I came here years ago when i was in desperate need of help.

Peronally, yes I did get what I needed. I was focused on the reason I went in there for, me. I got put back on some medication, the dr actually listened. I was in and out with no problem. Just stay focused, you got this. Did this all for me, and I’m very satisfied. Now if we talk about cleanilness, there is food and random things all over the walls on units. Sticky liquid on the floor. Floor barely swept, if they are they aren’t doing a very good job. If we talk about the cafeteria, I physically could not eat in there, food all over the walls, the ceilings. not very food safe.. A few staff i’d like to call out!!! Lester, thank you for being so kind towards me, even though I wasn’t the nicest right away. Thank you for being so patient with me (haha no pun intended) You’re truly good at what you do! Sadonia, I think you should find another job if you can’t handle the stress of this one. Your job is to help us not feel like burdens.. I was just simply trying to get a glass of ice water and you rolled your eyes and turned away to bite your snack and said “in a minute” how is that helping people not feel like burdens?? All I’m saying is girl find a new job because I was not the only one that got the attitude from you, you gave it to everyone on the until.. Other wise my stay was great! Thank you guys so much!

Prairie St. John's was very helpful in resolving my mental Health issue. The classes and Hand outs very helpful. I am greatful and would recommend to others needing mental health.

Holy smokes. I left a very positive review several years ago but I must say that Heartview is NOTHING like it used to be. The staff is the worst. I have never made such a sincere and honest effort to try getting help before my life spiraled out of control and at every turn they have thrown up a road block. I can't imagine if this was sleeping I didn't want! I absolutely would NOT NOT recommend. WE NEED BETTER OPTIONS NORTH DAKOTA!

Excellent outpatient services for addiction issues. Wonderful, caring and capable staff. Also, if youre ever looking to donate to a nonprofit, I highly recommend choosing Soul Solutions!

Patty or Patti, not sure which. Gave me someone to talk to about what was happening. She's the only reason I knew I could check myself into detox for more than 24hrs and the only reason I saw a path outside of waiting to die. Call them. It's free. It feels good to have someone to talk to even if you're not ready to check yourself in wherever.

There aren't enough words to describe how much Soul Solutions means to me. They are an extremely knowledgeable group of people and I'm so thankful to have chosen them when it came to beginning my recovery journey.

Can tell and feel that the staff very much care for the residents. They're busy all the time but it sounds like the place to go IF you really want to get help and can put up with some strict but CARING people and be patient

Using EAP through The Village has been such a positive experience! Highly recommended!

EAP is such a wonderful program! I loved my counselor and found such a benefit from seeing them regularly. Always a huge fan of The Village and their awesome staff!

This place saved me. They took the time to listen to me, even when I screamed at them because I was having a hard time expressing my emotions and trauma. They never seemed impatient with me and staff would stay with me as long as I needed. They take the time to get to know you and they ask you before putting you on new medications. They took us on fun outings and gave us each our own music player. We even got to pick the music they put on it! They treated us like real people, not just something they were stuck dealing with until their shifts ended like other facilities I was at. I used to try ending my life all the time before going there. After leaving, I never attempted again. Its been two years since I was there and I will always be greatful for everything they had done for me.

Got out December 22 2024.The staff are caring and sweet, the church services are amazing. I was struggling to live until I came here it helped a lot. The lunch lady's are sweet and make amazing food.

The staff members are really caring and sweet. The only thing is when they force you to do something you don't want to. I liked the food and most of the activities. I just want to thank the Ranch staff for making it feel like home away from home.

Nothing but love for these folks they have done nothing but good for me. Every time I leave I feel like I've been touched by an angel. Beautiful people ❤️

I have been a patient here for years! My counselor and psychiatrist are fantastic! I understand not everyone agrees with me and that is their choice. I love it!

when i was there i got a lot out of this place,the people there were the best,i am so glad i had the oppurtunity to be able to hang out here 90 daze,thank you gull harbour,i was talking of GH with my girl friend and u all saved my life,my thinking has become better,hope sum of u are still there,i wish i could remember my helpers name there,so so nice person,she was pregnet.thanks again GH :) i had great memories here
