The receptionist was very understanding and helped me find a good counselor to work with. My counselor is great, he fit for my needs. All the rest of the staff have been amazing helping me too, being supportive and understanding. I don't know what I would have done without all the help and support I've gotten from the staff there.

We are incredibly grateful for the care our son, received during his four-month stay at Embark Behavioral Health. After a long and difficult journey—including time in and out of detention centers—we were desperate to find a treatment center that could truly help him, and more importantly, keep him there. Embark was the answer we had been searching for. From day one, the staff was supportive, professional, and deeply compassionate. his therapist, Stephanie, was a phenomenal guide through this process. Her deep knowledge and unshakable patience helped Brady learn to manage his anger and regulate his behavior in ways we never thought possible. The life coaches, especially Tony and Anthony, played a huge role in his growth. Their ability to connect with Brady and help him build real-life tools to manage his emotions and actions was a game-changer for him. We also want to express our gratitude to Dr. Booke, the psychiatrist, who was incredibly responsive and thorough in finding the right medication to help stabilize my son's mood and elevated anger. We always felt heard, informed, and supported every step of the way. The entire team at Embark truly cares and works together to help kids like our son heal and grow. We finally feel hopeful for his future, and it’s all thanks to the incredible team at Embark.

I cannot recommend Embark in Greeley highly enough. When our child needed support with mental and behavioral health, Embark delivered far beyond our expectations. The transformation in our kiddo has been nothing short of incredible—and the impact on our entire family has been just as profound. Before Embark, our family was struggling. Now, we function with a level of harmony we hadn’t thought possible. They didn’t just support our child—they supported us, too. My grandson went through the Embark program. At first he struggled a lot but then he started working the program and he excelled. The staff worked well with him and with our family. They were caring and understanding yet firm when things were hard for us. The explained everything and got his meds at a good place. We couldn't be happier. The other kids were usually happy when we seen them which was a good sign for me. Several of them spoke when my grandson finished the program and said very nice and encouraging things to him. He was very close to a few of them which I think also speaks highly of Embark. I would highly recommend them. And it definitely beats other behavior treatment facilities or the mental health hospital.

I was diagnosed as parinoid-schizsophernic in or about 1981. Mike Bredbenner was my counselor for many years. Today I'm doing great. THANK-YOU. Mike and the staff that put hard work and care into my recovery!!!

I have read all of the reviews and I would like to leave a different perspective than the 1 star reviews. I have been a patient somewhere around 6 years of North Range. In that time they have always treated me with care and respect. I too have had issues with prescriptions being filled on time here and there. However, I want to put this into perspective. Some patients have requirements that need to be met in order to continue to refill medications: keeping up with their regularly scheduled appointments or maybe it is a type of mmedication (narcotic) that requires a monthly review. That is not a failure of the staff. It is a behavioral health organization. They have rules and regulations to follow in order to protect their patients, especially the ones on medication. In my own experience, it was almost always some failure on my part when meds weren't filled on time. I have always been treated extremely well, even a couple times I was a little short over meds not bring filled on time. My best advice: if they set up a treatment plan with you, DO THE WORK. KEEP THE APPOINTMENTS. FOLLOW UP...and you will have a great experience just like I did!!!

I like this place, my meds are helping so much, but I don't fight with them about what I'm taking anymore, I just take the meds nowadays. Has made pretty much every aspect of my life better. I could list a few just off the top of my head. Give this place a chance if you have mental health issues, it's really not bad.

Caring staff. It may take awhile to find the right therapist, but I believe in this facility.

I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews, because I love this place. I have been seeing my current therapist here for a couple years now and have seriously experienced a complete turn around in my life in every single area. I cannot recommend this place enough. I have never had any issues here. Thank you Summitstone and thank you to my therapist!

Excellent experience there. Kind and attentive staff, great doctors, and groups. If you are having difficulty with your mental health, this is the very best place to come too. I have been here 3 times.

Back in June of this year I was sent into the Kid/teen unit. It was my first time in a Mental hospital and I must say it was lovely. I met many amazing human beings and it was such a unique experience knowing that everyone else around me was down at rock bottom with me, but we were all still alive and helping ourselves. I heard so many tragic stories, yet these strong and beautiful people were still alive and kicking, even though all of our mental’s were bad. The staff was awesome too. I hope that everyone I met is doing better and I absolutely recommend this facility to those who are experiencing mental health issues.

I thought it was go service they were helpful from my overdose back in 2024 and in 2025 when I need help they were helpful and gave the medication for me inpatient and outpatient clinic I live in loveland I have a hard time getting to the place instead of Corbett Dr that is the downside of the of Mountain crest

Great experience at the podiatrist. Fairly quick appointment access. Once at the appointment, doctor and staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. Listened carefully and provided detailed information about my issue, then provided necessary care and inserts to ensure my foot healed properly and quickly.

Our Occupational Therapist Roxanne B has been amazing to work with! She recently got a slide shower chair for my husband that is a game changer in bathing him! Every assessment she has made has been spot on! Tk u for all u do for your Veterans! Keep up the great work! Maxs wife Donna

Ann was great , I had a hard time with groups but Ann never gave up and really was thoughtful in here approach to teaching.?

When I first came to this class I was terrified. I sat in the back watching from a distance. I didn’t want to participate, afraid I would be treated poorly. With this said, Anne held my hand and lifted me up. She is an Angel sent from heaven! I truly believe God placed me with her. If anyone is blessed enough to have Anne as a counselor, she is extremely educated and full of great knowledge. Thank YOU Anne for saving my life!! Thank you for teaching me - not just counseling - teaching! You are a wonderful soul and I am forever grateful.

I had a lot of problems and always blaming others.Anne helped me through a lot of emotional things, saved my marriage oh, and helped me become a better person. But she could only do this if I put the work into it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all the people here. You all believed in me did not judge me and help me change to be a better person gave me all the tools I needed now I just need to use them thank you all. Great place I recommend it wholeheartedly.

At New Paradigm they always treat you well without caring about the reason why you're there. They are always professionals and their classes really make a difference for the people who have to take them.

Treatment suggested by Dr. William Bilica worked well for me. Never had such severe backpain after that.

Emily is an actual angel ❣️ The women who run the Jacob Center are all phenomenal, there are so many great couches who enrich the lives of the youth that work with. The Jacob center is an absolute gem to this community and helped me GREATLY back in my teens. I have never known more caring, knowledgable and kind mental health professionals.

The Jacob Center does not take their place in the community lightly. Coaches are trained and knowledgeable in subjects including trust intervention, resiliency, and trauma. Meetings between youths and families use community involvement to naturally encourage mindfulness and resiliency. The goals and outcomes of coaching are recorded and monitored by DHS, leading to multiple levels of highly informed care. The Jacob Center works hard to address the needs of the Northern Colorado community at an extremely sensitive level.

Blair, was so amazing. He took the extra time to make sure my daughter Audree had all the necessary paperwork for her appointment with DMV. He went above beyond. I'm so thankful that there's still folks out there like Blair. We've had such around with everyone else.
