These women are simply wonderful! My contact for the last couple of years has been Charlotte who is a god send. She is always so kind and empathetic and is simply the best at what she does. All of the women that work in the South Paris office are wonderful.

My grandchildren are from a home of addiction and substance abuse. Opening up and talking to an adult has, in the past, been challenging. They haven’t felt the safety, comfort, and support to do this. With Jennifer she has provided a beautiful sense of safety that the boys enjoy going to her. Thank you so much for giving them that safety net they’ve needed.

Seeing some of the reviews people have left here are a bit disheartening to me... I completely understand one person's perception of something can be unequivocally different from anothers. I understand that we are all struggling, and that always adds to the everyday challenges we face. We are also immersed in a pandemic that NONE of us asked for nor wanted, yet it was thrust upon us regardless. That has made scheduling very difficult(everywhere really) but especially in a facility such as this. So many are desperately struggling with the world around us, it is a collective worry that has invaded all of us. Society is uneasy, we are all struggling. Some assuredly more than others.. My own personal experience here has been nothing short of a true Blessing. I am struggling right now with many personal and work issues and undoubtedly needed to reach out for help. I put my pride aside, as well as the stigma so many of us bear with mental health issues, and was referred to Tri-County. They immediately set me up with not just a professional- but a TEAM of professionals who are ALL 100% looking out for me, my best interests and my own personal pursuit of happiness. They have gone above and beyond their 9 to 5 duties, even checking in with me on their personal time and weekends to be sure that I am happy, healthy and back to living life to its fullest potential.. The times we are in do not occur in a personal vacuum, this affects ALL of us. Including the professionals working here. They are people too. Yet, they set their own personal trepidations to the side in order to help others. To help us. To everyone here at Tri County Mental Health: Your work here does not go unnoticed, nor should it be discounted or overlooked. You are uplifting our community with a vital service. So many of us suffer quietly and alone with depression, substance abuse, anxiety, PTSD and a plethora of other struggles. Especially in the times we find ourlves in. I was one of the first patients of Grace St years ago in its humble beginnings.. Back when it was a small operation with only 5 or 6 patients. I found Marty especially to be down to Earth, caring and knowledgeable. Especially since many employed there once suffered from the same afflictions as we now seek freedom from.. I would definitely recommend Grace St. Here it is nearly 8 years later and i have my family back, a home, my license... All things i once thought i would never see again. I now have my life back, yes it took hard and determined work on my part, but also by the grace of others, at Grace St...

This place went out of there way to help me with my treatment. I loved my case manager that I had there very friendly and supportive

I've been working with these guys for six years. I have had a total of three case managers during that time (I was only with the first one for about a month before she had to take time off for some reason, they put me with #2 and I adored her and opted not to go back to #1 when she came back). Both times my case manager put referrals in for counseling for me, I was situated with a counselor in less than a month! I am a person who requires a TON of support, for example: I have very bad PTSD, including severe medical trauma, but I am also physically disabled and trying to navigate getting that figured out, which means I have to go to a lot of medical appointments but my PTSD makes it very hard. Both my previous CM and my new one are very willing to accompany me to appointments to make sure my PTSD symptoms don't interfere with my treatment and so that I can remember what was talked about. I also require support in nearly every other aspect of my life, and I have always been pleased with my CMs abilities to help When CM#2 had an emergency that took them out of work, Health Affiliates had me with a new case manager in less than a week. I also really like that I can view all of my progress notes and other documents from home using the web portal. All of the providers I have worked with (CM and counseling) have been open minded and respectful of my "alternative" faith, and of my sexuality.

I think this organization is wonderful. I've been seeing a counselor without having to travel anywhere, and we do weekly video visits. She referred a case manager for me, and I haven't met her yet, but I feel like she is going to be the perfect fit for me and help me achieve some goals. I would highly recommend Healthcare Affiliates of Maine to anybody in need of their services. Chef's kiss 🤌

I don't know much about this organization as a whole, but they sent me one case worker who was not a good fit for me, and then asked me a lot of questions as to what kind of person I was looking for, then sent me the most wonderful, competent, knowledgeable person I could ever hope to find.

I've had a couple experiences that could be described as not perfect but I know that isn't typical. One of the two was nobodies fault. The Dr and the rest of the staff are usually as helpful as they can be.

Best staff anyone could ask for the ladies at the desk are wonderful nurse ir great counselor awesome and doctor is wonderful....if you truly want to change your life from opioid abuse or anything else place to go got off subs on sublocade absolutely best choice I ever made was nervous doctor did it right didn't even no again great ppl

My case manager thought it would be good for me to get back into it so I'm trying to figure out how to go about it. Copping skill's are just not working. I have no idea how some people are allegedly having such bad experiences, I've been going there for 3 years and never had one negative experience.

I just need to say that Angelica Estes-Lebrun a new PCP for CMFP is a very thorough dr. She really listens to what you have to say and follows thru to all of your concerns. It so rare to find a dr that really listens and truly cares about her patients. She is truly a 5 star dr.
