Some of the mental health conditions they treat include anxiety, depression, PTSD, and bipolar disorder. They also offer help for panic attacks, anger management, and eating disorders. If you find yourself in a difficult life stage, they offer care for this as well. If you’re going through a phase in your life of grief and bereavement, they are skilled at treating these situations too. You can also find treatment for ADHD, communication issues, and physical or emotional sexual abuse.
One thing that stood out is their approach to self esteem. They consider it essential that you develop health self esteem, and they work to identify signs that you might have low self esteem such as perfectionism, being a workaholic, and being reactive. They also address these concerns and help you develop a healthy self concept.
They also have counseling for eating disorders, and while they acknowledge that women are more likely to have this concern, they don’t overlook the impact of eating disorders on men and boys.
I really liked that they offer mindfulness and meditation training, which can be a major help in the recovery process. They also offer individual therapy, group therapy, family counseling and marriage or couples counseling.

My ex wife Galen left an insane review against Dr Shah while contacting my probation officer trying to put me in jail and using legal loopholes to destroy my life my home my children and attempting to end my bupe MAT a few months after Dr shah helped get me off a 15 year methadone nightmare. I've legitimately never had a more compassionate and helpful Dr. Since starting we've gone from 36mg daily to 12. Without her help I wouldn't have been able to get my freedom and health back. She's also been very helpful with probation and court since I've been in good standing with the clinic. When I started she even had me take a DNA test to see if there was anything other than benzodiazepines I could be prescribed because of its addiction and life ruination potential. No other Dr ever even attempted such a thing. Thanks Dr Shah.

Outpatient Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night.
