Therapist Lisa is amazing in every way. She has truly changed my view on counseling and has helped me so very much. She is incredibly supportive, and I genuinely feel comfortable telling her any and everything. Terry the office manager is also very knowledgeable, kind and willing to help with anything, and answer any question you may have. Highly recommend.

No one wants to go to Urgent Care, but if you do, this is the place to go to. I Had maybe a 5 minute wait, and the staff were all wonderful. Left feeling like I was well cared for and was not rushed in and out. Thx 😊

I stayed at Hope Haven a few months ago. It's a smaller home like environment. The treatment schedule is pretty relaxed, you'll have some downtime especially on weekends. Most staff were great, some not too much but that's how it is everywhere. You get to go to the YMCA twice a week and also have fun fridays like bowling. You are also able to attend outside meetings. The food is great, the coach there cares about people and makes tons of extras. They also have art therapy and yoga twice a week. Overall it was a good experience. The downsides were having to walk a long ways to smoke, and not getting very many times to do so. Also it's nice in some ways that it's co ed, but some guys there definitely were more interested in chasing girls than recovery, which can hurt the dynamic. The chores aren't really distributed evenly, and some of the overnight crew also seemed more interested in the females there than doing their job well.

My Psychiatrist has been a find. We have hit upon a very effective med regimen. She listens and responds quickly, willing to adjust protocols as needed without stubborn ego. With my trusted therapist who has helped me immeasurably over the years I have a quality of life I could never even imagine would be mine.

Indiana Centers for Recovery runs a really strong program and does things the right way. The staff actually cares, knows their stuff, and treats people with respect instead of just going through the motions. Treatment feels individualized, not one-size-fits-all, and they do a solid job addressing both substance use and mental health. The environment is supportive and structured without being overbearing. Overall, Indiana Centers for Recovery is a place I’d confidently recommend to anyone serious about recovery.

This place has been very supportive and reliable through my sobriety. Both Jerry's (clinical supervisor and nurse) are wonderful and the others nurses are great too!! They are caring and extremely supportive with everything that has happened throughout my sobriety journey. Being open and honest had been the key to my success. I've been sober for years now and I know that without Madison West CTC, none of it would b possible. Thanks guys!!🙂

I can’t say enough good things about my time at Great Lakes Men's Rehab. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and understood. They provided the support I needed while creating a comfortable environment. The program was well-structured and focused on real recovery. The group sessions and individual therapy helped me confront my challenges head-on and gave me the tools to move forward. I also appreciated the emphasis on personal growth and building a support network with other men who were going through similar struggles. The staff at Red Oak are phenomenal they always welcome me with a smile. My first interaction with Alex is the reason I will never stop coming to Red Oak. She cares about her clients and is invested in making sure they are ready for the world every time you leave her office. If I could rate higher than five stars I would!

This place saved my life in so many ways!! I couldn't be more thankful! Everything depends on you will get better, and what you are willing to risk to love yourself again.

This place is only about taking your money. They do not care if they mess up your paperwork and they will not give a refund especially when you brought in the state papers for them to fill out and they lied to you and tell you that they know what they’re doing, but their counselor doesn’t know what they’re doing at all. They even have residences that are living there for rehab treatment doing their paperwork and answering phones what a way to save him money because they are paying him like wow but this man that say he owns this says that he will not give me my money back he’s only about taking people’s money and he doesn’t give a crap about you and makes you think that you are this person that you’re not so would not recommend going there at all and the counselor doesn’t even speak our language and the whole place is really sketchy and the man also tried to tell me that I went somewhere else and they gave me what I wanted to hear and I didn’t want to accept the truth from them when they brainwash you they try to like really this man got jokes because I even called a made a police report on them you messed with the wrong one because if i was such as a person as they were trying to say then, how am I a CNA and how do I maintain a life and I never miss work and I put a roof over my family‘s head he also didn’t like that comment and hung up the phone on me

Methadone is not for everyone.After more than 30yrs of addiction this has been the best choice for me. Used correctly at proper dose its easy to find a good maintenance program.That is what methadone is for.Its a personal decision if you want to live methadone free when YOU are ready. I was an extremely low-bottom addict.Dr. Rose and Tina,the administrator n counselor know how to save lives.No one can make you do anything. Good luck with your choice.Do what works for you.

I only have had one session so far, But I've loved it ever since I walked in. I rate this place five out of five! My only complaint is the ocean noises. I have a fear of water and it slightly scared me. Other than that, it's a wonderful place!

Everyone we have worked with at Uplands has been so helpful and a pleasure to work with. I can't recommend them enough. Their madison office is comfortable and inviting. The office staff is also helpful an accommodating.
