Both Kevin and Theresa are knowledgeable and so helpful with whatever I needed regarding my DUI and getting education and therapy. I checked out multiple treatment centers and I'm so glad I chose to go with Serenity. I highly recommend Serenity, and Kevin is an amazing counselor. he treatmented me like a human being that made a mistake, never looked down on me or treated me poorly for why I was there for treatment. I have nothing to say expect wonderful thing. From the office people to Ann out instructor and therapist. I felt they really cared. They spoke to me spoke to me with dignity and respect. While zoom is not the easiest form to teach, Ann did great job. I took a wealth information. Just remember if you treat people like you want to be treated it usually works. One last thought. Do you need a tissue?Go cry?Somewhere else you're blaming your problems on some person that literally has nothing to do with it.Oh, well, if they change their rules, your job is to follow them.If you want to be sober, obviously the people on here complaining, they're just so entitled for the whole world to bend to their whim

Solace counseling helped me to get sober and maintain that sobriety! A place full of supportive and good therapists, I was in their individual cognitive behavioral therapy sessions. I just got back from a 45-day in-house treatment program in Parowan Utah and found this place on-line. After scootering around for 30 min. I found it and it was open! I am grateful and was welcomed warmly by Debbie! We talked for a while and she was gracious enough to buy me a cup of coffee. I am lucky to be here and am appreciative of the opportunity to change my life, and hopefully I have found an additional fellowship, with which I can continue my recovery! Great place. Google calls it an alcoholism treatment program, which is not completely accurate. It is an Alano club that has meeting rooms hosting a variety of 12 step program meetings. Some that deal with alcoholism, others that deal with other issues.

The Best decision of my life was to come here. i will say it is not for the weak. You have to be ready for change You have to be tired. I have been sober and clean for 11 years now. It is faith based and that is very important to know. Jesus Christ is the only one who can bring the change you need.

I honestly felt like I was an emotional wreck when I first came into contact. I felt like I couldn't relate to any of the women because some of them were quite standoff-ish, in my opinion. Miss Kaye was very effective with creating a safe space and breaking the ice, which allowed me to open up vulnerably and be honest with myself, as well as with everyone else. I cannot put into words how hard it was initially, to effectively express myself emotionally without coming off too forthright. Miss Kaye changed all that! At first I thought oh yeah, I'm gonna do this group and just be another number. No one is gonna truly understand how I feel about what got me here! To my surprise, I am kind of saddened to be leaving the group. I've made friends, realizations and just all around great connections with others' as well as with miss Kaye. She's really a pleasant person to work with. She'll make you laugh and cry. If you're not willing to listen, you cannot retain any of the information that is presented to you to make a change. That was my problem. Listening. I'm now able to look back and see my own growth as a person, a mom, friend, sibling, aunt etc.. I don't just listen to react anymore. I actually take the time to reflect on what I'm hearing, think about how it makes me feel and try to understand what I can do to help the situation, if need be. I've also learned that not everything deserves a response, or even warrants one. Introspection will get you a lot further emotionally, if you're willing to put in the work. I cannot count on one hand how many times Miss Kaye and the ladies brought tears to my eyes. Some tears fell because of past traumas I had let seep out of my mind and they came to surface, others were that of laughter and joy! The biggest cry was the one I let out after fully accepting that I was the one responsible for being there in the first place. If you can't be honest with yourself, you can't be honest with anyone else. Cliche right? Not so much. It's the blatant truth! Miss Kaye has not only taught me to be a better, more understanding person but she's also shown me what kind of people I want in my life. We all deserve the utmost respect in every relationship we encounter. Whether it be romantically intimate or platonic, family or friends. The most important thing to remember is that you have to respect yourself. How can you expect others to respect you, when you don't even grant yourself the grace you seek. I just want anyone who reads this to know that we're all in this together. Keep your head up and your heart guarded but spread love. Love is free. Respect is earned. Treat people how you want to be treated and you'll be okay. If I could give Tim and Miss Kaye 10 stars, I would. It must really be hard having to tell others about themselves. I know one thing, I've come so far and still have a long way to go as a person. We never cease to stop learning and growing. Every day is another chance to better ourselves. I have faith in God and I have faith in myself. Thank you miss Kaye for helping me become more emotionally intelligent and helping me express myself in a more calm manner. I'm grateful and honored to have gotten to know you, although it may not have been under the best circumstances. This situation was most definitely a negative that turned into a positive. I have had an amazing experience with therapy here. Miss Kaye Is absolutely amazing and I do not have enough kind words to say about her. It is evident she truly cares about each person and takes extra time out of her own day to make sure everyone leaves therapy group feeling good. If I could do treatment with Miss Kaye forever, I definitely would!

I feel strongly in recommending Dr. Reggie to others! She is well versed in psychiatric meds and in looking at her patients holistically when it comes to their mental health & how to take care of themselves. She is warm, kind, thoughtful, hopeful, and takes a chance to really get to know her patients carefully. I have worked with Dr. Regina LeVerrier as a social worker and case manager advocate for an older adult client who has struggled with chronic & treatment resistant depression and anxiety issues. I think she is doing a suberb job in this client's care, and I would encourage you to give her a call!

My name is Aaron Ross. Tammy Pope. So many places to start. So .any different things to say. God sent Tammy Pope to me. She at the time was the JBBS counselor thru Arapahoe County Mental Health at Arapahoe County Jail. I was on felony probation in three counties facing new charges in two counties. She let me know I was alive and no matter happened I'd live to see a new day. She showed up to court dates even when she physically couldn't be there. She showed up for everyone who ever had the pleasure of having her as their counselor/ therapist. She fought for me and everyone until there was nothing else to be done and then she got up and fought some more. She never judged me even when I was free and living thru the f#%ITS. I have never met another person in my recovery which as of today is almost three years clean. I met Tammy 8 years ago. When I managed a sober living house she sent clients to the house I managed and I got to see more people on a road that she helped them see existed. So many people Tammy has touched. I am one of them and those she has touched are all the we, the US. For all of the undescribably great people and one pet to date; I was saddened to not recall change stuff. She's ruthless and they have to be but it's independent or whatever it's made to experience. Beautiful flooring, typical mugs with lettering along a wall, always a best enthusiastic host ☕, a sister's dish, her brother's stolen car so many times and oops... Started attending meetings here in Oct. '19. Great place that made me feel welcomed, made sobriety easier to understand and a better way of life. Then March and April of '20 came and i relapsed. Stopped attending a few months and when i returned was alot of new faces which is great! Unfortunately some of the new members, even those chairing, did not like newcomers admittingly, Made me feel uncomfortable. Currently seeking and attending other meetings. Awesome place when i started in '19. Not so much now.
