AMAZING!!!! My wife and I couldn't be more grateful for this place. As addicts we can find something to complain about in any situation, but this place is Amazing. The staff truly cares about you and your recovery and they will do whatever it takes to make sure you are safe, comfortable, and make sure you have all the tools you need to get and stay clean and sober. They don't just treat you while you're there and then throw you out on the streets when the program is over. They assign you a case manager who will discuss your plans for the future, help set up a path of treatment, and then hook you up with your next level of care whether that's another in patient program, Sober living, or if you're going home they refer you to outpatient. The facility is very nice and clean. The food is great. The facility is coed and while couples are housed in different buildings you will be able to spend more than enough time with your spouse or significant other throughout your stay. You share a room with one other person and each room has its own bathroom and shower. There is 3 buildings called Pods that patients are housed in while you're there. Each Pod has a staffed nurses station, at least one PES ( patient engagement specialist ) at all times, a community space with comfortable chairs and couches, a Smart TV, water cooler, ice and coffee station and a microwave. There is an activity area, as well as an exercise equipment (ie. treadmill, stationary bike, and other exercise equipment depending on which pod you're in), and laundry room. There is a huge outdoor space with a volleyball court, a gazebo, and room to walk around and exercise. Bottom line the place is the bomb.com and I wish I had more stars to give because 5 stars really isn't enough.

I have been a patient with this clinic for almost a year now and have nothing but kind words to say about this center. The people here are all wonderful individuals who genuinely care about helping the community. I have had no issues getting an appointment or additional services when I have required it in the past, even with Medicaid. Additionally, there are a ton of groups and types of counseling that I haven't seen at other clinics, unique to Aurora Mental Health Center. It's unfortunate that there aren't more positive online reviews, it's truly worth giving them a shot to see for yourself the positive impact this place can have!

Very kind and trauma informed over at the department that specializes in developmental disabilities. Be sure to do your homework before you sign up with anybody tell them what you’re needing because nobody is a mind reader and a lot of of these reviews I’m seeing are very negative which I’m sorry to hear but luckily with the disability department everybody has been super kind and understanding so far.

Knowing that this facility is in my community gives me so much peace of mind. If I had read the negative reviews before seeking help here myself, I likely would have been too scared to get help when I needed it. The staff and facility, while underfunded and understaffed showed me so much kindness, support, and understanding in my brief stay there. Thank you to everyone there ❤️

This place changed me for the better. My room and shower was way better than I expected, I felt comfortable in my room for my entire 6 day stay. The food was good. My daily schedule consisted of 4 groups a day, seeing a prescriber for medication and seeing a therapist to talk about my day. This daily routine helped me tremendously. Before I came here, I was crying at least one a day and my sleep schedule was messed up. The first night I was here, my sleep schedule was fixed in an instant and I only cried once during my 6 day stay. This place changed me and the other people who were there would tell you the exact same thing. Everyone I met was incredibly nice to me, the nurses, therapists, group leaders and especially the other people I met in there who we're trying to get their mental health together like me. I could comfortably talk about my state of mind without being judged. This place needs its praises. If you're struggling, please go here.

Hope and Opportunity treatment center is not just a place that helps facilitate UA's, breath annalysis, interlocks. Hope and Opportunities is a place to feel comfortable when you walk in, a place of no judgement, a place of understanding and true commitment to their clients. The staff is absolutely amazing and caring. Its owned by a family that not only is dedicated to the commitment of the clients they serve, but most of all they are dedicated to the community and judicial system. They provide services that are necessary, but most of all they provide a place that everyone feels comfortable at. The dedication that is provided by the family on a daily basis is phenomenal. There is never a day they are closed, I would drive from my home in Lakewood, Co to be their client and receive a hello and smile. These people really care. It may not seem like it to an addict like me who thinks everyone is against them but I was able to see their love and passion for doing whatever it takes to help a broken man like me. I don’t know how to love but I’m realizing that it looks very different than I have believed. So many people have forgiven me and given me many chances even when I rejected their help. I am thankful. The thing that’s been keeping me from freedom is me. I hope that God kills this man and lets me live in the truth of who I am. I was jealous today of all of you who get to work together to try and rescue addicts. I wanted to be part of it.

I recently visited Medical Center of Aurora North Campus and had a very positive experience overall. From the moment I arrived, the staff were professional, attentive, and respectful, helping make what could be a stressful visit feel more manageable. Check-in was organized and efficient, and I was seen in a reasonable amount of time. The medical team took the time to listen carefully, explain each step clearly, and answer any questions I had, which helped me feel informed and comfortable throughout the visit. This house has been beyond life changing for me in more ways than one. It’s been a godsent. I moved here right out of rehab and everyone has been super supportive and Terry is the absolute best. I learn so much from our groups and it’s really empowering to be surrounded by incredible self driven women who all have the same ambition to stay sober and do the next right thing. I highly recommend this house to any woman trying to get clean and willing to do what it takes, you will be supported and have a comfortable space to do it here.

I showed up here today at just before 10am. The Google hours say 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and that they are open. This place never tells their clients if they are randomly closing on a day for a meeting or anything else. I walked up to the door and was told by a guy that no women were there for me to take a UA and that they were about to have a store meeting. I told him that they should update their hours on Google for people who don't have money to go around everywhere. This morning I updated their Friday hours on Google myself to 10:00 a.m. because they do not open until 10:00 a.m. on Fridays but never told anyone that! I went back to my car and watched him walk to his car! I believe he lied to me which is completely unacceptable. How are people supposed to be successful with probation when the people running these places don't care at all?!? Edit: Giving 4 stars now only because DAISY is the one who helps me most times I go in here! She makes it easy to get my UAs done fast. I only go to this place because I feel comfortable with you!! I appreciate you! I am still annoyed by not notifying customers of the proper hours though. You should care about being courteous to people who have to pay a lot.
