Lubbock County Community Corrections Facility/ Court Residential Treatment Center (CRTC) is a structured residential substance use disorder (SUD) recovery program for incarcerated individuals in Lubbock, Texas.
The CRTC houses up to 164 offenders and offers four programs focused on treatment and long term recovery. The objective is to prevent recidivism and relapse while promoting a responsible and meaningful life.
