I was afraid to tell anyone how much I was struggling because I thought I would be judged. But the staff was absolutely amazing! They were so nice and caring and made me feel understood. I felt hope for the first time that I might be able to get better and they made it clear they would be there to help me the entire way. They customized my treatment plan to fit me! They will even come to my house to help me if I need it or feel more comfortable at me house instead of there office. I would recommend them to anyone who is struggling. They are truly amazing

Jamestown has the best medical staff, receptionist, and even other patients rave about how good you can treat the mentally ill is handled with such 'care. found that this cute little town in the middle of America, a flat, windy, mostly EXTREMELY COLD WEATHER AT THE MOST...but, almost all who live here KNOW they have something special to offer. A dull, but satisfying place to retire I suppose.

Luther Hall was an interesting experience for me.I was there last year, had some tough stuff happen but through all that pain and the struggle of trying to pick myself up, I found people there who helped me up dusted me off. Those people were the staff, I never got to say goodbye to them. But they did help me through the whole process they supported me, and I'm so grateful for them today. Now I'm home and safe. I'm experiencing the life they told I could have. My names My name is Madison and I'm telling Luther hall I'm eternally grateful to you guys💕

This place saved me. They took the time to listen to me, even when I screamed at them because I was having a hard time expressing my emotions and trauma. They never seemed impatient with me and staff would stay with me as long as I needed. They take the time to get to know you and they ask you before putting you on new medications. They took us on fun outings and gave us each our own music player. We even got to pick the music they put on it! They treated us like real people, not just something they were stuck dealing with until their shifts ended like other facilities I was at. I used to try ending my life all the time before going there. After leaving, I never attempted again. Its been two years since I was there and I will always be greatful for everything they had done for me.

The PHP IOP program is a Godsend. There's always room for improvement within any treatment center, but this program has a lot of areas in which perfectly cater to those in Recovery who have a strong desire to dramatically change their lives. The program director goes above and beyond to hop in and aid and assist no matter what is asked of them. Clients have even witnessed them having to do the duties of the house manager when extra help was needed. Not even tryna gas them up but its rare that you'll find that, I certainly haven't seen too many other programs that are able to provide the space to thrive like PSJ does. My nurse is also an above average employee, they went to bat for me when I was struggling with personal issues. And my counselor has their own experience with battling the things that plague our community and when they interact with clients they do so from a place of Love while still maintaining their professional boundaries. Im not saying this program is perfect by any means, but I can attest to Prairie St John's being a major component of saving my life this year. Thank you PHP!!!!

This place is full of horrible, greedy, rude ppl. Suboxone is a medication used for opites dependency and is 10× more addictive. I have bn on this medication 13 yrs and my body depends on it and if it doesn't get it will go into server withdrawal and have sizers and blood pressure issues and possibly cause death. The doctor has let me go all weekend already without, ride a bike across town in this freezing weather this morning and still had a nasty evil attitude. The doctor purposely wrote my prescription so Medicare wouldn't cover it,, it's vary expensive and the doctor knows I can't afford it without Medicaid . Also the doctor made a change so I would have to go every day to the pharmacy and get my medicine, how is someone supposed to keep a job doing that?? They have lied to my face more times then I can count and to be 100% honest, i was doing better before I joined there program. Be careful, these ppl will leave you wet, gold, hungry, withdrawaling on the side of villard and think nothing of it. Do not trust them , they put on a good act the first and second time u see them but the real colors come fast, also they are gonna send you a bill for 5k whenever decide they got enough out of yea.

There was a black man, from africa that worked there. I just wanted to let you guys know that he was like One of the best, if not the best staff member there. He was taken his time no matter what he was doing. And I would have a full conversation with me. And everything he told me click in had, I mean, you had students there that were studying for their Finals. they couldn't hold a candle to the African! I would ask him questions and everything he would tell me I would do. Am my life turned out better because of it and that would be long. Term information and short-term information I followed you all the directions and it always worked. I believe you wore glasses. But I do remember he was from africa working the night shift. I mean, all these people pain a $150000 to go to school. And this man had the answers just by asking him. I'm so thankful i'm at him. He was on the federal side when I was there.

It is a positive thing for the community to have a place like Center Inc. For those who have struggled with the law or addiction, it provides a nice buffer between them and the community. While at the same time allowing those individuals a chance to reentered society in a slow and structured pace. The ability to obtain employment and be a productive member of society while finishing off a specific court issued sentence, is very valuable to everyone within that community.

While I can't speak to the current staffing and administration I can say that my stay here as a child was pivotal in becoming a functioning adult. The Fishers and Mr Wilkie were the structure and guidance that I needed when nothing else seemed to work. The staff were as caring as 20 somethings getting paid a smidge above minimum wage could be expected and then some. I learned to play magic the gathering. I learned how to advocate for myself when I felt things were unfair in a safe and constructive way. I learned how to make stromboli and how to wash dishes right. The biggest thing I learned was to believe in myself. If you are reading this as someone possibly getting put here. Please understand you can only get what you take from a place like this. The experiences you will have here will likely become fond memories if you are willing to do the work. If you are looking to place someone here. Try to work with the people caring for your loved one. Having the family/support team on board helps tons. Trust the process and understand that there is a good chance you might get dragged into some personal development of your own. Be ready to grow with your loved one. I know he doesn't work here anymore but on the off chance Demar (I hope spelling isn't too far off) the old spiritual life coordinator as well as my primary for my stay, is reading this or someone can show him, you and your brother gave me a respect for men of God. Even though I don't walk the path myself I know now that there are truly Godly men among us. I fondly recall hours and hours of theological debate and those little Starbucks in the Barnes and nobles trips. Hope you are doing ok!
