No one wants to go to Urgent Care, but if you do, this is the place to go to. I Had maybe a 5 minute wait, and the staff were all wonderful. Left feeling like I was well cared for and was not rushed in and out.

Jan the receptionist is 5 stars amazing - she's so good I honestly thought she was a therapist when I first called (and she should be!). Such a kind, patient and understanding woman. Carol the therapist I worked with is incredible. She specializes in addiction and I've just had a wonderful experience with her. Easy to talk to, gives wonderful advice. Highly recommend checking this place out. I was honestly so surprised to read the other bad reviews but they're not about either of these people.

I had knee replacement surgery one year ago. Leading up to the surgery, physical therapy after surgery and my most recent year folliw-up has been a pleasant experience. I got into my appointments on the scheduled times and many times even early. The Doctors, nurses, and support staff all were very caring and concerned. Highly recommend Stoughton Hospital.

I really enjoyed all the staff they were so wonderful and courtesy. Especially the Dr. He had a way of telling me the bad news about not having knee surgery. It's great if you know the naming system of the entrance, exit, weird names of elevators, floors, and Clinics. An example; Rose or Star Elevators, Forest Clinic. What was wrong with elevator #3rd floor, Eye Clinic.

As far as psych unuts go, this one is *TOP* of my list!! The food is AMAZING, the people are WONDERFUL, the programs they do and the support they provide are absolutely the best I've had (and, I'm not ashamed to say I've been to *many* different inpatient units over my lifetime. 😅 Being able to go in when you realize you're out of sorts or not feeling safe is VERY important!! We don't talk enough about mental health in the world, and it's just as important as physical care!)
Anyway.... 10/10... HIGHLY recommend!
(And no, I'm not getting paid yo say this! 🤣)

Although I have nothing to compare this program to, I found my care to be top notch. Okay, the beds are a bit hard but the doctors, social workers and the nurses (almost forgot to mention the OT folks) were incredibly kind and effective. In my opinion, the inpatient program is as successful as the work you put into it. There is no magic cure; just need to pull yourself up by the britches and dive in.
Oh- the food is quite good as well!
I would highly recommend this inpatient psychiatric programming!
Do not go and see Mary Kay. She will make your family problems worse!

Connections Counseling is by far the best place I have ever been to for therapy and treatment. My therapist is insightful, inspiring, relatable and very knowledgeable. She encourages me to look within myself for strength and wisdom while she is there to help me. I now have 1.5 years of sobriety under my belt and have confidence in the future
The groups are a place of safety and comfort. The staff aswell as the peers are relatable, inspiring and encouraging. Kim is the most uplifting person you will ever come across in recovery. Smart move to have her be the first person you deal with at Connections. My life will never be the same (thank goodness) since I have come to Connections
I will continue on my road to recovery with the support of Connections for as long as they will have me.
Wishope has been awesome for me. The material is outstanding and very relative to learning new life skills to beat addiction. The biggest difference from this facility is them slowly intergrading you into everyday life. You are exposed to everyday life while in here and still held accountable with positive reinforcement. I was able to practice meditation and other useful skills that are needed daily. The staff are amazing and have been very caring along with very willing to help in any way possible. My house managers have been great. The best one yet has been in the apartments. She is outstanding, kind, listens to all of your needs and is more than willing to help you in any way that she can. I cannot say enough about the staff and the program. Both are awesome!!!! I am lucky I found this place. My current therapist is amazing and the therapist I had before him was amazing.
The only complaint I have had since I have been here is much of the housing is very run down. Much of it needs new flooring badly.

I came to Wishope in August of 2025. I had just relapsed after having over a year clean and sober. Wishope took me in and met me where I was at.
What I mean by this is the staff recognized what my strengths and what my struggles were. I was given the support to deal with the death of my best friend. In addition I was taught and given assistance in refining coping techniques.
Upon completing the 30 day inpatient program I was granted a spot at their sober living apartments and given additional outpatient treatment.
Since I arrived at the apartments I have returned to work for my previous employer and strengthened my mental and physical help.
Wishope believed in me when I didn't believe in myself. I am becoming the best version of myself and I am eternally grateful to Wishope. I have been to other treatments and unlike some treatment centers, Wishope built me up rather than tearing me down. Thank you to everyone at Wishope. Not only have I gotten my life back, I have made lifelong friendships

I think this place benefits everyone that comes to it. There was this one guy though that kept talking about getting loads all the time. There was another guy that was born a mouse and now is growing into a rat, He smoked weed the whole Time. Made it hard to focus on my recovery. Then he did the perky dance right outta here. Kim is a wonderful staff member along with Karen. The rest of the staff isn’t bad either.

They are giving me every tool to be successfull its up to me to use them.
I took my 6 month old son to this urgent care location on Friday, November 21. There was little to no wait. The nurse was very kind and so was the PA, Kayde. They were thorough and very patient and understanding. I even forgot a diaper and they were kind enough to provide me with one. I would definitely recommend this location.

Our son is just finishing his 4 week stay for marijuana addiction. i do not know how his long term recovery will go, but the staff at The Manor (particularly Dr Thomas) have been incredibly supportive to us. I did a tremendous amount of research prior to selecting The Manor. I have been reassured throughout this process by their caring staff. I'm so grateful that I found it.

My family was encouraging me to get help. I put it off as long as possible. If I was going to treatment, I wanted a very nice program and a private room. I finally went to The Manor. This place saved my life. The staff were very patient with me. I had been to treatment before but it was nothing like this program. I liked having individual therapy. Also, my wife and I had a lot of couples counseling. I was also able to do some work and that helped relieve stress about losing clients or my company. I have been home now for several months. It has been difficult at times but I am doing well. I have my life and my family back.

I was given an ultimatum by my wife. Go to The Manor or get a divorce. You do a lot of hard work there and within two weeks it was clear that my addiction to meth was a co addiction evolving primarily from my addiction to a controlling and mentally abusive wife. The staff is wonderful..they ask the tough questions but we do the work. I'm now happily divorced and drug free! Thank you to the amazing staff!

I love the entire hematology team at Columbia St. Mary’s Ozaukee! Dr. Nand is brilliant and has a wonderful bedside manner. The nurses treat you like royalty and I consider them to be angels. Highly recommend getting treatment here!

I have been incredibly impressed with the Madison VA healthcare system for my elderly veteran father. Each dept always exceeds my expectations. Lab, radiology, primary care, acupuncture, and especially the Audiology dept. They are life savers! I cannot speak highly enough of the care, love, and respect they display. While it's a little hard for me to get to especially during the road construction season the clinic is about as accessable as anything else is in Madison. In July the VA is opening up a clinic on the east side of Madison not far from Sun Prairie where I reside. That should make it a good deal easier for me.
From start to finish was an amazing experience the receptionist was very polite and nice The medical assistance that called me back to take my vitals and get me ready for the physician to see me she was very nice great talker and was very gentle The physician was very professional very nice very kind and understanding.

March 25 I will have been clean for 2 years. I have been to many clinics and never have come this far! If I have a problem I get dealt with usually that day and with addiction being fast and efficient can be life or death. I think Dr. Harkin has tried hard to make his clinic a better the typical methadone clinics and I think he’s done amazing job! Not one of the other clinics in Madison can you walk into and say I’m struggling can I please talk to the doctor, not one of them will you be able to do that but at ASAP you can and that’s enough for me that right there is what it should be! When we walk in there in the morning sometimes all we need is someone to say hi , how are u doing with a smile on their face and that’s enough to change that day!! I’m so grateful for my second chance at life….well let’s keep it real more like 100th chance at life!! Lol but I think I got it this time and that’s thanks to dr. Harkin and he’s amazing staff!!

Dr Harkin, is great he is truly compassionate for his patient's. I have only been to one other clinic and they just treat you like a number, they treat you with respect at ASAP and they don't judge. It seems like everyone likes Dr Harkin, you will even find him out in the parking lot from time to time giving fist bumps to his patient's and asking them how they are doing.
