The receptionist was very understanding and helped me find a good counselor to work with. My counselor is great, he fit for my needs. All the rest of the staff have been amazing helping me too, being supportive and understanding. I don't know what I would have done without all the help and support I've gotten from the staff there.

The staff that work directly with the clients are fantastic! Stephanie, Brooke, Adriana the nursing staff and ALL of the care staff that supported our child were absolutely outstanding! Very caring, easy to talk to and real about what they were experiencing with our child. They were truly a team and there to support not only us as a family but our child. They were open to our experience, feedback and ideas. Unfortunately, the administrative side was not impressive. When you have a family turning to you for support you should be somewhat warm and understanding. We had difficulty getting questions answered and needed to ask multiple times. Their handbook that they provide does not have actual current information in it and we often felt as though they were giving us the run around. They pressure you to make a decision by telling you there is only one spot and then funny enough there's another arrival within days of drop off. It's a shame that the administrative staff aren't as lovely to work with as the client facing staff. This is a real area of need for improvement, likely across the company as we had a similar experience with the next location.

My daughter was here for six weeks after being at a PHP. The first two weeks were very rough but at all times we felt supported and encouraged and knew she was in the hands of professionals. It truly got bad before it got better. The staff is AMAZING from the life coaches, the cook, the nurses, to the clinical director. My special shout out goes to my daughter’s therapist Devyn Collins. Devyn IS the best and made such a difference in the treatment for my daughter. She was always on touch with us and made us feel heard and really put an effort on working with my daughter and our family. Adriana the education specialist was always on top of everything to make my daughter not to lose the school year. While we know this is not the end of our journey, Embark has truly made a difference and we feel confident we’re in the right path.

We are incredibly grateful for the care our son, received during his four-month stay at Embark Behavioral Health. After a long and difficult journey—including time in and out of detention centers—we were desperate to find a treatment center that could truly help him, and more importantly, keep him there. Embark was the answer we had been searching for. From day one, the staff was supportive, professional, and deeply compassionate. his therapist, Stephanie, was a phenomenal guide through this process. Her deep knowledge and unshakable patience helped Brady learn to manage his anger and regulate his behavior in ways we never thought possible. The life coaches, especially Tony and Anthony, played a huge role in his growth. Their ability to connect with Brady and help him build real-life tools to manage his emotions and actions was a game-changer for him. We also want to express our gratitude to Dr. Booke, the psychiatrist, who was incredibly responsive and thorough in finding the right medication to help stabilize my son's mood and elevated anger. We always felt heard, informed, and supported every step of the way. The entire team at Embark truly cares and works together to help kids like our son heal and grow. We finally feel hopeful for his future, and it’s all thanks to the incredible team at Embark.

So I was sent here after 2 DUIs. My husband died and I couldn't handle it! I did the first round of classes but they never helped me. Then they finally gave me a therapist. She was awesome. I went to the alcohol classes but it was Jessica that saved me! I felt suicidal and nothing to live for..I just didn't care after my husband died. This place saved my life! InnerBalance is a hidden gem among inpatient rehabs. I struggled with addiction for many years and went to several inpatient rehabs. Nothing was working. I was physically ill by the time I reached InnerBalance, with frequent seizures, low platelets and liver disease. I was in so much emotional pain and despair. InnerBalance gave me a lifeline. What made it so phenomenal, were the people who worked there, many of whom are still there today. There was an emphasis on nutrition and correcting imbalances in my body. I was allowed to go out at times to explore Loveland. That kind of normalcy and trust was meaningful. I was given support through group and individual therapy, as well as a nutritionist and life coach. The organic meals were very nourishing and the education around how to care for my mental and physical health were invaluable. They encouraged me to go to sober living after I left InnerBalance, which made a huge difference in maintaining my sobriety by giving my body and spirit more time to heal. I relapsed several times within that year, but because of the genuine support I had received from the counselors at InnerBalance, I did not continue in any of my relapses. I now have six and a half years of sobriety. InnerBalance gave me the support I needed to let go of what was holding me back from sobriety. I learned how to love myself in a way I never had before. It was just the beginning of my journey, but their program and everyone there, had a ripple effect that changed the way I approached early sobriety, and even the way I still approach my health. I hope anyone who is struggling with addiction finds their way to the wonderful people at InnerBalance.

I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews, because I love this place. first mental hospital iv ever gone to before and i really liked it. at first i was really scared and i would cry everyday and i wouldn’t eat but the staff would try to be really supportive and try there best to get me to eat and drink water and one time i had ate macaroni and this one staff clapped for me cus she knew i wasn’t eating i was to scared and depressed at that. and i had a lot of support definitely 10/10 i honestly miss mountain crest so much, also met so many kids there that were so chill and we just understood each other besides this one girl i didn’t like but anyways yea. mountain crest is cool the staff there are really sweet and nice at least for me i felt like they cared and gave me the support i needed while being there never judged anything i said just support and advise.

Recently a family member received services at the newly located PVH behavioral management unit. The staff is excellent. Case managers Hannah and Ryan were in contact with me frequently to give updates and help in any way they could. They obviously cared and worked with our family according to goals and assistance contacting outside agencies and placement for transfer. The whole team from visitor’s desk to the Drs is top notch.

Like i miss this place and i dont know why but i made friends there staff where nice and understanding and helpful, i thank all the staff memebers for helping me in there most understood where i was coming from and i miss those people so much and all my friends that i had in there

Going from being a very bad drug addict, losing everything in my life to be becoming a positive member in the community. I have PTSD and horrible anxiety issues and the staff here are very patient and I’ve worked with me on very personal matters and very uncomfortable situations I’d like to thank my Case Manager, Anthony, and staff members Christian and Drew and Mandy and miss Buday for being such chill people and understanding people I think they are the correct people to be turning the community around all of the overnight staff and Mr. Jeff for making the best coffee and everybody for making my daily routine work for me. When I first came to this class I was terrified. I sat in the back watching from a distance. I didn’t want to participate, afraid I would be treated poorly. With this said, Anne held my hand and lifted me up. She is an Angel sent from heaven! I truly believe God placed me with her. The Jacob Center does not take their place in the community lightly. Coaches are trained and knowledgeable in subjects including trust intervention, resiliency, and trauma. Meetings between youths and families use community involvement to naturally encourage mindfulness and resiliency. The goals and outcomes of coaching are recorded and monitored by DHS, leading to multiple levels of highly informed care. The Jacob Center works hard to address the needs of the Northern Colorado community at an extremely sensitive level.
