I had a run-in with the police, and I have a problem with authority. So obviously this went bad and the police escalated it to the point where they arrested me. Instead of going to jail care and help me decrease my aggression. Working with the therapist at BHcare I’ve been able to become a happier person and happier and doing the things that I do. I look forward to working with the therapist to improve myself so that I can become more Productive.

This has been a very good experience so far I feel like my therapist really has my best interests in mind and the groups have been very supportive. It’s been very positive for me.
Maggie is the main coordinator at the Counseling Center. He is the greatest human being on the face of this Earth! She will jump through hoops for anybody any given point in time. As far as the other stuff and the therapist and the receptionist and all the behind-the-scenes people who you never get to see you do all the work are also amazing and so friendly it's comforting I highly recommend this place to anybody that seeking help!!!

An adolescent I know went through 2 sessions a year apart. CBT is a centerpiece and we'll taught. Staff is great, a lot depends on the group of teens in attendence. Possibilities for positive change are high.
