, I was crying at least one a day and my sleep schedule was messed up. The first night I was here, my sleep schedule was fixed in an instant and I only cried once during my 6 day stay. This place changed me and the other people who were there would tell you the exact same thing. Everyone I met was incredibly nice to me, the nurses, therapists, group leaders and especially the other people I met in there who we're trying to get their mental health together like me. I could comfortably talk about my state of mind without being judged. This place needs its praises. If you're struggling, please go here.

Recently my mom was in the hospital at the Medical Center Of Aurora North Campus, and I have to say that staff did a great job in helping my mom. Everyone from the Doctors to the Nurses to the Case Manager, everyone really made my mom's stay and transition go smoothly - THANK YOU ALL!! Now, I want to specifically mention by name some of the people who helped my mom. First of all, there is the Doctor - Dr. Rivera. Dr. Rivera helped to stabilize my mom's health by prescribing the right medications - Thank you Dr. Rivera. Next, I really want to mention my mom's Case Manager - Lauren - who did so much for my mom!! Lauren worked with the doctors and nurses to set things up where my family and I could visit my mom every day that she was in the hospital. Furthermore, Lauren did such a great job helping my mom get a quick discharge and she also set up outpatient doctor's appointments and pharmacy issues. Also, Lauren really went above and beyond by helping my mom find some cloths for her to wear up release. THANK YOU, LAUREN, FOR ALL YOU DID FOR US - YOU ARE SO VERY APPRECIATED!! I also want to mention my mom's nurses - Agnes, Eve and Girma. They were all so encouraging and helpful by answering questions we had about my mom's treatment and setting up visitation privileges! Thank you all!! In addition, Rachael and Stacy helped us by freeing up meeting space and for the inpatient visits we had with my mom!! THANK YOU ALL FOR EVERYTHING - YOU ALL MADE THIS DIFFICULT TIME FOR MY FAMILY GO AS WELL AS IT POSSIBLY COULD!! THANKS AGAIN!!WITH VERY HIGH REGARDS, MATT (JULIE'S SON)

I showed up here today at just before 10am. The Google hours say 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and that they are open. This place never tells their clients if they are randomly closing on a day for a meeting or anything else. I walked up to the door and was told by a guy that no women were there for me to take a UA and that they were about to have a store meeting.I told him that they should update their hours on Google for people who don't have money to go around everywhere. This morning I updated their Friday hours on Google myself to 10:00 a.m. because they do not open until 10:00 a.m. on Fridays but never told anyone that!I went back to my car and watched him walk to his car! I believe he lied to me which is completely unacceptable. How are people supposed to be successful with probation when the people running these places don't care at all?!?Edit: Giving 4 stars now only because DAISY is the one who helps me most times I go in here! She makes it easy to get my UAs done fast. I only go to this place because I feel comfortable with you!! I appreciate you!I am still annoyed by not notifying customers of the proper hours though. You should care about being courteous to people who have to pay a lot.

Aurora is the 158th most expensive city nationwide for addiction treatment affordability, with an average cost of addiction treatment of $56849. This is comparable to the average cost of $56413 for addiction treatment in Colorado and comparable to the national average cost for drug rehab of $57,193.
The costs of drug and alcohol rehab in Aurora vary widely and depend on several factors, including:
The costs of addiction treatment listed for cities and states are averages based on the cost of medical detox, inpatient rehab, outpatient rehab, and medication assisted treatment. These averages are high due to the cost of medical detoxification and residential inpatient rehab programs.
These numbers also reflect the raw cost of drug rehab, before any insurance coverage. The typical individual seeking addiction treatment can expect to pay much less for outpatient or intensive outpatient services than the averages listed below. There are many ways to pay for drug rehab in Aurora. Most rehab treatment centers accept cash or self-payment, as well as private health insurance. However, there are many treatment centers in Aurora that accept Medicaid and Medicare, or offer sliding scale payments or other low-cost payment options.
