I've had the pleasure of working with Nickia Miller, founder of Lemons to Lavender, as my therapist for the last 3 years. She helped me learn to process my emotions, understand my triggers, and work towards healing in a wholistic way. Thanks to our work together, I've been able to heal and live my life, rather than surviving through it. Managing my PTSD and Depression symptoms is now second nature, and I owe so much of that growth to Nickia. She's taken a step back from seeing patients, but I know any clinician picked to be a part of her practice will be trauma-informed, kind, and prepared with the skills necessary to assist their patients as they move through their life. <3
