Connections Counseling is by far the best place I have ever been to for therapy and treatment. My therapist is insightful, inspiring, relatable and very knowledgeable. She encourages me to look within myself for strength and wisdom while she is there to help me. I now have 1.5 years of sobriety under my belt and have confidence in the future The groups are a place of safety and comfort. The staff aswell as the peers are relatable, inspiring and encouraging. Kim is the most uplifting person you will ever come across in recovery. Smart move to have her be the first person you deal with at Connections. My life will never be the same (thank goodness) since I have come to Connections I will continue on my road to recovery with the support of Connections for as long as they will have me.

The people that staff this place are the best of the best. If you find yourself caught in the safety net of their care, it was a very good thing! They are highly skilled, trained, empathetic, and treat their patients with DIGNITY.

I was angry and my life was a mess! The staff at Casa were caring and so helpful! I owe my life to them! One year later and I am sober and loving life! The things you learn stay with you forever! 4-7-8!

I went to Casa and was so surprised by how wonderful it was. We really all become a family. I remember 2 girls were pregnant and worried about their babies. A girl named Haley was one of them pregnant girls and today she's been sober for almost 2 yrs. She had her beautiful son and is doing amazing. Has her own apartment and just doing such great things in her and her son's life. I know Casa Clare and friendships she had helped her so much. The counselors really care about you and you can feel that. I'm so proud of so many people I meet there. Thank you Casa for all you do for so many lives

Casa Clare took me in the same week I called for help, after not showing up for 2 prior intake appointments. I was 38 weeks pregnant, I was deep in addiction, homeless, and lost. This program not only got me sober and offered support, they are the reason I was able to keep custody of my baby and continue to thrive almost 2 years later. They helped make postings on local support groups to help me gather needed baby supplies, let me bring my newborn to group sessions, and still to this day offer updated letters of completion and support. The counselors are able to connect with residents, as they have fought their own personal demons which makes sobriety feel so much more attainable. Thanks Casa Clare, I wouldn't be an independent, sober mama that's about to graduate college if it weren't for your support and guidance lifting me up from rock bottom. You guys truly helped to save mine and my babies life. ❣️

I have been very happy with Dr. Garcia. I have laughed, cried, felt broken, and he always asks if I wanna talk about it. I appreciate that from a doctor. I am editing this to add that the doctors assistant is very easy to talk to about concerns or prescription issues. She is always so pleasant and understanding. I have run into a few problems with new medications and she always gets it resolved. However, I have always thought the front desk people could do better. They are gloomy and almost uninviting and come across as rude. Edit.. 12/25 Just recently visited and no change in front desk help. They are just not friendly and can not seem to crack a smile. Walking into a help health facility, you would think it would be important to make people feel welcomed every step of the way.

Every person at St. Elizabeth in Appleton did a fabulous job from the doctors to the nurses to the janitorial and food service workers were excellent

I saw NP, Maggie, this past Thursday and she was very thorough with my exam. She knows my health history well and has a pleasant personality.

I had previously written a 3 star review due to a negative experience at a general check-up appointment. I am increasing it to 5 stars due to an emergency situation that was responded to wonderfully. I came into the emergency room after 36 hours of labor elsewhere when my baby became stuck. The team of nurses took care of me and my baby so well. Dr Paula went over all my options with me and when we decided on a c-section, she performed it right away. Her and the nurses went above and beyond to make me feel safe and comfortable. Highly recommend Dr Paula. I've had very negative experiences with doctors and hospitals in the past, but she's restored my faith and comfort! Previous Review: I was hoping to start going here for my appointments since I moved to Appleton, but I will still be traveling to my former hospital in Oshkosh. The phone operators/admin here don't seem to know what they need to and I ended up getting scheduled with a different type of doctor than what I asked for and for a completely different type of appointment, even after clarifying. The nurse and I had a laugh when we realized what had happened on the day of said appointment. It also took an extremely long time to get my insurance information taken over the phone. It took repeating the same information multiple times and an hour phone call until they could schedule me. The nurses were great though! Very kind and transparent. I see many people had positive experiences which is great. I could've just gotten some people having busy days which it totally okay! I personally feel more comfortable continuing to go to my former hospital where they seem to be more reliable.
