This was my first time trying sobriety and this was the first place I came to!!! The clinicians and the groups are amazing! It's not like any other program. They help you to find yourself. They give you the tools to become someone that you made. They aren't people who tell you what you need to do but people who help you along the way of your own growth! Alex and Allison are amazing! The group interactions are spectacular! Everyone is so engaging and come from all walks of life! The way they tie your addiction into psychological and scientific understanding gives you so much more prospective within yourself. They don't tell you why you did it they help you find your own answers! Their guidance is amazing! This program is one that keeps you interested. I have never spoke publicly, about anything personal I wrote about. Writing a book was not something I shared anymore. So taking a giant leap I raised my digital hand and began to read to the many in this writing class, I kept me eyes down on my paper, nervously reading my story, using the prompt, at one point I briefly looked up at the laptop screen and saw hearts going up the screen, so I continued to read but my eyes went back and forth from my paper to the screen while the others in the class were posting comments. I was worried, did they not like it, I should not have volunteered to read my story, that I just wrote in a few minutes, these thoughts going through my head as was nearing the end of my story. I saw keeping going, more more, more, what happens at the end? as hearts continued going up the screen.I was Almost done reading my story, and I started to choke up with emotion, I continued with a cracked voice as tears rolled down my cheeks. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. People liked my story and how I wrote it. Once I stoped and Laura began to give great feedback I realized that the emotion that came through was validation that I can write, and I am smart enough to write. I didn’t expect such a good response from Laura, a published author, I just read a story, I wrote in a few minutes with no time to proof read, Laura said she loved how I didn’t reveal the persons name till halfway through the story and tears just came again. Rolling down my cheeks. Happy tears. Validation that even though I was told growing up I wasn’t smart enough, etc, I just believed that until I got counseling, at ERC, for an eating disorder I didn’t know I had and why. This work shop is so fantastic. It is as if it was a “continued” class from ERC. No judgment, a safe space, for anyone to tell their stories and by writing and reading your story to many others in that safe space is so therapeutic. We do follow the rules just as it was when I was in treatment 2 years in a row, nothing was to be talked about that could trigger someone. And even though those rules are followed to the T, the writers attending and sharing as I did for the very first time, we manage to put in words, on paper, what we are feeling and what might have happened in our lives wether it is good or sad. So with “unspoken words” and learning from Laura about writing styles we can still tell “our unspoken story” , without breaking the rules or triggering anyone. I come away with a refreshing sense of confidence and my heart I can tell over the years, healing. I would love this to be more then 4 times a year. I look forward to it a lot. Laura and Cara are fantastic. And anyone else that helps in putting this class together I want to say thank you to also. Thank you for the time everyone puts into preparing and giving the class, a safe place to learn, heal, and grow in all aspects of our lives, all the while we are learning how to make our writing better from these classes that Laura teaches. She gives us different ways of approaching a story without us knowing she did until after the class ends and as I am climbing in bed. The light bulb goes off in my head, and I say to myself , that is what Laura was saying and teaching us, as I smile and shut out the lights for bed. I will continue to attend these classes as long as they continue and I hope that will be forever.

I had an exceptional experience at the Raleigh House. I learned so much during my time there and am genuinely grateful for the people who made the experience meaningful. Sober Saturdays with Rico were always a highlight and some of my favorite memories. I also want to give a special shoutout to Brandon, who was my favorite BHT. His support, kindness, and positive attitude really stood out to me. Overall, I’m thankful for everything I learned, the connections I made, and the growth I experienced. I would absolutely recommend the Raleigh House to anyone looking for a supportive environment and a place to grow.

DTC was a journey of recovery, staff and therapist and nurses and BHT’s made the community worth the struggle of going through a detox and mental health crisis. Rico always brought in amazing alumni to help patients feel valid in recovery and that one can get to the other side. Rebecca the counselor helped groups feel worth it, she always came up with amazing ideas and always helped each participant feel valid. Shawn the therapist worked through every problem I had and now on the other side I can confidently say I have the tools to help myself. The bht’s, Erin, Josh, Jamie, Danille all helped patients feel at home. The nursing staff helped people feel safe and were always on top of meds, specifically Yebbers and Nathan were my favorite . This place helped me get through treatment and I would recommend anyone to come here for detox and recovery of mental health. When I came here it was the worst day of my life, these people comforted me and I will be eternally grateful. It’s structured enough to help and make sure everyone get better. Thank you for everything.

I was very impressed with The Ranch. The staff were very compassionate and tried to accommodate the needs of everyone to the best of their abilities. In my opinion, the counselors were in tune and pushed just the right amount to address the uncomfortable things, but not so hard to be unbearably uncomfortable. The groups adressed everything from childhoods traumas, schemas, inner child, core self, family dynamics and more. The BHT's (behavioral health technician) were the best. Always willing to listen and help when able. I have done a couple treatment programs before this one and I can honestly say I got the most out of this one. It was intense and totally worth it. If you're willing to put it in the work, I highly recommend the RH.

I’m probably one of DWR’s biggest fans at this point, and for good reason. From day one, I was met with compassion and a community of women who understood what I was going through. Shout out to the incredible therapists and staff, including Crystal, Amanda, Alex, Katie, Dr. Bader, Skylar, Macie, Lily, and MJ. Thank you for believing in me, pushing me to grow, have a different perspective, and putting up with my sarcasm along the way 😉. The therapists and staff encouraged me to do the hard work of looking beneath the surface. They helped me rebuild my self-worth and reminded me that recovery is more about holistic healing, learning to trust yourself again, finding hope, and building a life worth protecting, and living! Today, I show up in the world differently, because of the staff at DWR that taught me how. I’m far from perfect, but I’m more aware of the patterns that brought me here, more willing to have the hard conversations, a rooted knowledge and sense of who I am, and a whole toolkit I can pick up and practice. I don’t have it all figured out, but I have hope, a support system, and a life that I genuinely enjoy today. The relationships I built there continue to be some of the most meaningful I’ve found. I found genuine friendship, hope, and a support system that has stayed with me long after treatment ended. What has meant the most is knowing that DWR will be there long after you leave. They made it clear they would be there if I needed them, and they’ve continued to live out that promise. Knowing I always have DWR in my corner is something I won’t take for granted. If you’re scared to take the first step, my advice is simple: just jump in. Choosing Denver Women’s Recovery was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, and I’m forever grateful for the role they played in helping me reclaim my life- I truly believe they helped save it.

I want to take a moment to give the biggest shoutout to Treasure, one of the nurses at this clinic. She is truly one of a kind. ❤️ Every time I’ve encountered her, she has been fast, professional, compassionate, and always willing to go above and beyond. She has such a positive attitude, and you can genuinely tell that she cares about the people she serves—not just as patients, but as human beings. I’ve actually come into the clinic twice when I had a urine review, and instead of having me sit around and wait, Treasure called me to the window, dosed me, and got me on my way. That may seem like something small, but when you’re coming to a clinic and already dealing with so much mentally and emotionally, that kind of compassion and efficiency means EVERYTHING. I’ve been clean for a year now, and when I came in to dose, Treasure told me how proud she was of me and reminded me that I was worthy of staying sober. What she didn’t know was that I had been going through one of the worst periods I’ve experienced and was dangerously close to relapsing. Hearing those words from her in that moment meant more than she could ever understand. Sometimes people don’t realize how powerful their words can be. She didn’t just give me my medication that day—she poured something positive back into me when I desperately needed it. She reminded me that my sobriety is worth fighting for and that I am worth staying sober for. Treasure, please know that what you do matters. ❤️ You have a gift for pouring into people, encouraging them, and making them feel seen. Honestly, I think you should consider counseling or something along those lines because you have a natural ability to uplift people and speak life into them. Thank you for being the nurse who doesn’t just do her job, but makes a difference. You are appreciated more than you know. I first came to this clinic with absolutely no expectation of getting sober. That was May of 2022. I didn't stay with the clinic, hell I think I only came 3 or 4 times and that was only because I was sick. However, those few times planted a seed. Because I came back. October 4th of 2022 was my last dirty U.A. I have been sober since. I owe a lot to this clinic and methadone treatment. Because without it I wouldn't have done the work that needed to be done to be where I am today. I'm no longer on the streets, I have a home. I have most of my family back. And I'm in the position to be able to continue to fight for the rest, whereas before that would have never been possible. I guess the reason why I'm even writing this review is for the people who have so many negative things to say about this clinic and how they don't like it in their neighborhood. But they never stopped to think about how this clinic has saved so many lives and the positive things that it has done for the hundreds and hundreds of people that come through the doors. These people with their negative views never stop and think about the lives that get saved. And how many of those lives are no longer getting high in the alley anymore. This clinic does more than just "handout methadone" it brings back a sense of accountability and responsibility, it councils us in the good and the bad times, it shows us that somebody still cares and gives us hope.

They are great at making you feel comfortable. From the front desk to counselors and doctors are the nicest people in their professions by far. For those reasons they've made my recovery very tolerable. I can't put enough emphasis on the best part of the team, the beautiful smiles with the magic in a cup of it wasn't for them i would lose it sometimes much love and respect.

Hard program, understaffed and overworked employees, complex patient population. It’s an inner city methadone clinic don’t expect the ritz, but it’s a good program with staff, nurses and Councelor’s that truly care about their patients. Due to the nature of the work there tends to be a heavy turn around on Councelors but it has gotten much better since I first started going there in 2021. At the end of the day, despite the BS, ARTS saved my life and I am grateful for them, they were there for me during the lowest period of my life and have continued to work with me and my complexities. As far as methadone clinics go, you would be hard pressed to find a better one than ARTs.

You can get your mail delivered here, do chores to get clothes, get help with id, bus tickets, etc. For what it is, its perfect. Handle the essentials the way it needs to be. Shower is communal along with the restrooms. Privacy is not a thing if you looking for that, so be aware. Also, VERY IMPORTANT! Watch yourself and your items here. These people are not playing and are very desperate. Mind you business and keep your hands to yourself, if not. Consequences will occur. Not if, but when. Ive seen two fights in a weeks time. One near this area and another somewhere else. If you are uncomfortable with that and the other things listed. STAY AWAY! This isnt Rikers but its the city. Cities have an ugly side no matter which one you go to. This is not the life for you and you cant handle it. Its not an insult but the truth. Some folk Crack and some hardened. But both are unpredictable. If you need this place use it for what it is. Dont chill if you cant watch put for yourself. Please dont take that as a dig. Im serious. Be careful. Also, so far staff have been excellent. Security gaurd is chill too. They are helpful but will quickly let you know if you cross a boundary. Dont. Be respectful when you come here to others. Know where your at and you will be good. Good luck to whomever reads this. Its hard out there pimp.

So I was a fytnol addict and homeless this place gave me a place to stay warm and sleep well and eat right. Had I been good all my life I wouldn't of needed help or found myself in situations where I felt disrespected. I could of froze to death or died of overdose but this place gave me a chance.
