This place is full of kind people and kind staff. Everyone has been so helpful and supportive. My social worker is amazing, and the whole team really cares. Every time I go to group, I feel like I get the help I need. If you're trying to get sober and quit alcohol, this is a beautiful place to start your journey. I'm really thankful for the support I've found here. 🫡

It was a good facility I was there for 55 days and now I'm in a sober living. The place is nice and you can get a lot of tools to take with when you leave. Idk but it seems like a lot of the younger patience are there on their 10th plus time they treated like a summer get away or something it's crazy how many people are in there that's been there a number of amount of times they all knew each other not to think I'm better then anyone but they leave and they come right back it must be the good food haha I would recommend this place anyone trying to go to a rehab. Staff are nice all the nurses are pretty cool

I came to Landmark Recovery in Aurora feeling hopeless and broken. From day one, the staff treated me with kindness and respect, but I have to give special recognition to my case manager, Lea. She went above and beyond for me every single day. Without her, I honestly don’t think I would have made it. She made sure I got to the methadone clinic, checked in on me constantly, and never let me give up on myself. The therapists, nurses, and support team were all amazing, but Lea truly changed my life. The program didn’t just help me get sober—it taught me how to live again. I left with hope, confidence, and a plan for my future. I will forever be grateful to Landmark, and especially to Lea, for giving me my life back.

If you have children who have been exposed to a parent with substance use disorders, this program is hands down the best program ever. I love it and would and do recommend that anyone attend this program.

Knowing that this facility is in my community gives me so much peace of mind. If I had read the negative reviews before seeking help here myself, I likely would have been too scared to get help when I needed it. This place changed me for the better. My room and shower was way better than I expected, I felt comfortable in my room for my entire 6 day stay. The food was good. My daily schedule consisted of 4 groups a day, seeing a prescriber for medication and seeing a therapist to talk about my day. This daily routine helped me tremendously. Before I came here, I was crying at least one a day and my sleep schedule was messed up. The first night I was here, my sleep schedule was fixed in an instant and I only cried once during my 6 day stay. This place changed me and the other people who were there would tell you the exact same thing. Everyone I met was incredibly nice to me, the nurses, therapists, group leaders and especially the other people I met in there who we're trying to get their mental health together like me. I could comfortably talk about my state of mind without being judged. This place needs its praises. If you're struggling, please go here.

Like every establishment like this one, it had its ups and it has its downs. The staff, for the most part, seem to ACTUALLY care about the patients and keeping the patients sober. Also, the staff makes it a point to learn, not just your name, but who each person is as an individual. This makes, at least me and my husband, feel like we matter and motivated to stay sober. It's a good place for addicts to go to when rehab isn't an option!!

I am extremely blessed I found Keith as my counselor for my current situation. I was so nervous, upset, and confused when I first started this counseling process but he made it way better than I thought it would be. He genuinely cared about me as a client, my court issues, and my personal life. I felt comfortable with him right away with his mannerisms, acceptance, and respect for who I was and what I had to say. His groups were highly effective for me because they were relevant and I was able to engage and learn. I would recommend Key to Life, Thanks Keith!

Recently my mom was in the hospital at the Medical Center Of Aurora North Campus, and I have to say that staff did a great job in helping my mom. Everyone from the Doctors to the Nurses to the Case Manager, everyone really made my mom's stay and transition go smoothly - THANK YOU ALL!! Now, I want to specifically mention by name some of the people who helped my mom. First of all, there is the Doctor - Dr. Rivera. Dr. Rivera helped to stabilize my mom's health by prescribing the right medications - Thank you Dr. Rivera. Next, I really want to mention my mom's Case Manager - Lauren - who did so much for my mom!! Lauren worked with the doctors and nurses to set things up where my family and I could visit my mom every day that she was in the hospital. Furthermore, Lauren did such a great job helping my mom get a quick discharge and she also set up outpatient doctor's appointments and pharmacy issues. Also, Lauren really went above and beyond by helping my mom find some cloths for her to wear up release. THANK YOU, LAUREN, FOR ALL YOU DID FOR US - YOU ARE SO VERY APPRECIATED!! I also want to mention my mom's nurses - Agnes, Eve and Girma. They were all so encouraging and helpful by answering questions we had about my mom's treatment and setting up visitation privileges! Thank you all!! In addition, Rachael and Stacy helped us by freeing up meeting space and for the inpatient visits we had with my mom!! THANK YOU ALL FOR EVERYTHING - YOU ALL MADE THIS DIFFICULT TIME FOR MY FAMILY GO AS WELL AS IT POSSIBLY COULD!! THANKS AGAIN!! WITH VERY HIGH REGARDS, MATT (JULIE'S SON)

I showed up here today at just before 10am. The Google hours say 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and that they are open. This place never tells their clients if they are randomly closing on a day for a meeting or anything else. I walked up to the door and was told by a guy that no women were there for me to take a UA and that they were about to have a store meeting. I told him that they should update their hours on Google for people who don't have money to go around everywhere. This morning I updated their Friday hours on Google myself to 10:00 a.m. because they do not open until 10:00 a.m. on Fridays but never told anyone that! I went back to my car and watched him walk to his car! I believe he lied to me which is completely unacceptable. How are people supposed to be successful with probation when the people running these places don't care at all?!? Edit: Giving 4 stars now only because DAISY is the one who helps me most times I go in here! She makes it easy to get my UAs done fast. I only go to this place because I feel comfortable with you!! I appreciate you! I am still annoyed by not notifying customers of the proper hours though. You should care about being courteous to people who have to pay a lot.

Dee is by far and wide one of the most effective counselors I have ever dealt with. I went to another place and was completely dissatisfied. Dee took me and showed me that with an open mind and positive reinforcement you can recover. The way she encourages sobriety not by threat and intimidation. But by encouraging education, and true group participation is amazing. I feel she was a large part of my success and continued sobriety. The fact she teaches self care and the value of self care is amazing. She sets you up for a life time of success as long as you put in the work. From the bottom of my heart. Thank you Dee. This was an unbelievable experience. The Journey is life long.

Zinnia overall was a great experience! I encountered many strengths and a few faults. The faults came under scrutiny in the upper management role. I completely understand that Zinnia is a wellness facility and a business. The personal experience, to me was wellness was priority one, in the case of facilitators, techs and nurses. This was not the case in the roll of Director of Operations at the Singer Island facility. This individual showed little compassion and it was obvious that business outranked wellness. Very kind and trauma informed over at the department that specializes in developmental disabilities. Be sure to do your homework before you sign up with anybody tell them what you’re needing because nobody is a mind reader and a lot of of these reviews I’m seeing are very negative which I’m sorry to hear but luckily with the disability department everybody has been super kind and understanding so far.
