Holy smokes. I left a very positive review several years ago but I must say that Heartview is NOTHING like it used to be. The staff is the worst. I have never made such a sincere and honest effort to try getting help before my life spiraled out of control and at every turn they have thrown up a road block. I can't imagine if this was sleeping I didn't want! I absolutely would NOT NOT recommend. WE NEED BETTER OPTIONS NORTH DAKOTA!

I was here from April 28 to October 30 2020, I am so grateful to have gone here, I don't know where I would be if I did not come to the ranch, I want to thank the supervisors, staff leaders, and everyone else, you took great care of us. When I was there I got covid I had I had 1 on 1 time with the staff we played Mario cart and just dance we went into the gym it was the perfect place to be. When i grow up I would love to be like all of you.

They took us on fun outings and gave us each our own music player. We even got to pick the music they put on it! They treated us like real people, not just something they were stuck dealing with until their shifts ended like other facilities I was at. I used to try ending my life all the time before going there. After leaving, I never attempted again. Its been two years since I was there and I will always be greatful for everything they had done for me.
