I came to Dana for weight loss/ health and wellness. Let me tell you I didn’t realize how my journey was going to begin. I have a severe heart condition which makes it very hard for me to lose weight. I already have to eat healthy and watch my sodium intake, I’m not an over eater. I just couldn’t get the weight off from just retaining water from my heart. I decided to try to take a chance and Dana has helped me through this process, it’s not easy to make a decision to set a goal and stick with it, I’ve lost almost 60lbs.
